• Karina Daniela (10/5): - El hospedaje es cómodo y espacioso. La vista de la ciudad hermosa. Desde el centro de la ciudad o de la estacion de bus te deja justo enfrente el bus 3 . Para bajar al old town se baja por infinitas escaleras Se salía el agua de la ducha hacia afuera en el baño 2.

Pięknie położony, wprawdzie trzeba się trochę powspinać po schodach, ale warto, bo z apartamentu jest cudny widok na dachy Dubrownika, Stare Miasto, Adriatyk, półwysep Lapad i wyspy. Pokój wygodny, przestronny, czysto. W pokoju klimatyzacja, lodówka, podstawowe naczynia, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, duża szafa, dwa fotele. Bardzo przyjemnie było też posiedzieć sobie rano i wieczorem na sporym prywatnym tarasie. Dom otoczony zielenią, cytryny, pomarańcze, palmy, róże. Na tarasie dostępnym dla wszystkich gości stół z krzesłami, leżaki i możliwość podziwiania zachodu słońca nad miastem. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Wszystko było super.

• Aneta (10/5): - Schöne Blick von der Terrasse Zimmer 2. Die Wegbeschreibung bis zum Unterkunft super gut mit Bildern erklärt. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer war richtig sehr hilfreich. Alles was man braucht. Der Haus befindet sich ganz oben. Es gibt immer Möglichkeit Uber zu nehmen. Wir haben die viele Treppe von Altstadt geschafft, aber es ist ziemlich anstrengend.
• Agnieszka (10/5): Idealne miejsce na krótki wypad - Piękny widok z okna i z tarasu. Okolica cicha, bardzo przytulna. Bardzo szybki kontakt z właścicielami, łatwo trafić do obiektu. Zgrzypiacy leżak na tarasie 😝 ale tak na serio to wszystko super, idealne miejsce na krótki wypad.

• Carmen (9/5): - Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Dusche und es wurde sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit drum gekümmert, was wir super fanden. Es gibt Besteck für ein kleines Frühstück und die Location mit der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Etwas fern ab, aber mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen und dafür sehr authentisch und charmant.

The room wasn’t the most comfortable, mainly due to the roof corners, but this was clearly explained before booking, so it wasn’t a surprise. Just something to keep in mind—especially for taller guests, as the low ceilings can be a bit inconvenient.

• Nastassia (9/5): Отличное спокойное место с шикарным видом из окна и атмосферой города - Удобный номер со всем необходимым на несколько дней. Вид из окна волшебный! На территории две террасы, чисто, разные растения, сам домик с номерами атмосферный, в стиле города. Дорога из старого города через узкие улочки и много лестниц, мы ходили пешком, чтобы наслаждаться атмосферой города. Также можно приехать из города на автобусе прямо к домику, остановка напротив дома. Достаточно чисто. На фото немного смущал розовый дизайн, но по факту выглядело нормально :) В номере мансардные потолки. Есть холодильник, телефизор, фен, чайник, посуда, чай и сахар. В ванной горячая сушилка для белья, очень удобно. простынь и пледы вместо одеяла в пододеяльнике

However, the distance from the Old Town was further than stated in the description, and the bathroom was outside the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

Nous avons galéré avec le bus 3 pourtant proche de la maison car nous n avons pas compris jusqu a la veille du départ son mécanisme .( C est la même fiche horaire affichée dans toute la ville...donc nous l avons raté 2 fois sachant que sa fréquence est 1 fois l heure en moyenne) L implantation au plus haut de la colline soit 25 mn du port ou 30 mn de la vieille ville La seconde et plus belle terrasse non précisée donc découverte suite à demande le dernier jour,hélas humide.

• Callum (8/5): - A lovely property with a great view over Dubrovnik. The shared terrace was a nice place to sit and watch the sun go down. A bottle of water or some milk in the fridge for our stay would be a really nice addition.
• Tomasz (9/5): - This is rather little house. Very good that parking is avalable. Very good contact to owner. Localization is far from the center, but very easy to busstop and to the street to taxi. It was clean, no problem with anything. Good 2 airconditions for each room. Stairs, but it is normal in Dubrovnik. Here we have only 40 stairs to the parking.

