• Sally (9/5): Excellent value & a super host. Would highly recommend. - Excellent value for money. Ivana was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. We arrived late and she was there to greet us, and even booked us a spot at a lovely restaurant near by. The apartment was perfect for my elderly father and myself- on the ground floor with only a couple of steps. The rooms were spacious and facilities excellent, as well as a parking space. It is a quiet location, but there are bars & restaurants near by. We took an Uber into Old Town, about 10-15 mins away. Nothing- it was perfect for us! If only staying a few days and looking for more of a vibrant scene perhaps staying a little closer to old town would be better- but plenty of taxis/Ubers around.

Posebno bih izdvojio ljubaznost domaćina koji je bio uvijek dostupan za sve informacije. Lokacija je odlična – mirna, ali dovoljno blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja. Sve preporuke.
• Vesna Montenegro (10/5): Very nice, spacious and spotless - A spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated place in a perfect location in Lapad area. The host was extremely generous to share information, offer help, but also offer you loads of snacks, coffee pods and a million other nice little things for free. Very importantly, the place offers safe parking free of charge, so I think it is a great option to leave you car there and not worry about parking and take a local bus to the old town of Dubrovnik. Plus, the beds were super comfy. Not a thing.

• BARIŞ (10/5): Rahat, huzurlu ve harika konaklama. - Öncelikle ev sahibi çok nazik ve ilgiliydi. Her sorumuza cevap verdi, şehir içinde gideceğimiz yerler hakkında güzel fikirler verdi. Eve girdiğimizde bizi çok temiz ve her şeyi düşünülmüş bir ev karşıladı. İkramlar bırakılmıştı. Krakerler, içecekler, kapsül kahveler gibi. Çamaşır makinesi için deterjanlar, yumuşatıcılar, bulaşık makinesi için bolca deterjan vardı. Balkonu çok ferahtı. Evin konumuna çok yakında harika bir plaj vardı. İlk gün yorgunluğumuzu orada attık. Harika bir konaklamaydı, tekrardan teşekkürler İvana :) Sadece salondaki çekyat biraz eski ve kirliydi o sebeple çok kullanmadık. Belki onun yerine daha güzel bir çekyat olabilirdi.

• Linda (10/5): Great place for visiting Dubrovnik, however, not in the heart of Dubrovnik. - The apartment was very comfortable, access was easy, Ina had lots of treats and amenities available. The best part was the parking space and that there were no real stairs to climb. There was no view, but we had expected that.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat pressiert, damit wir uns noch sehen konnten. Danke! Dubrovnik ist sehr teuer, daher auch die Wohnung. Die Anbieterin trifft dafür keine Schuld.
• BEATA (10/5): - Location was great. 2 minute walk to the Beach. 2 minute walk to the supermarket, 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to the old town, and a 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk filled with restaurants, ice cream, and souvenir shops. The host was amazing and very welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed kitchen and bathroom were stocked. Cold AC, washer, and a nice spacious balcony that also served to dry our clothes. We had a great time.

• Darren (10/5): A perfect 10 - In our two weeks throughout Croatia and Montenegro, this was the one we rated the highest overall (and we stayed in many four star hotels). Ivana has gone to great lengths to think about every aspect of a guests stay to make sure that the essentials they may need are accounted for. It was rare to find this level of care and service even at hotels costing twice as much. We are a family of three and appreciated the separate private bedrooms and that a sink and toilet were in a separate room from the shower, as this made our getting ready for the day much quicker. Comfortable beds and each room with its own air conditioner! The area around the apartment is wooded with two markets a quick walk away and many restaurants also within short walking distance. We bought groceries at the nearby Tommy market and made omelets one morning to enjoy with the excellent Nespresso coffee that was supplied. We sat on the outdoor patio sipping coffee and enjoyed hearing the birdsongs all around. Ana Guesthouse is an inexpensive Bolt or Uber ride to the old town area, or a 30 minute walk to old town, if you have the gusto (and can handle some hills). If you want a room with a view of the sea or mountains, this is not the place for you. The point of this place is not the view but the proximity to old town Dubrovnik and the convenience of an apartment with a kitchen and markets and restaurants close by so you can enjoy your time when you have finished exploring the city. The apartment is on the first floor so less than 10 steps up from street level. A private parking place is provided right in front of the room's patio so super convenient for unloading luggage.

It is really well located near the beach, supermarkets, stores, restaurants and transport. I was very surprise how complete the apartment is. Ana provided everything for you to feel at home. The kitchen is really well equipied with all that you will need for a perfect stay and even cooking a last minute past when arriving. The bathrooms has all that you need or forgot, so dont worry. there will be on Anas apartment. The shower is PERFECT! i loved. The bedrooms are well equipied with confortable beds and air conditioner. The balcony is a plus. Nice to sit and chill while having a beer! It is very easy reachable by uber or bolt from anywhere in Dubrovnik, which makes it even more interesting. from apartment to old town: 7-8 euros. From apartment to airport: 29-33 euros the comunication with Ana was easy, perfect and nice. I definately loved the place and looking forward to stay with Anas net year on my summer vacataion in Dubrovnik. Thank you for everything, Ana! Nothing. Everythig was perfect!

We were welcomed straight away and shown around the apartment, and the different facilities that it had such as an independent water boiler, washing machine dishwasher. 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and that's just to name a few. We were impressed straight away by how well maintained, up to date, clean and homely the apartment felt. The apartment is located within a 30 second walk to shops, restaurants and a gorgeous beach. It wasn't long into our holiday that the owner brought us a cake, which was beautiful. We just felt very welcomed and looked after and that's a rare thing in private holiday accommodation. We are absolutely looking at coming back here, and bringing our children, friends and family. Thankyou so much. Highly recommend

(10/5): Highly recommended for a stay in Dubrovnik! - Very, very convenient apartment for a large family next to Dubrovnik (it's feasible to get to the city center on foot, but it's quite a walk). The host is absolutely helpful and flexible (our travel took much longer than expected and we could get inside after midnight). The apartment is very spacious and has everything you might need for a short or longer stay). Parking space is right in the front of the balcony. The welcome gift was waiting for us in the living room. I will return there when back in Dubrovnik! The furnitures are bit worn out and the kitchen is small - but these are minor flaws.

It was so hot in the old town it was nice to come home in the afternoons for a swim. Good bars, restaurants, cafes within a few minutes walk from apartment. Nice coastal walk too. We walked into Dubrovik once , it took about 50 minutes. The rest of the time we got a taxi...between €15 and €20.. Ivana was very helpful and responded to any queries via text immediately. The outside of the building looks slightly run down...but don't let that put you off...the inside is newly refurbished
• Senadkra (10/5): Great value for the money! - The owner was very friendly. The good thing was, that it had it's own parking spot for the car. The apartment was very clean with everything needed for a good stay. There was a beach very near, and going to Old Town, the taxi took 12 euros.

• Marcell (10/5): Comfortable apartman and very friendly host. - The apartman was very clean and comfortable. The Host is very nice and gave us a lot of helpfull tips about Dubrovnik. Sadly we could only stay for one night but I reccomend staying here longer.

• Melissa (10/5): Great location for a great price! - Ivana was so welcoming! She left is local snacks and drinks and even brought us a cake! She was also available for any questions we had. Her super clean apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine! It is literally a short walk to Lapad Beach, a market and lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and directly on the bus route to the Old Town. A fantastic place for a family. Apartment is in a nice quiet spot, with parking. The local beach has one of the best coastal walks we have done anywhere in the world. Nothing.
