• Peter (9/5): Fantastic value and a great location. - My room was very adequate for my needs. The location was excellent, and the breakfast and evening meal was a very nice surprise.. Small flies in the breakfast room were a little annoying, but otherwise everything else was very good.

Breakfast - It was surprisingly well fitted out simply as good as any expensive motel room I usually stay at and I thought the booking was at the Motel with off street parking and again Ronny helped Me by giving up his parking spot for my collectable HSV Clubby. Very Generous of him because he didn’t have to do that Having to do the stairs with a bad knee was a genuine pain but Ronny helped me with the bags so it was OK

Kind and helpful staff. Walking distance to beach! It could do with renovations/new sheets but I had a comfortable stay and would stay again.

• András (7/5): - Since we knew we wouldn’t be there at dinner time, we asked if it could be set aside for us. They were very kind and when we arrived later in the evening, the dinner was waiting for us in our room. Breakfast was also good: on the weekend they prepared bacon and eggs, and there were also options like yogurt and cereal. The room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. The overall atmosphere felt a bit unusual for us. We didn’t see many younger guests and most of the residents seemed to be older men, which might feel less comfortable for some solo female travellers. Occasionally there was also an unpleasant smell in the hallway.

• riverguy (9/5): Good value for money - Budget rooming house accommodation was suitable for our needs. Considering there were a number of guests privacy was good. Included meals were a bonus and were good. Cooked breakfast on weekends continental during the week. Proprietor and staff were friendly and helpful. Other guests were friendly, and so were the local wildlife; Sulphur Crested Cockatoos which ate from our hands.

Teilweise fertige Gerichte, welche Fleisch/Fisch beinhalten (Auflauf etc.). Mit Glück gibt es Reis und Gemüse als Beilage, aber nicht jeden Abend. Frühstück besteht aus Toast, Marmelade, Joghurt und. Müsli. Pancakes oder Ei am Wochenende. - Fast keine jungen Leute/Backpacker. Beim Essen sieht man viele ältere Leute die dort vermutlich dauerhaft Wohnen.

It was in walking distance of the main features of Cronulla and the accommodation was clean and easy to find. Car parking - although I parked on the street (Kingsway) so it wasn't a problem. Internet was poor but I used my phone instead.

• Karin (4/5): Teleurstellend en niet in overeenstemming met de presentatie van het verblijf. - Locatie, dichtbij het ov en het strand Het was niet schoon. De kamer niet, de toilet en douche gelegenheden niet. Het was een niet-roken kamer maar als er door de buurman in zijn kamer wordt gerookt, wat de gang opgaat waardoor iedereen kan meegenieten.., dat was niet wat ik had geboekt. Daarnaast was de buurman ‘s nachts erg luidruchtig met de tv aan (4van de 5 nachten).

• Jane (2/5): - Located on a very busy,noisy road. Facilities were barely basic, and very crowded. The floor of my room was dirty, the linen smelt of body odour, and someone smoked under my window every hour, for 12 hours. All the doors squeaked, and the plumbing banged. Worst place I've ever stayed and I regularly stay in accommodation with shared facilities

• Aneta (5/5): Cheap but not comfortable - Location was good. Close to the shops and restaurants and close to the airport (I stayed one night before my flight). Free and safe parking on the street. Nice host. Affordable price for a private room. The place is dirty and my room smelled like cigarettes. In fact, the whole place smells like cigarettes. The furniture is very old and the place feels neglected. I didn't find any comfort there or I wouldn't stay another night.

No heater in the room provided and l ask and the lady said no heaters.Not sure how they get away with not supplying heating. Dinner was good ,penne pasta with nice bolgnese sauce and a muffin. Breakfast was nice too. Lots of people living here permanently i belive and l felt l was staying in a place with homeless people 😔 Bathroom area was clean and looks like newly renovated. Cronulla beach and supermarket is 10 mins walk downhill. Lost $370 for 4 nights. NO HEATER made my decision to go home !! TV 📺 1channel worked only . Room 28.
• Tim (1/5): Great way to meet the local scum - Place was reasonably clean and shared toilets weren't so bad since they had 4 just upstairs. The place seemed to be some kind of half-way-house with alcoholics drinking out the back most of the Friday and Saturday that we were there. They were loud and did not respect the designated "quiet times" as I was awoken at 3.25am on Saturday and they continued every half an hour from then on. We left early deciding we would rather cut our losses than risk another night of poor sleep. If you choose to stay here you are paying at your own risk as there are no refunds.

• Vagatai (5/5): The people were very nice, friendly, it made up for the room but not enough to stay the whole time. - It had an odour in the room & it didn’t look like the pictures. The bed was uncomfortable, hard, old, didn’t sleep well at all, only stayed for one night. It was old really, wanted to give the place a chance but it was too hard.
