We enjoy our stay. Stairs 🤭 but it was a good form of exercise. If you have lots of baggage like our group. Expect a little challenge if your room is in the top floor.

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fine at the hotel. The food was delicious, varied, the room cleaning was perfect and staff was friendly. The view from the balcony was beautiful, there was also a beautiful garden where you could walk, read a book. Highly recommended.
• Venkatraman (8/5): Worth stay for the money we have paid - The staff (Anuj, hope I'm spelling her name correctly) made our stay special from the time we checked-in. She helped us by carrying our luggage to the 3rd floor apartment to taking care of us through breakfast time. She extended her help in ensuring our clothes are dried and even we got curd for dinner. She was one (super) women performed many tasks. The room was not ready when we arrived at the location despite we were late by couple of hours. No one was at reception any time. Table tennis bat was broken and no one to help us with local taxi to go to Rope way or zip line. Staff at reception with more information about attractions around would have made our stay memorable.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the space is suitable for both groups and families. They regularly have discounts for bookings. The only downside is to pay attention to the heating season, otherwise you'll sleep dressed 😂 better to have Air conditioner in yhe rooms, it will help with local climate control. aswell I can’t understand why they chose glass doors for the rooms. Even though it's frosted glass, it's still strange chose.

• Inessazid (8/5): Very good - It is the third time staying at this guest house - always happy. The location is great because it is a little far from the crowded part of the town and it provides nice local sceneries. We also like the super cleanliness of the rooms and of the bed linen. The TV doesn't provide options for watching international channels, it has only youtube on. Sometimes, it is difficult to find a person at the reception to help you.

• John (4/5): hospitality and check-in process were good but lack of housekeeping and temperature management - Welcoming Staff: The staff were very welcoming and did their best to assist us. Although their English skills were limited, using Google Translate worked well for communication. Smooth Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which we appreciated after a long journey. Areas for Improvement: Housekeeping: Unfortunately, there was no housekeeping service provided during our entire stay. This was quite disappointing as we had to manage without clean towels and linens. Trash Management: The trash bin in the room was very small, and we had to empty it ourselves daily, which was inconvenient. Room Temperature: The rooms seem to be constructed with a material that traps heat, which might be ideal for winter, but during our off-season stay, it made the room uncomfortably hot. Window Limitation: The windows only opened up to 5 cm, providing minimal relief from the heat. Being able to open them wider would have made a significant difference in comfort.

• Carissa (10/5): The best hotel to stay when your at tsaghkadzor. - Nice hotel with beautiful view, clean, warm and cozy, they serve delicious food, very accommodating and kind staff. Highly recommended. The hotel is 8 minutes by car to tsaghkadzor ski resort. All is good

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - I highly suggest hotel popock for your stay, if you want to have good value for your money. Breakfasts were delicious, room was quite spacious and staff was friendly. The shower in our room could be improved. There is no barrier between shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the water flows everywhere, when you turn it on.

Sauna is awesome place, boardgames and ping pong available everytime small breakfast and very loud restaurant. I mean everybody listen to everybody

• Eric (5/5): I wanted a/c as it says on the ad, there is no a/c. - The rooms are pretty nice and the area is beautiful. I booked this because it said there was air conditioning. There is no a/c and the staff said there never was. Also getting here is very difficult as the road to the hotel is unpassable and you are required to walk through a field that was only found by talking to a local.

• Elisabet (4/5): Disappointing - The view from the window was good, but I wish the window was clean. Also, stuff helped when needed, though there wasn't any phone in the room so every time we needed something we had to walk down 3 floors to get someone. We had a room with 3 beds, but it was very small, the toilet was small too you had to get squeezed between the wall and the toilet, to close the door from the inside (if someone with bigger size, had to use it, they wouldn't be able). Also, it was leaking under the sink. Also, no teapot or anything inside, we needed to ask separately, and go down to bring it. When it was windy the whole roof was shaking. I understand it's cheap but at least it shouldn't be leaking and shaking.
