- Vasilyeva (10/5): Уютный, домашний, качественный номер с гостеприимным и отзывчивым хозяином - Гостеприимство и внимательное отношение хозяина дома, который всегда был на связи; разнообразные завтраки ко времени с 9 до 11; чистый и современный номер (всего хватало, была возможность постирать вещи,разогреть минимальную еду,чай), уютный балкон; тихая сантехника; тарелки, приборы, чашки,стаканы,чайник были в номере. Наличие шумной дороги прямо за окном, но не смотря на это мы высыпались, т к гуляли с утра и до вечера. Но посидеть в тишине на балконе не получится.

Он очень заботливый и приятный человек: в первый день он провёл нас по уютному фруктовому саду, где мы с удовольствием нарвали сочных, ароматных фруктов, наполняя наши сердца радостью и теплом. Его постоянное беспокойство о нашем комфорте было очень трогательным — он всё время интересовался, всё ли у нас хорошо. Гостиница поражает своей чистотой и красотой: всё так аккуратно, изящно и гармонично. Каждый день в вазе стояли великолепные цветы — яркие, свежие и нежные, они словно напоминали о красоте армянской природы и создавали атмосферу уюта и спокойствия. Эти цветы радовали глаз и наполняли сердце теплом и вдохновением. Это было моё первое путешествие в Армению, и оно началось с этого гостеприимного уголка, где всё было пропитано искренней добротой армянского народа. Люди здесь — тёплые, гостеприимные и простые, словно сама природа — щедрая и искренняя. Воспоминания о встрече с Хачатуром навсегда останутся в моём сердце как драгоценный дар. К сожалению, я не смогла полностью насладиться всеми прелестями этой уютной гостиницы — рано уходили утром и поздно возвращались вечером. Но даже короткое время здесь было наполнено гармонией: сидеть на качелях среди прекрасных цветов с чашечкой ароматного кофе — настоящее наслаждение для души. Эти мгновения останутся со мной как нежное воспоминание о тепле, заботе и красоте этого места. Спасибо за всё! Ваша гостеприимность оставила в моём сердце неизгладимый след любви к Армении.
- Veronika (10/5): Dokonalé po všech stránkách - Líbilo se mi naprosto všechno. A víc než to, jestli se někdy do Yerevanu vrátím, tak budu bydlet jen tady. Vše naprosto výjimečné. Vše čisté, hezké, udržované, majitel extrémně milý a ochotný. Nechybělo nic a našla jsem vše, co je pro pobyt potřeba. A to včetně kartáčku na zuby. Snídaně z vlastních surovin, k snídani vajíčka přímo od jejich vlastních slepic. Dokonalé! nic. vše bez nejmenší chybičky

- Kenneth (9/5): I regard Khachatur and his family as friends after our stay there. - Khachatur and his family were helpful in multiple ways. We used their transportation services on multiple occasions, including one half day tour into the countryside. We got important advice on taxis and SIM cards. Breakfast was ample, with a number of choices, including free range eggs laid by the family's own small flock of hens. I really appreciated the many personal touches of this guest house. The only negative I can think of is that you must cross a busy highway, with no lights or crosswalks, if you want to walk into town. On the other hand, you can take a taxi into town for prices ranging from $1.50 to $5.00 maximum. But you will need a phone and probably cash (Armenian drams). I recommend picking up a local SIM card (mine cost me $15 for unlimited calls and data for 3 days) and changing a little currency at the airport before you get into town. I was quite happy to take advantage of the guest house's own transportation services for getting to and from the airport, and found it easy to use taxis to go into town, though I did cross the highway and walked there on two different occasions.
