• Beljonne (2/5): Sal sal sal - Près de l'autoroute et des grands axes de la ville Pas de parking Pas de personnel qui répond au téléphone si besoin (apd de 23h en tout cas) Clés pas dans le cleffier Chambre ouverte avec clés sur la table et lit/ essuis défait ;ce qui signifie que quelqu'un a utilisé la chambre et que personne n'est venu nettoyer. Douche et toilette remplies de mouchettes. Mal aéré. Cheveux et poils dans la literie.

• Shane (6/5): - I stayed for 1 night at Harbour apartments, when I arrived there was nobody there and after walking around for 30 mins this nice couple said to me check in is all online and once you fill out a form you will get 2 codes, 1 code for the front door and the second code for to gain access to the hotel, if it wasn’t for them I would of been stuck, I tried calling but went straight to answer phone, when I got into the room it was nice however no toilet so I was bursting all night to go then in the morning I finally found the toilets so it wasn’t very well sign posted at all so my experience of Harbour apartments was alright about average really, I don’t think I would stay here again but it’s in a great location so that gets a bonus star in my eyes, so based on my stay I would give this hotel 2/5 stars so book at your own peril
• Akshansh (7/5): Best place to spend the night if you are on a short visit - Cleanliness and Location is fantastic. The main attractions of the city were at a walking distance (the university, city square etc) Room size and amenities are sufficient but not extensive.

There was no any person to help, I texted on hotels.com but no response. My other two friends could not get room that we paid for it. They slept in car. Really it was Terrible,

• Thi (7/5): I went here for studies and work. - Its near the center of the workplace so its very convenient. I arrived on Sunday so it wasn’t cleaned as usual. However after I contact the apartment, they came and cleaned the room.

• Montserrat (5/5): It was a cheap affordable hotel for a short notice booking - The free WiFi was beneficial and the easy access to the keys was nice. The state of the room upon entering looked like it already was lived in. Bedding/pillows were just thrown down, hairs were found in the bed and the bin wasn't emptied.

• Alina (6/5): Pleasant - It was really bad, at first it was hard to find the building itself, then open the old door that led to the floor with the rooms themselves. The room was dirty, the sheet had yellow stains and there was hair on it. Due to poor heating I had to sleep in outerwear, and due to poor soundproofing I can hear other people who are sometimes too noisy. I would not recommend these apartments

Luckily, 2 women who were also staying there managed to open it with their key. Also, nobody answers your emergency number and I tried several times. I also tried to update my arrival time, to no avail. Nobody answers your emergency number or replies to messaged
• Mukuka (7/5): Good accommodation but needs improvement. - -The place is spotless and quiet. -They could have mentioned that there are only shared bathrooms because showing a floor plan is insufficient. - Central place to restaurants, weihnachtsmarkts, and different establishments. - The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine. - The bed uses memory foam and is very comfortable, surprisingly. -The main door from the elevator cannot be locked properly and makes a noise upon opening. I wish it would lock automatically upon closing. - I wish the bedroom doors were automatically locked upon closing (like normal German doors) instead of having to lock them because it creates noise and is inconvenient. -In the shower area please put a small basket or something similar to put toiletries while using the shower, instead of going out and making the floor wet. -In the toilet area, make it lock automatically upon closing it because going like 1 am, even if the person is careful, it will still make some noise. -The kitchen has no tissue. Or use keycards to make everybody's lives easier.

• Steallen (7/5): Good - Great location for bars and restaurants. Noise outside the room in the street never stopped think the bin men came ten times over.

• Sándor (8/5): It's in the very city center of Karlsruhe. A lot of things just nearby. - The access is easy and the rooms are excellent. I like the kitchen very much, which is fully equipped. The bathrooms are also nice. The room was a bit hot and noisy in the night. No free parking possibility nearby, but there is a parking garage close to it.

• Van (8/5): It's the 3rd time we chose this apartment for my family's stay in Karlsruhe. Great for a short stay! - Convenience! Value for money!
• Wai (8/5): More than I had expected. - 1) The bathroom is very good; clean, no ponding, with water hot enough. 2) The public kitchen is great! So well-equipped and even with washing and drying machines. Helped us a lot. If there are trays for washed utensils, it will be perfect. 3) Our room looks very similar to the picture, spacious and clean. 1) The directions are far from clear. Given that the street labels there are so insufficient and confusing, why don't they draw a map with a few landmarks? That would save a lot of energy from the visitors. 2) I do hope there was a tap and sink inside the room. Then we wouldn't have to go outside the door (and lock it) so frequently. 3) The neighbourhood is rather noisy at night.

Mailbox says the will call back immediately. I have yet to receive my call back till this day. Bedsheet where not fully clean (hairs on sheet).

Too noisy - people screaming to 4 am, garbage trucks early in the morning, noisy motors and cars all the day and night, fitness opened 24h crunching heavy weights in front of windows. No air conditioning or ventilation, too hot in the summer.

The facilities were clean and they provided coffee capsules. The name is misleading. It is not an apartment but a room in a shared house with a shared kitchen and shared bathrooms. The facilities listed are all there but you share them with other guests. Not peaceful or private.

• Ralph (3/5): In general clean and nice, but heat and noise make it difficult to sleep. We maybe slept 2-3 hours - Room is small but OK if you just want to sleep for the night. Bathroom is shared per 2 rooms which is reasonable. Too warm to sleep, there was a simple fan but the heat, the noise outside (even at 4 am there was music, people talking and you could hear it too well. Our room, nr 6 was on the street side. Also the curtains on the right side were broken. You can call, but no one picks up, just a tape that says you need to talk after the beep, very annoying when something has to be fixed/helped with in a timely manner.

• Anonymous (1/5): please answer. - The dorm door did not open. Tried several times but it didn't open at all. I called the hotel, but the call did not go through. Eventually, late in the evening, we had to rush to find a new accommodation. I take a video of the door not opening and I have a picture.

We got free coffee pads for the coffee machine on the first day. The appartment named "Titanic" had cold smoke in the curtains. Minor: The free coffee pads were not refilled for the second night, which suggests that there was no cleaning done during the stay.
