• Érika (6/5): Solo de paso... - Cuesta llegar al lugar Mucho tráfico por la noche que generó ruidos molestos y dificultad para conciliar el sueño. Espacio muy pequeño, no hay proporcionalidad entre precio y espacio. La anfitriona agradable y simpática

• Cid (8/5): Vacaciones acogedoras y relajantes - El sector es muy tranquilo y agradable, nos sentimos muy cómodos en el lugar, y la habitación contaba con las comodidades necesarias para las vacaciones que esperábamos. La puerta de entrada a la habitación estaba un poco descuadrada lo cual provocaba que sonara mucho al abrirla y cerrarla además de que dicha acción requería ejercer más fuerza de la habitual, lo cual era incómodo además de que generaba mucho ruido considerando que hay más gente en otras habitaciones.

• Alejandro (10/5): - Tranquilidad del entorno. Atención de los dueños. Comercio y locomoción pública cerca. Quizá la distancia del centro, pero eso aumentaría la inseguridad.
• heidi (8/5): OK for a short visit. - Supermarket across the street. Excellent wifi. Friendly host. Free parking in the driveway or in the street in front of the house. The bed is alright, but cramped against the wall. The room is very small. The shared kitchen is small and isn’t well equipped for cooking. The room in the front has noise from traffic. Tiny bathroom and the shower needs to be repaired or replaced as the doors won’t slide shut anymore.

• Marcelo (8/5): Buen precio, grato ambiente, bien ubicado, pero podria mejorar un poco. - Bien ubicado, buena disposición de la dueña de casa, cómoda cama y pude llegar a la hra que quería en la noche, sin problemas porque es independiente y no molesto a nadie. El baño estaba un poco incómodo y pequeño. Las puertas de la tina están un poco gastadas y cuesta moverlas sin hacer fuerza y pensar que podian romperse. No hay donde dejar shampoo adentro, lo que obliga a estar abriendo las puertas.
• Natalia (8/5): - La amabilidad de la dueña, se preocupo de pequeños detalles. El lugar en si es muy bello se veía muy buen sector. El calefont es de los antiguos y nos costó un buen rato para que saliera el aguita caliente y como viajamos con muchas cosas se nos hizo algo pequeña la habitación. Solo eso.

• Shany (10/5): Amazing experience - Beautiful location in a residential neighborhood. Very quiet at night. The room was small, but sooooo comfortable. Everything was clean and enjoyable. The host is wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed plus information on what to do in Valdivia. If I knew it would be this comfortable, I would have booked a longer stay just to enjoy it a little longer. Nothing! It was perfect.
