- Rooms offer everything you need despite limited space - Walls are thin, you hear the neighbors showering and chatting.

- westside88 (7/5): Budget stay in a prime downtown location. - The location was great, close to the trains and everything else. And my room was clean. Too expensive, paying 120 bucks for 2 nights lol. And the lady there can't help you with anything. The rooms are tiny.
- Igor (10/5): - Tudo perfeito
- Wan Chi (9/5): Great Location and good value - Wet good location

- Jack (8/5): - The room was clean and tidy and Ms. Chan was very welcoming. The location was great, especially its proximity to Jordan station. For the price, I have no complaints.
- Anders (9/5): - Närheten till det mesta, nära tunnelbana, perfekt om du vill göra annat än hänga på rummet Inget för priset, kanske lite lyhört, störde inte mig

- Nseula (1/5): Super small room. Toilet and shower all in one. People in the other rooms smoke and it makes its way into my room. - Nothing. Very dingy and small. Space. The location. The housekeeper kicking me out early on the 22nd March even though I only booked for the 23rd as my checkout day.
- Alain (7/5): Good value for money and very well located. -
- Marichu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kantapop (8/5): Very good -
- Emma (6/5): Pleasant - Great location right outside Jordan MTR station Rooms are very small. Whilst the rooms got tidied, we ran out of toilet paper and it wasn’t replaced, but our bins were emptied, etc.
- Marcel (9/5): Great for a few nights alone or for a couple for the price - - It’s in the city center just next to the metro
- we had windows
- it was kind of insane how quiet it was after closing the window
- stuff was very helpful
- clean great value for money -it is small, but you know what you get, for the price you pay it’s really good in Hong Kong
- Chooiling (5/5): Ok for 1 night stay just because of the location. - Location, next to Jordan MTR station The place a bit run down, surrounding a bit dirty and smelly.
- How (8/5): pleasant - very attentive staff
friendly people
helpful nil
- Luis (5/5): Good location and nice staff, but next time I'll look for better budget options. - Location is excellent; very central and right next to a subway station exit. The staff was very nice as well. The room was relatively big for Hong Kong standards. The room was generally clean, but everything is just old and/or not good enough standard for guests. It did not match the pictures on the website at all. The bedlinen are not white, so it's hard to see how clean they really are. The towels were very old and rough. It was too noisy during the evening, due to the bedroom facing the street, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep. The building was having some construction work done, so it was also noisy and smelly.
- Yeung (8/5): Very good - best host ever. the location is very convenient, just outside MTR station exit
- Cristian (7/5): Ok - Good location
Had a windows
Staff ok Very small and very old everything
- Jd (6/5): Pleasant - Very friendly staff, convenient location next to the metro station, shops and night markets. The room was cleaned and the sheets were changed daily. The mattress was hard, but that was a plus for me. Air conditioning in room worked fine. Kettle for hot water available. Hotel on the 3rd floor, unfortunately the elevator in building didn't work. Bed was too short for me. We were bitten by bedbugs
- Acena (10/5): Highly recommended👍👍👏book yours now. - I highly recommend the place. Accessible and near the bus stop and MTR Jordan Station. It's clean and spacious.
The owner is very kind and accommodating. 😊 Just a little adjustment because the elevator is not working. Under repair. We have to use the stairs going up. For me, still a good exercise😁
- Marc (10/5): Exceptional - Everything -
- Dinah (7/5): Good -
- Steven (6/5): Budget room ok for a few nights - Good location and excellent WiFi
Hot water and pressure good
Good price for budget room
AC excellent
Mrs Chen very friendly host Room smells of damp
Entrance area and stairs leading up to apartment not very nice.
Room incredibly small
- Qing (9/5): The boss is very nice lady who provides good service to us. - The location is great. It’s very close to the subway station, and it’s in the downtown center.
