The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The second bathroom and toilet are located on the second floor. There is a powder room on the ground floor. The entire house has reverse cycle air-conditioning.

- Camille (7/5): Pleasant stay in a magic location. - Close to wall everywhere we needed to go - beautiful beach within 1 minute walk and also a Woolworths close by. Was a little dated and requires some maintenance. Would have been nice to be able to leave sliding doors open to let fresh air through but there are no security screens that can lock. The front screen is torn where it looks as if someone has tried to break in maybe. No screen door on the front door either
so you can’t leave that open for air either. Curtains in bedrooms and downstairs were quite dirty and need replacing.
- Carol (7/5): We have stayed here before but this time we felt it needed a bit of a with a bit of a freshen up. - The location is brilliant, just across the road from the beach and walking distance to Woolworths and the cafes The property really could do with a refurb, all a bit tired. The kitchen appliances are sparse and could do with replacing. No oven dish, no coffee machine, no hand towels provided, not enough pegs on the line. The balcony hadn’t been swept and the chairs/table are rusty. No welcome pack. WiFi not brilliant.

Internet worked well. Ample kitchenware. The Host was lovely and great with communication It needs a very good clean, dust, dirt and mould.
Dirt on walls, mould and body hair in the shower, dust and oil build up on the range hood.
Back door was difficult to lock. Holes in fly screens and dishes not washed properly from previous guests.
Coffee would be a great addition in the kitchen staples and extra towels.

- Errol (8/5): Coogee Beach house - We loved the location, super close to the beach, and an easy drive into Fremantle. There's a supermarket near by and some food options too. Large, comfortable accommodation which worked for our family. The only thing we didn't like was the sound travelling between walls and from downstairs really badly. Probably won't affect too many people but we had a toddler and if he was downstairs, it sounded like he was next to you upstairs.

- Luke G (9/5): - The place had a very nice layout and is just next to the beach. The fridge is only a tiny bit bigger than a bar fridge and there was no dishwasher.

Fridge was too small and completely iced up. Fly screens were torn and patched up with tape. Clothesline had no pegs. Internal staircase hard to negotiate without hard shoes on.

- Stacey (8/5): overall it was a great place to stay - the location was great. close to the beach and supermarket. easy to access and park, great for a family. the house was clean and tidy mostly. great layout. there needs to be some maintenance done to the property. the fly screens on the sliding doors had huge holes in them and therefore could not be used to let the breeze in as the insects came in also. the walls have heaps of marks all over them that is from several uses and need a good scrub. there is a leak in the main shower somewhere as water gets onto the carpet while the tiles outside shower are dry. evident in rust around door frame. no hand towels in any of the bathrooms and no spare linen to change sheets through our stay. there were a few cobwebs also. we had cockroaches in the bathrooms. not enough pegs to hang washing. the cleaner was running over time and we couldn't get into the house until after 3pm.

Apartment was spacious good amenities. Could have more toiletries and finishing touches, milk and coffee would have been nice too. Like previous reviews the apartment is in need of some TLC and deep clean. Incorrect lock number was given so there was a hold up getting in as we had to contact the owners.

Just needed a good clean. A few areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly for awhile.
- Oon (8/5): Convenient and quiet stay. - Convenient and exclusive Stairs are a bit rough and difficult to climb without footwear. Cooking ingredients are not fully supplied, just some leftovers from past tenants. Need oven wares and a better frying pan. Need to look into bathroom essentials like soap and shampoo. Also a ledge for bathroom stuff would be useful in the showers. Have to put soap and shampoo on the floor.

- Lisa (10/5): Beautiful location, perfect for family's wanting a getaway, plenty of things close by to see and do. - Location was fantastic. Small unit yet still felt like you had plenty of space. Worked perfectly for what we needed. Lighting could be a little bit better as all the bulbs were warm lights, could have done with some white lights to make it a bit brighter but that is just our preference. And beds were a bit uncomfortable as mattresses we rather firm for our liking.

Not too far from Fremantle and Perth. The Dome Cafe and Woolworths is within walking distance.
The town house is lovely, well set out and we had a great holiday there. The plates in the cupboard had all been left quite wet and some still dirty so I had to wash them all at the beginning of the stay.
Linen from the previous guests was left out the front and never removed during our stay.

The only thing was we needed more toilet roll and the beds could be comfier, but apart from that this place was awesome!!

Must have bought shampoo as a bulk discount purchased. Used bottle of shampoo for blonde hair in both bathrooms. Did not use , previous iccupant could of urinated in them. Tea towel for hand towel in powder room . No hand towel in other bathrooms. Left over food in cupboard and fridge. Rules posted every where notes on doors, walls and every light switch, like staying at grandmas house ,not a luxury location. Double bed mattress incredibly uncomfortable. Cobwebs around conices . Air-conditioning vent at top of stairs full of dust and cobwebs disgusting and not healthy . Furniture old and worn, torn lounge suit in many places . Coffee table scratched to hell and TV unit chipped. Front Screen door torn ,old half jars of coffee sugar and sauce on bench top, not hygienic don't know what germs previous occupants have . For the price we expected individual toiletries and sachets for tea coffee and sugar. Old and tired unit. Owners have not spent money on property in 10 years by the looks of the property. Very disappointing

I like that there is a toliet on the lower level so you do t have to go upstairs. Has laundry facilities. Dripping down pipe interrupted sleep first 2 nights. Need better mattress in 3rd bedroom mainly.
Just a note that front door lock and light not working Lights too dim in kitchen.
- Charlemagne (9/5): Feel the local life as usual. - -The house is fully equipped with dryer and washing machines with cleaning utilities,which make my travel easy.I also have been bought the new laundry powder back to the apartment once the washing powder box has been emptied.The layer out are very distinctive style.
-Clean and tidy with well functioned cooking facilities and a little bit of beverage inside the house and a few options for continental breakfast.
-The room has also spacious room for me to manage my luggage.
-I will totally consider to book the apartment in the future if I come to pay visit Perth again.
-The surrounding is quiet and peaceful, the short walk from apartment to Woolworths is not far and there are couple of food outlets along the walk in the direction to Fremantle.or I can take the transperth 512 to Fremantle and do connection with 548 to rockingham beach and ;or change 551 to safety Bay/penguin island and walk along to port Kennedy then all the way to Mandurah from Rockingham shopping centre.
The fritters from Dome cafe is well worth to try and the meals are running pretty good.classic interior make you feel elegance and relaxing with beautiful views.
You also can start walking from coogee beach all along from the left to woodman point. It is worth a walk. Coogee beach and port is a good spot for sunset, if you are very genuine on photography,than the spot is for you. Remember to bring legs and use sunset mode when using the phone. Just a little bit of mention at the lounge room;the sofa itself has some surface damaged since I m moved in the day 1,may be need a little bit of maintenance.
I also noticed the white mark on the table which as well. Because I don't use the lounge sitting area so I didn't touch anything from there. Other are good and there is nothing to to mention or worries.

Instructions to get to the property can be improved, perhaps with pictures showing the gate to turn into to get to the garage. It took me abit of searching the first time getting there.

Neighbors at 1A were unfriendly/rude and another neighbor who kept walking past large lounge windows and staring in-would stop at boundary, turn and walk back while continuously staring in?? Maybe he had an issue with previous guest??

Furniture was the cheapest, uncomfortable. The exhaust fan in the kitchen is very dirty, bathrooms every average too.

Had everything you could possibly need for a nice family getaway. The unit was spacious and very clean. Secured parking and a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. Perfect for the whole family - close to beaches, coffee shops and supermarkets. Communication with the owners was fantastic and they were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
