• Muñoz Delgado (9/5): repetiría cogiendo el mismo sitio - nos encantó la ubicación, a 2 minutos de la parada de autobús y a 10 minutos al centro de Dubrovnik en bus. Nos encantó lo limpio que estaba y lo bien que olía todo, tanto las sábanas como las toallas y la habitación. El personal muy amable y te dicen todas las indicaciones por wuasap antes de llegar.

Kody i wszystkie informacje przysłali na WhatsApp nie na meila więc nie znalazłam i pani Maria przyszła mi otworzyć, potem wyłączyłam wszyskim ciepłą wodę, bo nie przeczytałam meila też .A właściciel uśmiechnięty przyjechał specjalnie wytłumaczyć. Pozatym bardzo czysto, blisko plaży, sklepu tomi ,przystku autobusowego .

• Gabriel (10/5): Excelente - Ficamos hospedados neste local em Dubrovnik e adoramos a experiência! Já na chegada fomos surpreendidos com um ambiente muito cheiroso e extremamente limpo. O banheiro era novinho, muito bem cuidado e o chuveiro excelente, com água quente e boa pressão. A localização também é um grande ponto positivo: há muitos restaurantes por perto, além de a praia ficar a poucos minutos a pé. O acesso à Old Town é muito fácil, com pontos de ônibus bem próximos — em cerca de 10 minutos se chega ao centro histórico. Pelo custo-benefício, foi uma ótima escolha de hospedagem. Com certeza voltaríamos!

The rooms are below street level, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful flowers and fruit trees outside of our room. The room was clean and modern. Very kind cleaning lady, too 😊

Helped me out with a puncture on my Vespa by sorting out a local repair The room although basic had everything we needed, a great shower and comfy bed. Easy access to bus to Old Town and lots of restaurants etc within a quick stroll. I would not hesitate to return or recommend everything was good

• Selfa (8/5): Good valuee for money, easy communication with landlord. - It was very clean, easy to find by Uber, comfortable and close to a good supermarket and other shops for coffees or drinks. Only 3 minutes walk to a bus stop. Bus n6 can take you to the Old Town and 7 minutes walking to the nearest beach. The table and chairs outside was nice too. The acoustic insulation wasn’t good as we could listen people making noise in next room or someone playing ball in it. I think behind the closet the wall was very thin. Noise came through there.
• Chia (9/5): Nice apartment - The host is nice, location is good near to the beach, there is bus going to the old town, take Uber to bus terminal around 6 Euro only。 Everything are ok except the WiFi, very weak, at the end I used my own internet

There was a washing machine and outdoor space to hang clothes. The outdoor table and chairs was wonderful in the spring weather. Niksa was very kind in helping us jump start our car when leaving as it had a flat battery.

• Alexandros (9/5): Very good place, with a super convenient parking spot and a discreet host - Easy parking, very quiet neighbourhood, spacious with cute little table on the garden and good wifi. The bed was not very comfortable and the room was not well isolated by adjacent rooms.
• Joelton (9/5): Very good place! I'd stay here again if I come back to Dubrovnik. - I had a very good expérience. I was expecting an old room (as I saw in some pictures) but I was surprised when I arrived and saw a morden and recently furnished room and bathroom. Everything was very clean! And the lady who was around the room (she might live or work there) was very friendly even if she couldnt speak English. The bed was confortable, the air-conditioning was working perfectly well. The bathroom was clean and hot water was running perfectly well also. I really enjoyed my time in this room. You have restaurants and markets near the room which is very helpful. The location, if you dont have a car, is not the best as you have to take the bus to reach downtown and the bus service in Dubrovnik is quite horrible. And there was someone doing laundry at 10:30pm this was a bit annoying.

In addition, the hosts are very helpful (for example, they are reachable and also kept our luggage as we were leaving in the evening), plus Marija is a sweetheart, very kind and friendly!
• Ana (10/5): It was perfect - The location was perfect, it’s 5 minutes from the beach, there are a few supermarkets around (2-5minutes walk) and restaurants. The property itself was clean with the AC and fridge, bed was also comfortable. No complaints at all. And also want to add that Maria is amazing! She let me leave my backpack for a few hours after checking out since my bus was leaving at 6 pm. Thank you for hosting!

• Ciarán (10/5): Accomodation with great services nearby - It was a really nice property. Very close to a shopping mall and a bus stop. Bus stop #6 is only 5 minutes walk away and the bus line serving it takes you directly to the old town. There are many services very close by, including the mall and a beach about 5 minutes away. The room was clean and had air-conditioning and included many nice things like an electric kettle and fridge.

• Hari (9/5): Highly recommend - I loved the room and the surroundings. Just a few minutes walk to the two bus stops number 6 (or number 4) that takes you to the old town in about 15 minutes. I took an Uber for around 8 EUR to the room from the bus stop as I couldn't find a direct bus from the main bus station, which is also not so expensive. There is also an airport shuttle (Platanus) from/to the Main bus station. The shuttle drops/picks up from a few locations, one being the stop on the way to the old town, where bus number 6 runs. There is a water kettle, tea bags, glasses, cups, a hair dryer, and utensils. I liked the calm neighborhood, it has a supermarket and restaurants, but unfortunately, I didn't have the time to check out the nearby beach. The instructions were properly given via WhatsApp by the host, so the check-in and check-out were easy. Nothing, everything was good. If they could have an iron box, and another trash bin in the main room, besides the one from the bathroom, that would be helpful for the guests.

There was small fridge also, Niksa ledt variety of coffee and tea for guests. Bathroom was comfortable and clean. The bed was also comfy. There is market, restaurants and bus stop nearby. There is air conditioner in the room. Regardinf of the sign, it was a bit confusing to find the room at once. I arrived late and saw rhe sign but went to the left stairs instead of right and looking for the room for couple of minutes. Maybe would be better to mark the entrance from the road with arrows or something

The owner is very responsive and kind. Gave us extra blankets when we requested. The shower leaks water into the bathroom. The door to the room opens to the road directly. It's a little cramped inside.

• Carol (7/5): A well priced room with a quick bus or Uber ride into Dubrovnik old town. - There was a nice little terrace with a drying line and pegs. The bed was comfortable. Free parking for motorbikes close to the room. Kettle, large cups, teas and coffee provided. Fridge in room. A good sized wardrobe. Extra bedding provided if cold. Easy communication with owner. A quiet area with an easy walk to the supermarket and several restaurants. We would definitely recommend Restaurant Scala which is very close. The shower cubicle was very small and the bathroom felt very compact as the sink, toilet and shower were in a row almost touching. No cleaning clothes or products for washing mugs. Parking didn't have CCTV or security but it seemed safe enough for our motorbikes.

The room was lovely and clean with freshly laundered bedding and the most comfiest bed ever!..The private entrance and own car parking space was ideal for us.. Location was great, 5 minutes walk to the beach for a dip.. 5 Minute walk to catch No 4 Bus to The Old Town.. Shops and restaurants all close by.. Great communication from the host regarding check-in. Nothing not to like..