- Stacia (1/5): Never, ignore at all costs - Leaving. There was hot water in the shower, shampoo and gel. I was told here on booking in chat with the owners that I have to go to the 4th floor. Yeah. Sure. I warned the host I'd arrive late..."Late", at 10pm. I was surprised to see there's no elevators working! Can you imagine? I had to carry my heavy 25 kg bag in my own. And guess what, it wasn't the fourth floor! Including the fact that their counting starts from the 2nd floor! So, technically I had to carry my bag and the backpack to the 6th floor.
Getting down floor by floor, I finally reached the fourth, as I was told. I was thrown away by the back of my neck (I'm not joking, the whole stay after this I was thinking to sh*t next to their door or to call in the police on her) by one crazy lady. All I asked was "could you please help me" and I even showed google translation.
Finally, I got down to the THIRD FLOOR! And followed the signs. To get to nowhere. The door was closed, they were eating and drinking. Nobody cares to greet me and help me.
The room was filled with roaches. It was too gross. The lady owner had some nerve to come to my room any time she wanted and to touch my personal stuff. It was never on the places I left it. Once I was taking a shower and she entered my room! I yelled at her and she said "check-out tomorrow!". Wtf?!
The smell in the room is 25/8 disgusting. The sewage. You're gonna try to forget it for the next two weeks. Promise.
Never again. I read places in Hong Kong all dirty and messed up like this. So, I'm not sure you're going to find any place better. Unfortunately
- Edward (10/5): Excellent stay given the price and location - The room was very clean and all the facilities were functional. Room service was provided daily. The owner is easygoing and helpful for a first-time visitor like me. Jordan Station subway entrance is in front of the building and many well-regarded restaurants are within walking distance.
- Guyloves2travel (9/5): Location, location, and location! Bang for your buck!! - Mali, the in-house staff, is very friendly and helpful 👍
- Sally (1/5): No way - Nothing Everything
- Christian (9/5): Great location and value for money - The location is excellent. 2 meters away from the Jordan B1 MTR exit.
- Zi (9/5): Superb -
- Shuming (10/5): Exceptional - Very good. It's clean and comfortable to live in
- Christina (9/5): Superb -
- Andrzej (9/5): Worthy for this value - It’s perfect location
- Glenn (10/5): Great location, super staff. - Location was perfect, staff was exceptional (I was upgraded due to kindness of staff). Nothing, it was a great experience.
- Gulmira (4/5): Would never stay there again but the area is great. Eh. - + Area, that's why I chose this place initially- it's literally right next to Jordan B2 or B1 exit and it was perfect for me. Also, airport bus A22 right across the street to go to the HongKong International Airport (although I came via taxi when I arrived and the driver yelled at me for dropping me off saying he can't park there so I should rush.. so keep in mind taxis cant park anywhere nearby as it's a busy road).
+ A lot of cafes, shops, 7/11s nearby- and in general, very touristic "central area" in my opinion. Hence, safe I guess?
+ The staff old lady is nice and smiley (although does not really speak English, was a bit difficult to communicate). FYI: I stayed for almost 10 days in this guesthouse/private room (I extended my stay after the first week).
- And oh God, it was so dirty even right when I checked in, and then nobody ever cleaned the room I'm pretty sure. There were big bugs almost everywhere (brown insects- see a photo; I took many more though!)- since the door is not fully closing the room- they were coming in from the outside I guess. I was so uncomfortable but had to stay since I paid for the place beforehand and there weren't that many options in this area anyway. But I would never ever stay there again. Those brown insects I could not sleep with them it was very difficult with this problem. Had to buy bug sprays/sanitizer to deal on my own (although did not help; and as I said, the staff lady does not speak English hence I didnt even want to try to communicate this).
- It was so so so cold, freezing, I could not even sleep properly (especially, the past 3-4 days before my departure as it got colder in HK)- no heater in the room hence freezing. Obviously also no window and I expected that but somehow there's this fake window gape (see photo)- from where the wind was coming in and it was impossible to sit on the bed because of wind & cold.
- IT WAS ALWAYS SO LOUD in the mornings- starting from 7am even! Some workers repairing smth right beside my door yelling shouting, so ignorant of the people - TOURISTS- who might be sleeping. This was a huge disappointment for me. & not only workers, I dont know who else, but would always wake up or my sleep would be interrupted by LOUD conversations.
