• Belen (6/5): Caro en relación calidad/precio. - La dueña era muy amable, tenía una pequeña cocina compartida con algunas cosas para disfrutar. Muy mala ubicación, imposible aparcar por la zona. El alojamiento estaba en una calle sin acceso en coche y solo con acceso mediante escaleras, complicado para llevar maletas desde el vehículo hasta el alojamiento. La habitación era pequeña y se escuchaba mucho el ruido si alguien estaba en la habitación que estaba justo enfrente.

• Gino Percival (9/5): Good value for the price - The location is good. An uber or walk away to and from the old town. Also close to the marina area. Property is small but clean and cozy.
• Guest (9/5): Polecam miejsce dla tych, którzy szukają spokojnego noclegu, lubią spacery i poznawanie miasta od prawdziwej, nietypowej - Pokoik jest nieduży, ale wystarczający na trzy noce. Bardzo przydatna, dobra klimatyzacja, ciche sąsiedztwo, kuchnia dostępna ogólnie - bardzo przydatna. Mili i pomocni gospodarze. Miejsce jest na uboczu, trzeba brać pod uwagę sporo spacerów po schodach;). Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale myślę, że warto o tym pamiętać. Blisko lokalizacji są sklepy i bary, przystanek autobusowy, więc odległość nie jest dużym kłopotem.

• Angie (8/5): Difícil aparcamiento - La habitación estaba muy bien, puedo valorar poco ya que pase solo a dormir. Todo en general Bien y se podía cocinar, tenía todo lo necesario. Había té y café como bienvenida. Detalle muy bueno. La ubicación, no se puede aparcar y el sitio al centro andando estaba a 1h. Aunque he de decir que siendo Dubronik es muy complicado el aparcamiento en esta zona. Todo es de pago o de residentes y está era una parte que aunque difícil en aparcamiento se podía aparcar gratis ( hay que echarle imaginación y morro). 🍀
• PH71 (8/5): - Hyvä palvelu. Saavuimme kaupunkiin lautalla hyvissä ajoin ja saimme huoneen käyttöön ennen virallista sisäänkirjautumisaikaa. Huone oli pieni mutta siisti. Soveltui hyvin yhden yön yöpymiseen. Kannattaa huomioida että on paljon korkeuseroja.
• Rachel (10/5): Exemplaire - Accueil. Propreté exemplaire. Situation géographique près des bus . Calme. Petite chambre très fonctionnelle avec un grand lit très confortable, une terrasse est à disposition. Nous avons pu laisser nos sacs avant le checkin et après le check out pour visiter la ville. Parfait pour des traveller piétons. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et serviables. Ayez votre Google traduction dans la poche. Petite vigilance si vous êtes un peu limite physiquement, il y a beaucoup d'escalier pour y accéder.

• Jorge (7/5): - La ubicación es buena para llegar al centro de la ciudad, se puede coger el bus a escasos 5 min andando. La nevera es muy pequeña y el apartamento tiene muy poca luz natural, está en una planta baja a la altura de la calle.
• Itxaso (10/5): Estancia muy agradable - El alojamiento estaba muy bien, muy limpio, la anfitriona nos esperó hasta las 22:00h por motivos del vuelo, cosa que agradecimos mucho. En nuestro caso era una habitación con baño privado y cocina compartida que nos vino muy bien para el tema de las cenas y desayunos. En la parte de fuera tenia una terraza amplia y con colgador. La parte negativa es que se encuentra alejado del centro histórico lo que hace que tengas que coger el autobús constantemente y aun así la parada esta lejos, hay que subir muchas escaleras. Lo recomiendo para parejas que no les importe andar.

Her son picked us up from the airport for a small fee. Told us lots of the history and recommended different places to go and eat. Very nice indeed Actually we liked it so no negative saying about the place

The Host is very kind, despite the lack of English we could understand each other well. She put some nectar/juice in the fridge as a welcome, which was very cute. I also could leave my luggage there after check out.

• Helen (10/5): Very comfortable and clean and the owners are very helpful and accommodating - The staff were very friendly and helpful the property was very clean the room was a good size and the bed was king size and comfortable! The location was a good walk into town but easy to get an uber. The bathroom area is small but it’s enough to move around in and clean. It was very good value for money.

• Dorazio (8/5): Interesting Dubrovnick - Included a separate area kitchenette to sit and eat and terrazzo. Location was very complicated due to the small walkable staired streets. Google maps unable to steer us properly but locals guided us in right direction. Was quite an effort to get to and from location to upper area towards the hill with luggage in humid weather.

