• Liuy24 (9/5): 整體住宿體驗還算喜歡 - 住宿空間很安靜，房間也很乾淨舒適。入住時屋主很貼心的準備小卡片和巧克力給我們。 雖然網站上寫可入住三人，但個人覺得若要住得舒適，兩人入住比較剛好。第三人須睡在客廳沙發，要去廁所的話要穿過主臥室才能使用，有點不方便。
• Sarah (10/5): Vancouver apartment - We had an amazing stay at Boutique. Keith was very friendly and accommodating and was available to help with our questions. The apartment was so clean, well equipped and comfortable. Really nice location too in a quiet neighborhood. Would have loved to stay for longer.

• Gabriella (10/5): A pleasure to stay in a comfortable tranquil place. - The host was very responsive, friendly and interested in you having an enjoyable stay. Their place is very nice, comfortable, quiet and private, in an upscale tree lined neighbourhood. Parking was free, simple and directly outside the property. Perfect for a quiet stay away from the craziness of the city and close to the airport. It's a typical basement style apartment but is still quiet even with the owners living above (there is some normal movement noise but fine even for a light sleeper with ear plugs). The Japanese toilet was a nostalgic plus! It's personal preference, but you need a car/ taxi's to get anywhere.

• Kosick (10/5): Exceptional in every way - Keith was a fantastic host, welcoming us upon arrival, and following up to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was 10/10 and having free street parking in Vancouver is a rarity. It was such a quiet neighborhood. We were able to watch movies on Apple TV, and the heated floors were a surprise treat during the cold rainy day. They even provided umbrellas. This place has absolutely everything you could need!

Die Lage in einer ganz hervorragenden Wohngegend lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen und würden empfehlen sie zu 100% weiter!

• Marcel (10/5): Fantastisch - Keith was een super goede host! Alles was schoon, hij had zelfs een briefje geschreven als welkom, het tuintje buiten is heel relaxt en je zit 800 meter van het fietsennetwerk waarbij je naar de stad kan fietsen. Omgeving mooi en rustig!

• Underhill (10/5): Beautiful spot - This is a gorgeous place that is clean and in a good location. All the little details were taken care of too. Great communication with the owner who was also very accommodating. We stayed for one night for Taylor Swift, but we would come again as we live in Seattle. I didn't love the shower head, but it wouldn't prevent me from coming back.

We easily managed the walk to the main road to get the bus to and from town. It was nice to be out of the main tourist areas. Would definitely recommend. All good.

• Charmaine (10/5): Fantastic place - The apartment was decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. There were lots of little touches, like the card and chocolates on arrival, that were very welcoming. All the basic things you would need are provided, right down to the mini toothpaste! The property is in a quiet, private location in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to public transport. Keith was keen to make sure there were no issues and was quick to reply to messages. I would definitely recommend Boutique as a quiet and comfortable place to stay while you are visiting Vancouver.

• Honorata (9/5): Nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood - It is a spotless clean semi-basement apartment. We liked the interior very much and the bed as well as the couch are comfortable. We also liked the toiletries. We had everything that we needed. The kitchen is equipped for breakfast or takeaway meals. Keith was very kind, gave us recommendations and was accommodating. We used Uber and buses around the district to get around Vancouver which was easy. The neighbourhood is very good. So all in all, we would recommend this place. We heard some noises (we think) from the washing machine next door. But it was not during the night. I think it has to do with the semi-basement location. And the apartment has rather little daylight in the bedroom. But it is a bedroom, so for us it was OK.

• Atwell (10/5): Quiet, classy accommodations in a beautiful home. - Boutique is a private unit in a well-kept home in a lovely neighborhood. The entire apartment is well-appointed with top-notch appliances and cheeky decor. This is a property that is not only well cared-for but well planned by a stylish owner. I was traveling alone and immediately felt safe, secure, and pampered. I would stay again in a heartbeat. It also made my trip to the airport the next morning ridiculously easy! Thank you for having me in your home. I love your sensibilities! It was perfect for me, right down to the Whole Foods shampoo and lotion!

• Roy (10/5): Style and comfort - The furnishings were super comfortable. It was very quiet and Peaceful. We found it cold. The suite could use a big plush blanket for use on the sofa as well as instructions on how to put floor heat on.

He made arrangements to look after our luggage an provided extra bedding when asked. The apartment is in a lovely area away from the busy city. The bus route into Vancouver was easy to find and use. We can't think of anything!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this stay! nothing

• Anonymous (9/5): Would stay again - lovely 4 night stay - Beautiful neighbourhood and friendly host. Apartment was spotless. 10 mins to city, airport and UBC. No air conditioning in the bedroom but not really a problem on this trip as the nights were cool.