- The water in the shower would get cold very quickly too, so even after you turn on the water heater you have to shower yourself very fast. & in the small sink there's no warm/hot water so always only icey water brrrr.
- Overall, the room was very dirty & uncomfortable.
- Peter (6/5): Pleasant -
- Çetin (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the hotel is very central. It is located in the building right next to Jordan metro stop. The hotel is within walking distance to the touristic places. The first day I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a clean room and sheets. Also the owner of the hotel is very helpful and friendly. She helped me with everything about my stay. I was very satisfied with my stay. Nothing
- Nantakin (8/5): Convinience and cheep good service - nice staff bed is a bit not comfort but it is ok
- Ashimofu (9/5): Superb -
- Arlene (10/5): Exceptional - Love the location. Just a few steps away from MTR Jordan station and the A22/E23 bus stop going to and coming from the airport. The owner's very accomodating. Friendly and very helpful security guards. No long queue in using the lift. There's a washing machine and mini ref! Love it! 😁
- Brandon (8/5): Very good - Absolutely incredible location. I don't think you could have a more convenient spot, litterally on top od Jordan Station. Also shockingly clean, especially for the building. It's obviously an older place, but Mrs. Chen keeps the place pretty well spotless. Iportantly: the washroom too.
- Anonymous (7/5): Don’t judge a book by its cover - - location: near the markets, Kowloon park
- the whole room was clean including the bed sheets - it’s an old unreconstructed building. From the outside it looks a little scruffy. However the rooms itself were kept in good condition
- careful when you shower: it takes some time to find the optimal temperature
- Wanwipa (9/5): Great location and comfy bed - - Location right at Jordan MTR
- Room size is big comparing to the price
- Extension/conversion plugs available
- Bed is comfy
- The owner is friendly and helpful It's good enough with the price
- Mrshanetran4444 (7/5): Good - The location was perfect, restaurants and shops right near the accommodation. Train station was right on site. Also bonus gym near the building, Anytime Fitness. The facilities and building were old, felt a bit uncomfortable when going up the elevator late at night.
- Debie (7/5): Good -
- Pawel (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect staff and accomodation, clean, really good value for money
- Jehezkiel (8/5): Ok - Ok Ok
- Jehezkiel (8/5): Ok - Ok Ok
- Boilai (9/5): good location and worth to stay - location and the room size the building is very old
- Professor (10/5): Fantastic. Train, bus, taxi and shops at the door — Disney and airport bus over the road. - Brilliant all round. Perfect. Spotlessly clean. Great aircon. Perfect train, bus to airport and Disneyland. Walk to mall and Yum Cha. Perfect. Perfect help, check in and service!!!! Grace even helped me to cross the road and t in the bus because I have a back injury. Perfect.
- Apryll (7/5): Good -
- 顏文彬 (5/5): Passable -
- Claudia (8/5): Very good -
- Ykayiwa (5/5): may be i was out of luck this time - location is good for metro, Jordan station is right at the entrance the facilities are lacking, maybe its HongKong but it wasn't worth it. they're simple things you expect to work in any accommodation but were not function. think of a toilet with no running water
- ว่องเจริญ (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great and the owner service is fantastic! Room are quite small but could fit 2 persons
- Li (1/5): Bad -
- Ho (9/5): Great value stay in heart of Kowloon - The location was perfect for exploring Kowloon on foot or by public transport, and the MTR station exit next to the building also has a lift which made it easy for people with luggages, convenience store 7-11 was next to the building as well. Location was perfect with plenty of places to eat nearby, right next to Nathan Road and MTR Jordan station. It was also possible to store the luggage in advance. Air conditioner in the room was great and the property also had toothbrush and toothpaste as well as slippers The room was small so it was a struggle to fit two suitcases in, the ceiling occasionally leaked when the boiler was turned on but stopped once switched off.
- Theerachat (8/5): Very good -
- Xianlong (3/5): Poor - There is almost no place for shower.
