The surroundings are incredibly calm and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation and escaping the busy everyday life. The owners are exceptionally kind and welcoming, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere from the very first moment.They also have an absolutely wonderful dog who definitely steals the spotlight and adds even more charm to the stay! The breakfast was delicious and a great start to each day.If you’re a fan of the mountains or simply looking for a peaceful place to unwind, I would definitely recommend this property. During the summer season, there is also a swimming pool available, which makes the experience even better! I hope we will have an opportunity to come back 🩷

Die Zimmer sind individuell eingerichtet und im Einzelnen zum Staunen. Wer das Besondere sucht landet einen Volltreffer. Preislich sowieso. Keine Klimaanlage.

• Yannick (10/5): Heimisch, bequem, Energie tanken - Seltschach ist sehr klein und gemütlich. Das Ferienhaus ist groß und sehr sauber. Perfekt für kurze Tagestopps. Der Pool ist natürlich Luxus pur. Claudia ist super nett, kennt sich sehr gut aus und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ich denke, dass man ihr getrost jede Frage stellen kann. Im Großen und ganzen, einer der besten Übernachtungen seit langem. Genauso bequem, wie bei mir zuhause! 10/10 Nichts. Buspläne beachten. Letzter Bus ca 18:50 aus Arnoldstein

• alain (10/5): Excellentissime à tous les niveaux ! - Nous voyageons avec nos vélos, c'est un emplacement idéal où on entend le silence je recommande, car l'accueil est personnalisé, toujours le petit mot d'attention Lieu et accueil au delà de notre attente, nous avons été accueillis avec une boisson fraîche; Bien que fatigués après une belle, grande et cahude journée de vélo, c'est avec grand plaisir que notre hébergeur nous a conduis, avec sa voiture personnel, dans la vallée, à une fête bavaroise locale, avec musique, restauration et schnaps bar ! quelques valses ont prolongé agréablement la soirée qui sera assurément un bon souvenir de notre traversée des Alpes Autrichiennes à vélo.

Gentilezza ed accoglienza:da tempo desideravo tornare qui ed ho trovato tutto migliorato. È un luogo speciale gestito in modo speciale. Solo un suggerimento: è scritto "un km dal centro", è molto di più e ricordo la fatica che ho fatto in bici la prima volta, non sapendolo: tutta salita sotto la pioggia. Un dettaglio da specificare. La struttura offre una vista fantastica sulle montagne, una bella piscina e tanto relax. Migliorerei nella pulizia del bagno e degli asciugamani, ma in un posto del genere sono davvero dei dettagli trascurabili.

Die Gastfamilie war außergewöhnlich freundlich,hilfsbereit und stets mit einem Lächeln für uns da Die Gastfreundschaft war wirklich bemerkenswert- man spürt das hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird . Es gibt keinerlei Mängel .
• Jan (9/5): Lovely couple hosts Magic pool view - The view from the swimming pool on the three country point is phenomenal, especially in the morning. The breakfast was very good and it’s nice that it’s served on the terrace with that same view. Claudia and her husband were very friendly. The location is really nice, with all three countries but a stone’s throw away. In an 1.5 h drive, you could be swimming, skiing, visit a big city, climb a mountain, visit natural wonders,… it’s a very good vantage point. We came in on a hot day. It was a bit hot in the loft area of the room, until after we shut off all the lights when the kids went to bed, so we could open the Windows. If you are a bit heat sensitive like my wife and kids, that could be an issue. It was not unbearable or anything, just a minor discomfort.

• Dagmar (10/5): Oáza klidu s výhledy - Milí, vstřícní a obětaví hostitelé. Vynikající snídaně. Moc hezký pokoj a celý penzion je útulný, čistý bazén. Okolí láká k procházkám nebo vyjížďkám na kole, bohužel jsme tu byli jen jednu noc. Určitě bych sem jela znovu a na delší dobu. Nejbližší restaurace je 10 minut autem.

The owners are very friendly and open people, they were waiting for our late arrival. In the summer there is a swimming pool, which could be used before breakfast. The surrounding is just beautiful and quiet, nice garden with the places to chill. Thank you for a nice caffe before the breakfast :) All fine
• Martin (10/5): Außergewöhnlich , nett und freundlich. - Die Unterkunft ist super. Die Zimmern sind sehr schön. Claudia und ihr Mann sind extrem lieb und hilfsbereit. Ich musste ins Krankenhaus und beide haben uns ohne zu zögern geholfen. Konnten unser Aufenthalt ohne Probleme verlängern. Kevin ist auch sehr nett und extrem freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das familiäre Ambiente ist außergewöhnlich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

• Bernd (10/5): Top Unterkunft nahe der Alpe Adria Radroute - „Ferienhaus“ ist sicherlich extrem untertrieben. Es erwartet Sie dort neben einer herrlichen Aussicht, ein kleines Juwel nahe der Alpe Adria Radroute. Nach dem sehr freundlichen Empfang durch die Gastgeber, wurden wir zu den Zimmern geführt. Die Zimmer weisen verschiedene Größen aus. Wir haben uns für ein größeres Zimmer über 1,5 Etagen entschieden. Das Zimmer war luxuriös von Größe, Design und Ausstattung. E-Bikes können gratis geladen werden und nach einem Tag auf dem Rad, hat der gepflegte Pool und die Sonnenterasse mit Blick ins Tal zum Verweilen eingeladen. Auch für das leibliche Wohl ist gesorgt: Wir haben uns in die Unterkunft unkompliziert Essen liefern lassen und so die regionalen Köstlichkeiten beim Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse Öl genossen. Am nächsten Morgen gab es ein Frühstück mit frischem Obst, Eiern, Käse etc., das keine Wünsche offen ließ und dazu noch wertvolle sightseeing Tips für die weiterführende Radroute Richtung Mittelmeer Zusammengefasst:: Ein klares Daumen hoch für diese Unterkunft
• Christine (10/5): - Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen als Überraschung ein sehr tolles Zimmer! Den Pool konnten wir auch noch nutzen. Frühstück sehr gut, es war einfach zum Wohlfühlen!
• Robert (10/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Claudia die Chefin sehr sympathisch und sie hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Frühstück, wie im Paradies, alles was man sich wünscht. Im Pool fanden wir nach der Ankunft die nötige Abkühlung. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig und mit allem was dazu gehört ausgestattet. In der Summe kann man diesen wunderbaren " Fleck" nur empfehlen. Robert und Rolf
• Pavol (10/5): Naozaj super ubytko, použili sme ho na ceste do Talianska. - Príjemné prostredie a personál resp. zrejme majitelia, ústretoví, milí. Raňajky vynikajúce. Priestory penzionu útulné, krásne prostredie a príroda, okolie. Nemáme pripomienky :)
