nunes (8/5): - Flexibilidade de check-out, deixou a gente sair mais tarde sem cobranças adicionais. Lucas é muito gentil e educado também, ótimo anfitrião. Meu único contra é nao fornecer lençóis/roupa de cama, para ter acesso precisa pagar uma taxa, mas tirando isso foi tudo ótimo.

Andressa (10/5): Estadia foi perfeita - O Chalé é completo e bem aconchegante. Estávamos em 4 adultos e ficamos bem confortáveis. O Chalé tinha uma rede de descanso pra usarmos, achei perfeito. A cozinha bem completa. Camas confortáveis. A área externa é maravilhosa. Ar condicionado funcionou super bem. As tomadas eram 110 e 220, amei isso. Nosso cachorro foi muito bem recebido, o que tornou a estadia mais incrível. Enfim amamos e voltaremos com certeza!

Salazar (1/5): - Nada Não é um flat é um quarto que fica você e 50 mil pernilongos, a porta do banheiro não fechava, camas só com lençol, banheiro sem papel higiênico, fora a localização que você pega uma terra pra ir muito buraco e poças duvidosas no chão.

Sílian (8/5): Foi uma experiência diferente, positiva. - O anfitrião é excelente, prestativo, cuidadoso, estava tudo limpo. A moça da faxina estava lá, super educada e prestativa tbm. Em relação a praia a localização é boa, mas a SABESP estava em obras, o caminho estava caótico para fazer a pé e até mesmo de carro. O Flat é pequeno, mas comporta confortavelmente para dormir 4 pessoas. Não usamos o espaço da cozinha, mas seria muito bom se tivesse coisas mais práticas, micro-ondas, cafeteira, etc. Optamos por tomar café da manhã em padarias na região. O ar condicionado, TV e Internet estavam excelentes. Não usamos a piscina, mas parecia acessível e o ambiente bem conservados e limpos. A única questão foi, que ao abrir a unidade o cheiro de mofo estava muito forte, tinham manchas nos rodapés e tetos do quarto e dos banheiros, quase desisti de ficar, mas como eram apenas dois dias e passamos o dia todo fora, passou rápido. Em relação a praia, a localização é até boa, mas a SABESP estava em obras, então o caminho estava caótico para fazer a pé e até mesmo de carro.

Farias (8/5): Lugar tranquilo, bem proximo a natureza. Ambiente bem familiar - muito bem localizado, limpo, organizado, piscina tamanho bom, lugar bem arejado e calmo. Gostei e voltarei em breve! Unico ponto negativo, é que fomos em 4 adultos e 1 criança, achei um pouco apertado... De resto tudo ok. Apenas o espaço que achei um pouco apertado. o ideal seria no maximo para 3 pessoas.

O unidade tem tudo que você precisa. É um pouquinho difícil de chegar a primeira vez, mas depois é super de boa. Vale super o custo benefício.
