• Miglena Angelova (8/5): - Размера на помещението , наличие на 2 бани. Едно място за изхранване на огромен комплекс. Беден асортимен (блок маса или ала карт) не добро качество и вкус на предлаганата храна.
• Diyana (6/5): - The staff was very friendly but the villas are dated the area is poorly maintained and the ifra structure in the area is terrible it use to be such a great resort but it looks like the management is saving money on the interior

I regret choosing this one. - Couldn't find much to like about it In general, the staff does not care about you, you are on your own and there is a hostile attitude towards customers. They make you feel like everyone would be happier if you were not there. The hotel is far from everywhere and there is no adequate transportation service. There is no reason to come back.
• Daniel (9/5): Great! - Excellent villas, well maintained and clean! Parking is not sufficient, you definitely need to do something about it. People come to relax, not to hunt parking spaces. It’s a pity because everything else was awesome.

• Konrad (1/5): Bad - The view fro mthe villa was very nice . Apart from the view nothing . Unsafe dirty damaged destroyed villas without central heating . Unsafe electrical wiring . Heating in -15 was via electric heaters that had to run 24/7 and were blowing fuses in the middle of the night. Not safe property at all. In the living room on the middle of the floor sharp and bent upwards aluminum tile trims. You could easily split open Your leg in the middle of the night . We had two young children with us. We had to move table and cover it with carpets so the childrens wont cut theri feet. Terrible rude staff they dont want to know . They dont speak english ..
