• Alexandra (1/5): Disgusting, if i need to go in the town again NEVER EVER I LL NOT GO BACK FOR SURE TO THIS FACILITY! - The thing i like was only the location, near to the city centre and the university in the town. The staff was not enough friendly, the room was not good clean, the walls were in need of repair, bed was very very uncomfortable too, the shower faucet didn't work, it was impossible to run cold water, The bathroom smelled disgusting.

• Mariya (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable hotel, with amazing owners. The Location is right to Eurovelo. They provided us with space for our bikes and even gave us some food because it was very hot to go to a shop. It was was quite and we had a good rest. Great value for the price!

• Brian (8/5): Good location by bus and railway stations but unclear what's on offer here - When you arrive at Svishtov bus station you can see this house across the road. There are more buses than trains here. The room had good WiFi, air conditioning and plenty of space given this was a small (single) room. Most of the bars and restaurants I like are a short walk uphill towards the town. Which is good news because it seems even shorter walking downhill on the way back! I was never really sure what else was on offer as the owner spoke no English. An area downstairs that looked like a bar could have been a communal kitchen. A roof garden might have been private or provided for guests. A friendly welcome notice in English could have explained a lot. There was only one mains socket in the room - challenging for keeping a laptop, two mobile devices and a camera charged up. This works like an HMO in England. You get a room and some keys but the landlord doesn't live in. The picture of the house in the advert doesn't do it justice. I've attached one with a little more perspective taken from the bus staion across the road.

• Sofian (1/5): No one in the building. - Very bad experience. Check in between 09:00-22:00, I arrived at the location at 21:12 but there was no one there. I wait for 50 min and after I check in in another hotel and was able to connect to the Internet, I contacted the staff and they informed me that they were waiting for me, but îți was to late for that. Very disappointed, at night in the cold, tired after a 100 km bike ride and there was no one at the reception.
• Bruce (1/5): Danger stay away - crooks - Not very much to be honest. First night we stayed there was ok, the guy at reception asked to be paid in cash, paid cash for 8 nights from a wednesday. The beds were uncomfortable, there were no cups or cutlery in the rooms or even a kettle. There isn't any cleaners that clean out the rooms, which isn't really that much of an issue. It got to the weekend and then there were people staying in the hotel who were up all night screaming and shouting kicking doors and trying other guests room doors, I should know I was right next to the door as it was happening. I appealed to the management there and even asked for some money back as we had to go stay somewhere else. The owner was adamant about there being no refunds. The beds were also old and hurt my grandfather's back who is 80 years old. I would highly recommend anyone to stay away from this place, fork out the extra little bit of money and stay in a much better place, we ended off at Nove hotel a few minutes away which was far better value for money Everything . Stay away from this facility. Would rather sleep in a bin than stay here
• Visnia (8/5): Comfortable stay. - The hotel is located near the bus station, which was handy, the bed was comfortable, and the owner was very helpful. The bathroom sink was leaking, the kitchen didn't have anything inside the cupboards, so I had to ask the owner for plates and a bowl.

• Ece (10/5): Exceptional - It’s near the centre and the owner is so nice and helpful. He speaks Russian so we could easily communicate. The room was clean and the owner offered unlimited tea, coffee and drinking water which was nice. If I go to Svishtov again this is definitely where I’ll stay!

• Tolga (8/5): It is worthed to price and value balance plus clean, silent rooms and friendly personel. - I like the friendly staff, a family owned business. Real friendly people and try to help you as much as they can. It is a clean and cozy atmosphere. If you need and affordable, clean and confortable place to stay over night, this place would be your first choice. They have very fast wifee. TV channels should be set properly. Only 6-8 channels to see on tv.