The location is quite far from old town you can only go down bh walk but cannot climb up amd its too steep. The terrace was supposed to be two but we only saw 1. Even the toilet was so clumsy. Didnot like it at all , not worth the money.

Not many amenities close by and the walk back up from the old town in the heat was tougher than expected even though we are aware the host said it’s better in a taxi. location from the old town further and higher than expected. Stumbled across a great little restaurant…Tata’s!! Please tell more people about this place! Although located on a busy street the food was delicious, well priced and great quantity! Wasn’t a huge fan of private bathroom outside of room. Extremely small and warm.

• Peters (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay here! Each day we walked down to Old Town, then hopped on Bus #3 back—super easy and convenient. The host was so sweet and welcoming, and even set up airport transfers for us, which made everything so smooth. The driver was on time both times and really friendly. The room had everything we needed, was super cozy, and even had some yummy candies waiting for us. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Dubrovnik!

Excellent communicative host who aims to please. You can walk down hill to the old town in about 30 min. but walking back is very hard due to steep hills, although we managed to do it. Not much (restaurants for instance) within walking distance.

• José (10/5): A Perfect Stay with Breathtaking Views of Dubrovnik - We stayed at Valora Sobe na Konalu for 4 nights (April 20th - 24th) and had an amazing experience. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room was cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, overlooking Dubrovnik and the sea – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing after a day exploring the city. The host was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt comfortable and at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Dubrovnik!

The check-in process was incredibly easy and hassle-free, which made for a stress-free arrival. The same can be said for check-out—smooth and quick. What truly made the stay special was the thoughtful surprise of a bottle of sparkling wine, a card, snacks, and rose petals waiting for us in the room to make our honeymoon even more special. It was such a lovely gesture and added an extra touch of hospitality to our stay. The room itself was cozy and well-maintained, it had a fridge and some utensils wich is a big plus. Only small minus were the locking mechanisms of the doors since they needed to be locked with the key from the inside also. The highlight of the room was undoubtedly the beautiful view and nice big balcony. The location was peaceful yet close enough to everything we needed."

• Trudie (9/5): Great apartment and great customer service - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The sea view was stunning and we both enjoyed waking up to that each morning! The apartment was clean and fresh. Kettle and fridge area was very useful to us. Communication with host was brilliant, quick and easy. They booked our airport shuttle for us which was perfect and the driver Peter was so kind and friendly. It was about a 30minute drive and we paid €30 in cash for it so it was reasonably priced. The location would have been ideal if there was less stairs🥵, we had to carry our luggage (which wasn’t light) up soo many sets of stairs to get to the accommodation. Wish there had been a full kitchen facility, but the kettle and fridge was useful ☺️

The comunicación with the owner, luck of help and specially she thought she was clear but instructions to get to the room not clear.

There is only one line of bus which is not always coming on time or sometimes even not coming at all. We could reach our flight with a help of a neighbour in the morning. He offered to drive us to bus station because the bus did not come. In addition, walking from center to the room means taking hundreds of stairs.

• Karine (10/5): Excellent, we would love to go back! - The bus number 3 was just outside the house on the main street, it goes either to Gruz main bus station (convenient to arrive from the airport with the shuttle bus Platanus) or to Pile (the entrance of the old Town and where all buses go). The rental is like a mezzanine studio flat with a double bed facing the balcony and the Adriatic Sea, a small lounge area with a sofa, TV and Internet, and a separate private bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and kettle so we managed to eat simple meals in the evening in the flat and did the washing-up in the bathroom. The balcony has a small table and 2 chairs, and the view is exceptional, we felt we were in paradise and it was always so quiet. We were so grateful to have found this wonderful place and the host has been fantastic, always responsive and did everything possible to make us feel at home. There is a big supermarket Konzum when you go down the stairs, directly from the flat, about 10 minutes walk. So everything was super convenient. Internet was very slow but we had 3 possibilities to connect to wifi so we managed it.
• Neil (10/5): Perfect stay. - Location was great. Whilst it’s a few steps to and from the city. The rear of the property was ideally located at Magistrala 2 bus stop. So perfect pick up/drop off for excursions. I walked most of the holiday and averaged 17k steps over 7 days.

The host is very friendly, attentive and responded promptly to our messages. Everything was perfect, the room looked exactly like in the pictures and was spacious and clean.
