• Andrew (4/5): - Lack of cleanliness. Under the bed hasn’t been vacuumed. Towels provided were cheap and poor quality. Small nails holding down the carpet at entry to bathroom are poking through the carpet and easily trodden on. Kitchen not properly cleaned. Unfriendly welcome from person managing the place. Has potential to be a nice place to stay.

• Ilka (8/5): - Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut Eigentlich hatten wir ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad gebucht, haben aber ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Wobei wir alleine im ersten Stock waren und somit das Gemeinschaftsbad alleine nutzen konnten.

• Igne (3/5): - Clean kitchen which we did not use and share living room The room itself was absoloutly digusting. The most uncomfortable bed, you could hear other guests in the room next door. The exhust fan cove in the bathroom directly above shower was never cleaned with huge spider on the ceiling. Also the towels were so off colour and we refused to use them. Most importantly after a self check in, we contacted the care taker and raised all the issues with him especially we requested fresh towels, we were told to contact bookings.Com and lodge a complain. Also asking triple price for that type of room even if it is public holidays its robbery! It was defenitly an experience and i hope we never have to go through that again.
• Federico (4/5): We don’t recommend coming here to anyone. - The dimension, was clan and nice It was very difficult to find the room keys. We called the manager for directions and he was extremely rude and offensive. No one was there in person, and the other guests didn’t know how to help us. We didn’t receive any instructions via email on how to get in (only general instructions which was ok for the other rooms) and having to call for information only to be yelled at over the phone was very, very unpleasant. The manager proved completely unfit to manage a lodging facility, yelling a couple of instructions over the phone without being cooperative at all. There was no hand towel, just a large one for the shower (it was blue with white marks; it was unclear whether it was old or hadn’t been washed properly), the soap dispensers had all been used by other people (the bottles were less than half full), and the toilet paper roll had already been started by someone else. The room was nice and clean, but it’s a shame about the manager’s extreme rudeness, which ruined a moment of vacation. Paying over $350 for this stay and treatment was truly a waste of money, not so much for the room, but for the manager’s behaviour.
• Ryan (3/5): This is the place if you don't care about privacy/safety. Otherwise would never stay again - Location was the best for this place. The "private bathroom" does not feel private at all. Front door of the place isn't locked, and there is no key. The bathroom is basically open to public, no locks. Only a lock on your own bedroom door.
• DD (4/5): OK if you only need to come, sleep and leave. - Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep. Kitchen has enough utensils to use it but its cleanliness depends on other people sharing the house so can be questionable depending on your luck. Water in the shower is nowhere near hot enough to have a relaxing hot shower after whole day of travel. The front yard was unkept to the unacceptable level.
• Mehar (1/5): Unsafe stay due to aggressive host and serious privacy violation. - Nothing significant. The experience was overshadowed by a serious incident with the host that made us feel unsafe. The host entered the apartment without permission while my partner was alone and in the shower. Instead of waiting, he came inside shouting and told her to leave immediately, which was extremely frightening and inappropriate. When I returned, he continued to behave aggressively and shouted at me as well. This was a complete violation of privacy and safety, and totally unacceptable behavior for any accommodation.

The bathroom adequate The space was large enough No outside door lock, Crumbs and a grape on the floor, no broom , weird cutlery provision ie 10 tablespoons, 2 cups for 4 people, only green tea, weed filled garden, We could hear every step the people in the upper unit made.etc etc. Strange reception ie ring the phone number provided and was given another number to ring ,stated once and very quickly. We had to ring back to get the new number to get advice on how to enter the property.

Tür ins Bad war verqollen und klemmte. Fenster waren alle schon ewig nicht geputzt. Auf dem Balkon des Gemeinschaftsraums war ein defekter Sessel. 2 Spinnen gesichtet. Weit ab vom Zentrum und Gastronomie. Aber Preis fast doppelt so hoch als andere Unterkünfte

State of cleanliness of kitchen and room was poor. Security was poor. Information about closeness to town was inaccurate. Didn't provide facilities in the room compared to what was stated, including kettle in the room. Linen for bedding and towels was poor quality.

We purchased food and drinks and placed it into the fridge. Next day it was all gone. Waste of money.

On investigating the shower had wood slats in it and underneath this wood it was revolting - it was dirty and very wet and disgusting. There were no shelves to pout toiletries, no wardrobe to hag clothes, the garden was overgrown and very untidy

• Sandy (6/5): Disappointed, not value for money spent. - Arrival instructions were great, bed was comfortable and position in town was very convenient The carpet outside of the bathroom door was wet and created a musty smell. The bathroom has very poor drainage and despite the shower curtains being fully drawn water collects all around the toilet on the floor making it slippery. There was no bath mat supplied. The TV didn’t work

Shared bathroom but it was my choice to try it. I prefer private bathroom to be honest, I always feel I need to hurry as I am holding people up.

• Diane (3/5): This stay was disappointing and not worth the money. - The property is in a quiet location. The bathroom was in need of repairs with water damage to door and architraves. Shower floods bathroom even with shower curtains fully closed. Wooden shower mat is broken and dangerous. Towels are very thin and poor quality. No hand towels, face washer or conditioner. There is a communal kitchen that lacks facilities, and was awkward as it seemed like the owners private kitchen being that he was in there a lot. Mattress was well-worn and needs replacing. The drapes, carpet, mat and quilt cover were all stained. The TV worked but has lines across screen.

• ashlin (5/5): It was an OK stay - Beds were comfy, the room, bathroom and toilets were clean. Easy to access (based on the instructions provided via sms). Shops and beach easily accessible via car from the location. Private room with shared facilities. Probably I missed the description that it was a Private room with shared kitchen. The bathroom has no door just a curtian, which was not clear from the photos. It is not helpful when you have a mixed geneder group. The Heater in the aircon did not work, luckily it wasn't a very cold day and we were only staying the night so we managed. The entrance to the property was covered with huge plants which makes it difficult to drive the car in, else you'd have to find a parking on the street.

• Jordan (5/5): Bed was comfortable but more bathroom or toileting facilities need to be in place if there are more than 2 people stayin - There is only one bathroom upstairs to share between multiple people, making it extremely difficult. There are 5 rooms throughout the whole complex and in one of the rooms there were at least 5/6 people staying in there making lots of noise into the night.
