• FabioBascky (9/5): In centro a Dobriniste - La cosa che più mi è piaciuta della struttura è stata la cura del gestore, che pur non essendo lì ci ha telefonato per mettersi a disposizione per ogni necessità. La struttura è ben organizzata e in centro della cittadina. La camera sufficientemente grande per 4 persone con letti comodi.

• Румяна Вълова (10/5): - Любезен персонал, отлична хигиена. Къщата разполага с кухненски бокс и всичко необходимо, където човек може да си приготви храна и да се почувства като у дома си. На добро място е и не е проблем паркирането. Препоръчвам!

• Anna (10/5): Прекрасен кратък престой - Мястото е много чисто и има всичко необходимо. Посрещнаха ни мили и любезни хора. Градинката в къщата е страхотна и се наслаждаваш на домашно приготвена закуска и топло кафе с удоволствие. Бихме посетили отново със сигурност! Може да добавите душ гел в банята, като удобство за хора, които идват за кратко. Всичко друго е супер!
• Данина (4/5): - Банята е обновена и беше чиста. Леглото беше по-ново и беше удобно. Стаята миришеше много неприятно на старо и застояло, вероятно от старите мокет и диван. По предоставените чисти кърпи имаше чужди косми от предишни гости... Вратата на стаята се затваряше много трудно, заради това че е стара или заради мокета и трябва да се внимава. Въпреки че бяхме запазили двойна стая, а бяхме настанени в апартамент, не бяхме очаровани от стаята, щеше да е по-добре да сме в по-малка стая, но без тази неприятна миризма като влезеш и не бих дала цената за апартамента след като съм била в него.

• Efi (6/5): Ευχάριστη διαμονή με πολλές δυνατότητες βελτίωσης - Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε γενικές γραμμές καλό, σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, και το μπάνιο του ήταν ευρύχωρο, αλλά χωρίς ντουζιέρα και κουρτίνα και χωρίς είδη προσωπικής περιποίησης (σαμπουάν κλπ). Το προσωπικό που συναντήσαμε ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, όμως ήταν προβληματική η συνεννόηση, αφού κανείς δεν μιλούσε αγγλικά. Χρειάστηκε να τηλεφωνήσει η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκε στον υπεύθυνο (ο οποίος μιλούσε τέλεια αγγλικά και ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός κι ευγενικός) για να μπορέσουμε να συνεννοηθούμε για τα βασικά - πού να βάλουμε το αυτοκίνητο, τι ώρα να κατέβουμε για πρωινό κλπ. Ο εξοπλισμός του δωματίου μας ήταν μεν καινούργιος σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση, όμως δεν είχες πού ν' ακουμπήσεις τη βαλίτσα σου για να την ανοίξεις, δεν υπήρχαν κομοδίνα ή έστω τραπεζάκια δίπλα στο κρεβάτι, δεν υπήρχε ράφι στο μπάνιο ν' αφήσεις τα πράγματά σου. Δεν μου άρεσε που το δάπεδο ήταν στρωμένο με μοκέτα, διότι δεν μπορεί να καθαριστεί σωστά το δωμάτιο έτσι. Τέλος το πρωινό ήταν τελείως basic.

• Йоана (10/5): Фантастична къща за гости! - За пореден път посещаваме, и както обикновено, всичко ни хареса - домакините, чистотата, закуската. Цялата къща е изключително удобна, красива, добре оборудвана с всичко необходимо. Прекрасно място! Препоръчвам! Няма такова.
• Минка Барова (8/5): Приятно и чисто място за кратък престой - Много чисто и приятно място. Закуската е вкусна и достатъчна като количество. Мил и отзивчив персонал. Тава, че стаята нямаше тераса и банята беше прекалено малка и тясна. За кратък престой не е проблем, но за по-дълъг, би ви създало определен дискомфорт при престоя.

• Anita (7/5): Clean, spacious, but noisy and uncomfortable - The hotel was clean, and the rooms were quite spacious, which we appreciated. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and to make things worse, they made noises with every movement. Additionally, we were given two separate beds with a noticeable gap between them, which wasn’t ideal. Noise was another major issue—sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

• Dimitrios (7/5): Good price to quality ratio. Decent and nice for a few nights stay. - We stayed only for a night. Price to quality ratio was pretty good. The room was spacious enough and clean, with simple furniture and decoration though. The bathroom was probably recently renovated and also really clean. Personell was kind, although the lady that helped us with the check in did not speak any English. We found the shared space-lobby fantastic. Breakfast was decent (freshly prepared by the staff, warm and tasty). The touristic town Bansko with the ski center was a few minutes away, by car. Our experience for a single night stay was overall quite good. However we need to give an honest feedback and point out a few negative aspects of the hotel. First of all, although we arrived at the expected check in hours, we did not find anyone there so we had to contact them by calling them in order to proceed with the check in and get to our room (I have to notice though, that we were served really nicely and kindly). Secondly, at our surprise, the hygiene/personal care products were inadequate (for example there was only less than a half (!) roll of toilet paper available so we had to use our own wipes/tissues to get through the rest of our stay - we did not contact the manager because we noticed it late at night). Lastly, despite being fresh and tasty, breakfast did not offer a big variety of food.

• Daria (10/5): Clean, calm, wonderful! - Everything was perfect. We were amazed by the cleanliness of the place. The biggest plus was the kitchen that can be used by the guests. Initially we have booked only for one night but we finally spend two. We are definitely gonna go there again! A/C Missing and old tv, but in rest everything was perfect!

• Stephanie (10/5): Great guest house in lovely village - Loved Dobrinishte village. Pretty garden and view. Breakfast was delicious. The breakfast room was nice and I imagine cozy in the winter with the fireplace. The neighborhood was quiet at night. Shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. It wasn’t far to walk to the train station. We loved it.

• Solivagant (9/5): Superb - That was a lovely stay and the owners made it even more special. The place has this homy feeling, if it makes sense, since you are going to stay actually in a big house divided in several apartments featuring a common space to hang out and an additional dinner/lunch place - more like a restaurant place. The room that we got had plenty of space and it was cleaned properly. The price is absolutely unbeatable, so I could see myself staying even for a longer. This place could be a good alternative also for remote work, if you want to get away from the big cities buzz. It is worth mention the breakfast: me and my companion were actually considering to skip the breakfast (even though it was already include), we simply wanted to try some local treats somewhere outside, but when we informed the owner, she insisted to join for at least a coffee and that was the magical word for us, since we were both needed the morning caffein dose, thinking that we will just sip the coffee quickly and go. But, oh boy, once we saw what was offered as food as well, we couldn't resist, since we were offered with things that the local people eat anyway. Especially, the jams were absolutely delicious - try them! We got 3 options to choose from. I really want to emphasize the hospitality of the owners who genuinely want you to make feel comfortable and to make the best of your stay. Thank you!
• Stefan (9/5): Favorite place in Dobrinishte - The women who take care of the place were very polite and they even asked us what we wanted for breakfast as we were the only guests for that morning. The blanket was not made of breathable material and was not very comfortable. Also the mattress was a bit soft for my taste.