• Juan (10/5): Quick and comfortable stay at Rooms Radic. - They were so friendly and opened to find a solution to our needs. The space was super clean and well taken care of. We needed one room to spend the night and recover from a long day. It was really quite around and the owner was so caring and friendly. Smooth check in and check out. Nothing I can think of.
• Christine (8/5): Ideal for a short stay - The host was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and contained everything I needed. It was a one night stop over before flying back to England so was perfect for me. The views were good. I didn't realise that the accommodation was located at the top of a lot of steep steps which nearly killed me as I had a heavy case and rucksack with me. I should have got a taxi so that wasn't the fault of the owner.

• Ardita (1/5): Bad - The only good thing was that he helped us with some coins to exchange some paper money into coins that we needed to pay for parking. Me and my husband and our 1-year-old daughter took a long trip for several days around Croatia. We have stayed in many hotels with prices ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive. But the hotel we woke up to in Dubrovnik left a lot to be desired. The cleanliness was not up to standard, our daughter's hair clips fell under the bed while she was playing with them and we had to move the bed and there was a lot of dust under it. We asked the number we communicated with all the time if he could help me with an iron, he never answered if he would help us with one. Parking was very far from the hotel, you have to carry everything in your arms as the car did not go to the hotel at all, plus there was a charge of €17 for 24 hours. The price of room 55€ per 1 night is not very good value for the condition that they offers These things are essential for a visitor The part of helping with extra things is very important for a visitor as I know this from my experience as I am the owner of two large hotels in Ksamil Saranda.

• Kristina (8/5): Nice Stay & Friendly Hosts - We had a lovely stay here! The place is very clean, and the hosts are so kind and helpful. They even kept our luggage after check-out, which was amazing as it gave us more time to explore without the hassle of carrying our bags around.

• Catherine (10/5): Good stay - I like that it’s close to the sightseeing area around 30-44 mins walk. I felt same since I was traveling alone. The hosts were responsive to all my questions will recommend the for the future. A bit pricey. Inform the guests that it would be hard to walk and bringing a luggage up to the apartment is difficult due to location and taking stairs with your things with no assistance at all, I believe guests will appreciate the i information in advance. Just a short walk to the marina with restaurants and close to the port. It was a little bit hard to find as the entrance is located on a walkway with steps and not on the street.

• Mukherjee (4/5): Logistics problem - The owners and their sons were very helpful. Particularly in helping us with our bags on the steep climb via stairs from the main road. Also, when the LA Luna restaurant guy tried to cheat us, Mr Ivan helped to save our money . There is a steep climb via stairs to reach the hotel from the road accessible by a taxi. For us as senior citizens, to go up with our heavy luggage was very difficult. The owners said they couldn't accept payment by credit card , and wanted cash payment only.

• Anonymous (10/5): beautiful getaway for a couple nights. - great space, lovely owners, offered to drop us at airport shuttle in the morning, short walk to the markets, beautiful view. the smell of cats but it’s Croatia so that’s pretty standard, lots of stairs (also standard Croatia)
• Ratna (8/5): Good value for money during the touristy season - Good value for money, and absolutely spotless! The place has a kitchen shared by guests of 2 rooms. The terrace has a good view and this is close to the port of Gruz. The room was exactly as in the pictures. The host speaks almost no English, but was happy to share information using a translator app. The walk up to this place is definitely not for the faint hearted. Also quite a bit away from the old town (~6 bus stops away)

Location was nice and peaceful, near supermarkets, bakeries and bus stops. Beaches and Old Town are just a couple of km away, you can decided if go by walking or take a bus. I warn you that bus drivers are pretty rude and pretend to not understand english Bus drivers

• Muhamed (4/5): Disappointing - the air conditioner I guess bathroom is disgusting and small, there’s no room for showering and everything is hanged on the wall with spit. you couldn’t touch anything cause they kept falling. bathroom didn’t have a window. the room smelled old, the towels have been used so much that they feel rough and uncomfortable on the skin. the bed was pretty average and the balcony was dirty. the old woman and the old man are pretty inviting and kind, but the other guy is really rude and constantly peeved. you cannot ask for anything twice cause he will get angry or annoyed at you. he rubs off any questions asked more than twice and finds an excuse like “I won’t answer to you for more than 45 minutes cause I’m with clients.”. yeah shut up man. Parking is *not* included on the get go and you have to ask for it, even though there’s barely anything written about it. public parking is pricey (17-18€) and on lower roads, which become really uncomfortable to walk to the structure since everything is up on on pieces of stairs and stairs. for 80/100€ you don’t even get breakfast, what you get is old smelly dirty rooms and bathrooms. HIGHLY don’t recommend it.
• Terina (4/5): Disappointing - The rooms were relatively small, the host was unhelpful and rude. The biggest problem was that the bathroom smelled.
• Ole (9/5): Superb - Friendly owners/staff. Shower went cold after 5 minutes. Apart from that, a really nice place to stay.
