• Inma (9/5): Very comfortable, with a very attentive and responsive host - It was a very comfortable room with all needed to spent the time in the old town of the beautiful city One could say the stairs, but at the end of the day, they are everywhere in town and helps you to keep fit! So actually a plus ☺️

So close to all the action but also tucked away enough that it was quiet in the evenings I can’t think of anything, other than maybe warning others that there are a lot of steep stairs up and down around the property? It might already say that and I just forgot!

We were also very centrally located for the tour pick up points. The apartment is lovely - it was very clean and so well equipped. Erna is a wonderful host - she is so attentive and her communication was excellent from booking to throughout our stay. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Erna was very communicative, keen to introduce herself and offer advice. A cool retreat during a very hot July. All in all a great stay. Nothing really.

Leider auch im Oktober noch voll mit Touristen von Kreuzfahrtschif - Perfekte Lage, sehr sauber, das Bett ist bequem, große Dusche, gute und genügend Handtücher, gute Ausstattung! Erna ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Sie ist sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Dubrovnik is wonderful and the accommodation was a perfect base to explore it from. - The accommodation was perfect - a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a lovely little balcony. There was a fridge with an ice box, a sandwich toaster, kettle and some plates/cutlery etc. The accommodation is in the OLd Town of Dubrovnik and situated very close to the centre. It is a short walk down some steps to the bars and restaurants but it is in a "side street" rather than a main walkway so we had no noise issues. We had a few minor issues initially that the host could not have anticipated but she responded immediately to our communication and sorted everything out - which we really appreciated. She also offered lots of advise to help us make the most of our stay.
• Wennberg (9/5): Trevlig weekend resa. - Ett fantastiskt läge med en fin uteplats där man kan äta frukost eller dricka ett glas vin. Lägenheten är välordnad och i gott skick. Det finns ett litet kylskåp och kapsylöppnare, korköppnare, kaffakokare samt en del bestick. Och till sist, ett vänligt bemötande av värdinnan Erna som dessutom bjöd på en fantastisk egentillverkad Limoncello. Det kan vara på sin plats att informera de som har problem att gå om att trapporna är ganska många, långa och lite svåra att gå i.

We really loved having the little terrace and spent a lot of time sat out there enjoying a drink and escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. We loved the little balcony & outdoor setting. Was a perfect spot to relax & enjoy the view. Our host Erna was wonderful to communicate with both before & during our stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Dubrovnik. We were greeted by Erna on our first day. Her homemade limoncello left for us was a lovely surprise! She check in with us a couple of times to see if we needed help as well.

The room was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed and more for our short stay. Our host and their family were extremely welcoming and greeted us with such kindness and the homemade limoncello was a lovely gesture. We couldn't of asked for more from the host, this property exceeded all of our expectations! We would 100% recommend this property and would love to return again the future! • Josh (8/5): Lovely stay will visit again - The location was absolutely amazing, we were greeted by erna and she gave us plenty of information on the local area and recommended local restaurants and bars etc. we had a friendly cat that would be on our balcony every evening, that would happily sit with us while we sat there to unwind. There was everything provided in the room that we required and more. Only down side is it can be abit noisy but being where it is and how old also I wouldn’t say it’s a huge bother.

Erna is lovely, friendly and knowledgeable host. The apartment is lovely, clean and bright, has everything you need. Many stairs to the property, its very doable and manageable, i just didn’t realise how maybe stairs dubrovnik old town has in general. Watching everyone struggle on the street with the stairs made me feel better.

Minutes away from attractions and its location meant you could enjoy quiet morning and evening walks without all the tourists. The room and bathroom were large and the bed was comfortable - air conditioning was also very effective! Erna was a very attentive host and was always on hand if needed. Would highly recommend to any couples looking for a cozy stay in the heart of the historic old town. Couldn't think of a more perfect stay in the old town!

• Bruce (9/5): Charming Apartment in Beautiful City - Sweet apartment very convenient to restaurants and the Stradun, with a very friendly and helpful host. Easy drop-off at the parking area and street just outside the Buza Gate, BUT there are MANY steps to get to or from the apartment from there, so this is not a place for people with lots of luggage or people with mobility issues. Very truthfully, though, that is the case for almost anyplace you would stay within the old city walls -- almost all of the city is made up of narrow streets of steep stone stairs. Be prepared for this and travel light, and you will enjoy its many charms.

