• Jaroslaw (8/5): A very nice property. We would stay there again. - A very comfortable cozy room with an attached private bath in a bungalow on a quite residential street. An amazing garden full of beautiful flowers and shrubs! Good value for the money and a good location close to White Rock's quaint downtown. About a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk. There was only one partial roll of toilet paper in the room and it was very thin paper so it just barely lasted for the one night of our stay.

• Carla A. (9/5): Great discovery - Allison was really great: very welcoming and helpful - I had a problem the first night and she fixed it as soon as I asked. My second night was wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean, quiet and very comfortable. Lovely neighbourhood and great location. I would go back again and will recommend. Thank you Allison! The toilet paper was 1 ply, so too thin - I would recommend using a better toilet paper. Also, the fees posted at the entrance were for $130 a night, which was not what I paid with extra charges and taxes. It would be nice to post the full fee so people aren’t surprised.

Both the tranquil space inside the house filled with plants reflected the beautiful gardens around the house. Although the solitude was very much welcome for me, I really appreciated the comfort in seeing the discreet signs that Allison (home owner) had been working in the gardens and was always nearby. everything was wonderful

• Gurubaljeet (9/5): Great location in a clean room. Nice room in a quiet home and area. - Location was great for being close to where my mother is currently in assisted living. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated that I could control the room temperature myself. The back yard had a nice blossoming cherry tree. The bath towels were a little thinner than expected and I wasn’t able to find any tissues so I had to use toilet paper instead. The shower head was also not adjustable enough for me to control where the water could stream to.

Over all very pleasant stay. I did not receive a detailed invoice for our stay. I will require one for tax purposes. However this does not in anyway impact my stay.

• Naddi14 (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen!! - Die ganze Unterkunft ( Art der Unterkunft) hat mir gefallen, unkompliziertes und freundliches Check-in, tolles Haus, kein Motel Gefühl, eher wie Wohngemeinschaft Gemütliches Bett mit dicker Decke, Küche und sonstige Möbel können mitbenutzt werden. Auto konnte direkt vor dem Gaus geparkt werden. Eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen, nur die Hygiene an einigen Stellen in der Küche ( Küchenschränke innen , Schwamm, Geschirrhandtücher auswechseln) könnte man verbessern .

• Donna (8/5): Nicely furnished and lovely grounds. Voices carry between adjacent rooms. Noisy crows in back yard early in the morning. - Check- in experience was a bit more complex than preferred. Would have liked some info beforehand what the process is. You have to call the host when you get there to get the front door code and you room number. We had to wait for her to come and bring us the key to our room (which was open when we got there but could not lock it and leave until she brought the key) - which was 40 minutes as she was stuck in traffic. Keyless entry and locks would make it much better.

• Linda (8/5): Very Nice for a Group! - Clean, very nice room with en suite bathroom, with shared kitchen, dining room, and living room. Nice off-street parking in the home's driveway. Nice deck off the back of the house with access from my room....but the counter-height stools are short for the bar-height table and not comfortable. Very large refrigerator with freezer for sharing if the house was full. Very helpful and pleasant owner for check in and easy check out. I was surprised to find there were no dishes provided. There were cups for coffee or tea, which were provided. Advertised as a B&B, but no breakfast was included. Also, kitchen utensils were a but slim with no cork screw to be found. There were knives, forks, and spoons. Google maps didn't always recognize the 16A part of the address.

The kitchen was nice and clean too ☺️ The staff was very friendly and welcoming~ and very pet friendly 😍 The back yard was beautiful~ My fur baby really enjoyed it ☺️ The bed was a bit old, and made squeaky noise.. it woke us up at night, so we couldn’t have good sleep. Other than that- it was a good stay ☺️

Cute fireplace and even a puzzle to work on. I will definitely stay again. Ideal location. The owner was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions about the area.

This place felt like an AirBnB experience without the AirBnB price! Our room was in pristine condition. Clean sheets and towels. The patio was beautiful, perfect to take a fresh breath of air. Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful house. We felt safe and there was parking available for our vehicle. Bonus; Pet Friendly! Truly an exceptional hidden gem to stay at. We thank the host for their hospitality. Host was welcoming, friendly and very respectful. We would stay here again!

The place shined with cleanliness except for one thing. At night with the lights on I noticed large cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom & bathroom.

For the price of this booking it was exactly what I was hoping for. Check in and check out was so easy and the host was wonderful.