- Felicia (10/5): Great value, it’s a smaller room but typical of Hong. Enjoyed our stay! - Great value. Ms Chen was very nice and an awesome host. Temperature control was not the easiest in our room but once you played around with the AC unit it was better.
- Antonina (6/5): Cheap place to stay for one night - I didn't like everything in this hotel except location :)
Location is nice. Location is perfect. But such kind of rooms are for one person maximum. The bed was pretty small for two of us, and in general we could barely fit in this room. There is no 'window view' like you could imagine. I attached a picture of the view from the window to the dark hell. I wouldn't recommend opening the window, otherwise you feel the smell of trash and vomit.
This hotel is okay to stay for one night when you have no choice and that's all.
- Frederik (7/5): Good -
- Juwon (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (10/5): Will return. -
- Sheryll (8/5): excellent - location is excellent and the owner is very nice, very accommodating. none
- Chok (10/5): Good stay - Good location. A lot of foodies around. Nothing.
- Julia (7/5): Great location, great staff. The guesthouse is absolutely fine if you are ´just´sleeping there. Don’t be shocked about t - Great location and Ms. Chan was super friendly and helpful. On first day room was not that clean and blankets were damp in general.
- Merisa (7/5): Good location & value; happy except for bedding - good location; hot water, comfortable mattress I booked for 2 single beds & got a shared small double bed that I had to share with my teenage son. There was only a small duvet for us to share, no cover sheet, and it wasn’t really big enough for two, not intimate people to share. There was no extra bedding of any kind.
The instructions I received to locate the property were incorrect / misleading (wrong street name for bus stop, wrong floor of the building). The host didn’t seem to understand my English.
- Cindy (8/5): 2 min away to the MTR station and the room is very spacious. the staff is lovely. -
- Felix (8/5): Very good -
- Sasipa (8/5): Very good -
- Peck (8/5): Very good -
- Petja (8/5): Very good -
- Amonrat (7/5): Good - The host was friendly and welcoming. Room was tidy and clean. Public transport to/from airport and other places in the city was very convenient. The entrance to the guesthouse was a bit unkempt.
- Diagoras (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (7/5): Good -
- Giuseppe (5/5): I'd rather avoid it - The places was only good for a quick one night of rest Not really tidy, clean, spacious... Not light at all. It looked much better in the picture, but even the building in which this place is, it's a messy one.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Cleanliness, wonderful staff, great location. I read that it's cleaner and better value than other properties in the same building (which holds several hotels), and I can believe it. Nothing personal about the property, but hotel prices in Hong Kong are far higher than they should be.
- Efe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Efe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kai_88 (7/5): Good - Good location (right next to Jordan MTR exit), plastic sandals for bathroom, clean and comfortable Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom
- Kim (2/5): Very poor -
- Oi (5/5): The bed is too hard to sleep on - Good sport for transportation The bed is too hard
- Marlon (5/5): Passable -
- Lfc (5/5): Passable - Host was pleasant. Easy to check in. Room had AC..Shower had hot water. A little too small even by HK standards. Bed was made from various pieces of wood was worried would collapse.
- Anna (5/5): Passable -
- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Chung (7/5): Good -
- Crystal (7/5): Good value for price - keep expectations reasonable - Location is literally right in front of Jordan Station (MTR) so it's very convenient to get around. Plus, it's near some popular eats like Kai Kai dessert and Temple market. Coming from the airport there are 2 direct buses (A21 and A22) that also bring you pretty much to the front door of the building. I somewhat expected it, but it still came as a small shock...the room is very, very small. For context, you cannot open a carry on luggage on the floor. This is probably the case for all guest houses though unless you're booking an actual hotel. The major downside is hot water not being consistent. The water comes out extremely (burning) hot and quickly cools down and turns to cold water. You only have about 2-3 minutes for a decent shower. I ended up having to turn the water on/off to get a longer shower. Don't be surprised by outside building corridor - it's quite messy/dirty...but the room is decent for the price you pay.
