František (10/5): Velmi dobré ubytování. Čisté a moderně zařízené. Chutné jídlo. Doporučuji - Čisté, moderní prostředí. Jídlo bylo velmi chutné - večeře i snídaně. Na výběr je několik verzí snídaně, všechny velmi bohaté. Velké parkoviště u ubytování v ceně. Na pokoji téměř vše potřebné. Maličkost, ale na pokoji chyběl věšák na bundy.

Robert (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit hervorragendem Frühstück/Abendessen - Hervorragendes Frühstück mit frischem Gebäck. Das Restaurant bietet hochwertiges schmackhaftes Essen. Das Personal ist freundlich und kooperativ. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten im Badezimmer.

Vladimír (9/5): - Snídaně byla famózní - anglická snídaně / english breakfast. Najedli by se z toho i 2 ;) I večeře, kterou jsme si dali, byla výborná. Personál je v pohodě a přičinlivý.

Piotr (7/5): Frydlant z noclegami - Spędziłem 3 dni w obiekcie łącznie z noclegami. Bardzo fajna lokalizacja i darmowy parking obok obiektu. W 15 min. można dojść do centrum miasta, a w 20 min. na zamek. Blisko Lidl i Penny. Docenić należy także możliwość odbierania polskich stacji, co prawda tylko trzech, ale zawsze to coś i rzadko spotykane w Czechach. Bardzo dobre dania z karty. Wykupiłem także śniadania (kontynentalne, tak jest wybór), były dobre i świeże ale trochę monotonne. Codziennie kanapki z salami, boczek, ser żółty i topiony i kupka warzyw. Na początku zamiana pokoju. Wykupiłem 3 osobowy dla dwóch osób, poinformowano mnie o zamianie pokoju na taki sam, ale niestety okazało się że była to mniejsza dwójka, co prawda taniej ale przyczyn takiej zamiany nie podano. No i najdziwniejsza rzecz jaką spotkałem w Czechach, to automatycznie wyłączający się prad o 22:03 we wszystkich gniazdach więc TV i WI-FI też nie było aż do 8:12. Po zgłoszeniu problemu zapewniono mnie że dziwne działanie kontaktów zostanie sprawdzone ale też nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi.

Frank (4/5): - Das Frühstück war super,Personal nett und freundlich, Zimmer war sauber. Was überhaupt nicht geht ist abends 22 Uhr den Strom in den Zimmern abzuschalten. Es funktioniert keine Steckdose und kein Fernseher mehr. Aus diesem Grund kann ich diese Pension nicht empfehlen.

BIENIECKA (10/5): - Przepyszne jedzenie w restauracji na dole. Przesympatyczny i bardzo pomocny personel. Pokój czysty i wygodny. Możliwość wyboru rodzaju śniadania i bardzo duże porcje obiadowe.

Volker (7/5): - Schönes kleines Hotel, tolles Restaurant, sehr leckerer Burger und ein mehr als reichlichen Frühstück. Hätte garantiert auch für zwei Personen gereicht. Wechselkurs bei Barzahlung in Euro war unterirdisch schlecht. Sehr harte Matratzen.

Pavlína (7/5): Mily personal, ale prespani spise na 1 noc - Lokace a restaurace pri penzionu. Dvere naseho pokoje vubec netesnily zvuk z chodby. Byla slyset jakakoliv konverzace a presuny po chodbe. Je mozne, ze spatne sedi v zarubni.

Krahmerová (8/5): We had really nice time with my friend, perfect starting point for exploring charming Jizerské hory. - Breakfast was tasty, though a bit expensive. You have to choose from the menu, no buffet. Meals in the restaurant were delicious, great cook! Quiet location of the hotel. They threw a great party on Saturday, which we were invited to and really enjoyed. The staff was very friendly also. Equipment of the hotel modern and tastefull. The staff doesn´t really communicate between each other, big room for improvement there. I needed to solve issues many times again because of that.
