- Cools (8/5): tof - het ontbijt was uitstekend. Zoals steeds. De grotere kamer zou wel beter zijn volgende keer. Zeker bij een langer verblijf.
- Wim (9/5): Aangenaam verblijf en vriendelijke ontvangst - Het onbijt was eenvoudig maar uitstekend. De inrichting van de kamer was gezellig en compleet. We slapen graag met een raam open, wat hier gelijkvloers moeilijk kon

- Guest (8/5): Aangenaam - Locatie en gezellige inrichting. Alles was voorhanden als genoeg handdoeken en servies. Goed bed! Douche niet afgedekt met folie, je stond in kamer te kijk of naar buiten gericht indien luxaflex open staan. Afvoer vocht van douche wellicht niet voldoende, waren vochtplekken in slaapruimte, geen afgesloten ruimte met badgelegenheid en wc.

- Chris (7/5): Een slaapplek gevonden op de locatie waar we moesten zijn! - Heel fijn dat de gastvrouw toch voor ontbijt wou zorgen! Heel lieve, attente gastvrouw trouwens. Dat maakte al veel goed! Zeer donkere kamer, echt niet gezellig. Veel op een kleine ruimte. Er was een aftrekkertje in de douche, maar je kon er amper in bewegen. De andere kamer was veel mooier. Ligt aan ons, we hadden gekozen voor de goedkoopste kamer dan kan je niet de mooiste verwachten.

- Sueyd (10/5): Beautiful setting within easy access to local cafes. - The location was great and an easy walk from the tram station. The garden was beautiful to sit in on the wrought iron garden setting. The room felt a little stuffy and warm. However, there were fans and a freestanding air cooler to alleviate the stuffiness.
- Bette (9/5): A pleasant, nicely appointed, compact room with all facilities cleverly positioned. - The room was compact but thoughtfully appointed. Courtyard with flowers was a nice touch. Shower was good, but compact and not separated from bedroom area.

It was very well fitted out - even to milks and water in the fridge, and pods for the coffee machine. Everything was in excellent 'as new' condition. Being on a very pleasant courtyard it was off the street and beautifully quiet. There's a Carrefour within easy walking distance. Easy access on cycle routes from Ypres and towards Ostend Nothing