• Yuri (10/5): Cozy, one of a kind, beautiful and modern room in the Old Town of Dubrovnik - (3 nights, couple) Review from a receptionist: One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. If you want the best Dubrovnik experience, this is an amazing place to book. The highlight of the room was the patio. It makes the room stand out from all the other rooms. Every morning we had breakfast here overlooking the alleyway. The room is really modern. Everything you may need is included. From beach towels to an electric kettle. There was even homemade Limoncello waiting for us. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is perfect. The hostess Erna is also really sweet. She helped us with all our questions. Dubrovnik is an expensive place, keeping this in mind the price to quality value is really good here. Overall we give this place a 10/10. Some recommendations for Dubrovnik: Ice cream -> Peppino’s Gelato Breakfast -> Babic Bakery Restaurant -> Storia Beach -> Beach Šulić Nightclub -> Culture Club Revelin Recommended Activities -> Walking the city walls, Rector’s Palace, Lokrum Island, watching the sunset from Mount Srd (cable car) Everything was perfect, I have zero complaints. (Do keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs from the main street to the room. Just keep this in the back of your mind if you plan to book this room or already booked it. However the location of where the room was located was super cute. Adding to the vibe of staying in “Kings Landing”

• Steve (10/5): Sensational stay at San Lorenzo! - We had excellent communications and a warm, helpful welcome from host Erna on arrival. The property is in a great location within the old town, so long as you don’t mind a few steps - but there are steps everywhere in Dubrovnik, so you will get used to them very quickly! The property is very well fitted out with quality furnishings in the bedroom and bathroom, everything worked and is spotlessly clean. Nothing to dislike. The toilet is a little on the high side if you have shorter legs.
• Bridget (10/5): A cool quiet haven in a busy and hot Dubrovnik old town. - We loved the small terrace. It was perfect much of the day with shade and a constant breeze. A perfect spot for a drink morning and evening away from the crowds. The location was also quiet set a short distance above the busier streets below. Inside was a cool haven with very efficient Mitsubishi Aircon. Excellent wifi, plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Erna was always on hand if needed and met us on arrival. That is helpful as navigating the old town the first time you visit can be difficult. The apartment has a kettle and small fridge, also an iron and ironing board. Some tea and coffee provided on arrival was also appreciated. We would definitely recommended this apartment for a stay but warn anyone that Dubrovnik does have a lot of steep steps. There was nothing about the apartment that we disliked.

You need to be able to handle stairs but this is true for all properties in old town Dubrovnik . The room was quaint, clean and comfortable. The owners home made lemoncello was delicious. The deck area is small but is much more than most have in old town. We enjoyed it. We have nothing to complain about. It was wonderful.

The bed was comfy and long enough for me standing at 6'6 it was a pleasant night's sleep. Having the balcony space out the front is very rare in Dubrovnik and Very convenient. We would have a little drink before bed, or to chill out in the afternoon before getting ready for the decent restaurants. The room is full air-conditioned and was set at a very nice temperature the extra bonus of having wi-fi was a nice. The host was amazing being present when we got there explained everything in the room recommendation of activities. She was also in contact with us the whole week asking if there was anything we needed and if we were alright. She book a taxi for us from the airport and back to the airport. (At cost to us of course) The host was very welcomeing thanks so much for a lovely room to stay in. Nothing it was perfect.

The room is nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, great bathroom and perfect WIFI connection. What I enjoyed most is the little balcony, fantastic for morning coffee or evening wine! Can highly recommend this place!

Provided a 50 balloon & Prosecco on our request. The location of the apartment was excellent, central to the old town on the most beautiful cobbled street. The room was so clean & fresh. The shower was powerful & a huge bonus for us travelling with only 100ml of liquid. All toiletries are included, so we didn't need to spend a penny. This apartment is amazing as it's the only one on the street with facilities to sit out with a glass of wine before going out. Honestly, we've had the most amazing time. • Annie (10/5): Perfect and peaceful stay in a busy tourist city - The room with little terrace is typical and charming, good size and Erna has thoughtfully provided glasses and dishes for breakfast or light lunch. The room is sparkling clean and Erna was lovely, helpful and informative. Stone steps in the old town are almost unavoidable and we were aware there are quite a lot to this lovely property. They became slightly less challenging after the first day but strongly recommend keeping luggage as light as possible!

Our hostess Erna greeted us on our way to the room and spent some time with us explaining about the room and Dubrovnik. She even provided coffee for us! She followed up regularly to see if we needed anything. Located in Old Town allowed us free access to the many sights of Dibrovnik. The shower is the best we've had in 4 weeks travels! 100% would stay again.
