• Adalgisa (5/5): Poor attitude - No The toilet was not clean. When we informed the manager he said that he was clean even though there were visible pieces of excrement in the toilet. He cleaned it himself afterwards but his attitude was definitely poor. Minimum standards of cleaning should be met, however, poor attitude of staff in such situations reflects very badly on the entire establishment and can make a stay very uncomfortable. The shower is really bad. It does not drain at all.
• Traian (10/5): We had an excellent vacation in Sveti Vlas. - We decided to eat every lunch at the location because we found an amazing cuisine with Bulgarian traditional foods cooked in the small kitchen of the guest's house St. George. The personal was very closed to the guests and ready to solve every problem. We felt like we were in our home. Thank you Mr. Atanas and Mrs. Maria! We don't have anything to comment about the hotel.
