• Xulei (9/5): Cozy hotel with nice view of Lake Zell - The hotel is right next to the road, easy to find. Free parking. Nice view of Lake Zell, you can find a peaceful moment by staring at the lake while having your breakfast in the early morning. For skiers, they have 24/7 boot warmers and ski holders, which are everything you could ask for the skiing vacation. I like the layout of the bathroom, separated toilet and shower. You can not change the room temperature, there are radiators in each room, tho, not adjustable. We were there in early/mid March, which was still chilly in the evening, had to use the extra blanket to stay warm at night.
• Ilmar (5/5): - Asukoht, korter oli puhas. Ilus vaade. Teenindav personal. Kui majutusasutus lubab 1 suurt voodit ja 2 diivan-voodit, siis peab olema ka valmidus majutada 4 inimest kolmes voodis. Paraku seda võimalust ei olnud. Köögis puudus ventilatsioon, mille tõttu oli toidu valmistamine suhteliselt piiratud. Lisaks tuleb arvestada, et korter paikneb 3. korrusel, kuhu ligipääsetavus eakatele ja lastele on raskendatud. Korteris puudub ka kuivatuskapp vms, peale suusatamist ei olnud võimalik kuivatada riideid. Parkla oli väga kitsas. Saabusime õhtul ja ainuke vaba parkimiskoht teiste autode vahel oli nii kitsas, et asjade lahtipakkimine oli võimatu. Toa ruutmeetrid ei vastanud tegelikkusele, kasulikku pinda oli väga vähe, vannituba oli sellest kolmandik.

• Mihai (7/5): - The acomodation was close to the main attractions . Decent size. The accomodation was not clean enoughf . There was a strange smell on the beding and lots of blonde hair, did not look or smell like it was cleaned. The sink was dirty , yellow not cleaned properly. Lots of dust on the floors. Only vhange towels once every week, ask doe more money to change more often. No cleaning of the room , only once weekly. Overall the accomodation was not cleaned properly.

Free parking available right in front of the property. Drive to skii areas takes from 15-30 mins. Walk to Zell am see city is around 15 mins.

• Carlo (9/5): - L'appartamento è molto carino, nuovo e ben attrezzato di tutto l'occorrente. Il soggiorno è la parte migliore. Molto tranquillo. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. Molto vicino al lago ed alla bellissima passeggiata! Consigliato! La vista del lago era in parte oscurata dal tetto della casa davanti. Tutto il resto benissimo.

• Abdullah (8/5): ممتاز 👌🏻. - سكنا في شقة رقم 4 كانت اطلالتها على بحر زيلامسي روعة ،، قريب من سنتر زيلامسي مشي يمكن 10-13 دقيقة في نفق تنزل منه يطلعك على البحيرة وتكمل مشي لحد ماتوصل السنتر النفق صغير ماهو طويل من تحت القطار بتعدي طبعاً اول ما تنزل من الشقة تمشي على اليمين بتحصل درج على تحت تنزل منه ،، المكان مايوفر فطور ، اذا معاك شنط كثيره بتتعب شوي لان الدرج متعب مافي مصعد ولا في احد بيطلع شنطك الغرفة نسبياً مساحتها كويسه الا اذا معاك شنط كثيره مافي شطاف ولا مكيف بس الجو فنان حتى ازعاج السياره والقطار يختفي من بعد 8 ما بتسمع شي بحكم اقامتنا كانت 4 ليالي ماكان في اكياس زباله وانتم بكرامة زايده عشان نرمي الوصاخة كذلك ما كان في مناديل في الغرفة وللاسف كان في مشروب ترحيبي 🍺.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zentrum von Zell am See war in ca.15 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden das Quartier jederzeit wieder buchen.

• Khalfan (1/5): Very disappointing stay at Haus Ditzer – Villa Theresia. - Upon arrival, I was forced to pay €420 in cash, even though my booking confirmation clearly stated that adult rates apply only for guests 18 years and above. My children are 5 and 10 years old, but the property insisted on charging them as adults. Even worse, the owner refused to provide any receipt for the cash payment. This is completely unprofessional and not acceptable. I immediately reported this issue to Booking.com on 9 August 2025, but until now there has been no proper response or resolution, which makes the experience even more frustrating, especially as a Genius Level 3 customer. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property to prevent similar unfair treatment.

• Marie (2/5): Příště raději jinam. - Jedinou výhodou byla karta Zell am See Kaprun, využili jsme. Pokoj v přízemí, jedno malé okno cca 1 m nad terénem, v pokoji bylo nutno celý den svítit. Před oknem parkoviště pro auta, za ním frekventovaná silnice, avizovaný výhled na hory a na jezero se nekonal. Ve vyšších patrech byl balkón, bohužel jsme měli smůlu. Snídaně se nepodává, i když je na Vašich stránkách nabízena, je pouze možnost dovážky čerstvého pečiva z pekárny. Už bych se tam nevrátila.
• Sharad (9/5): Good.but long stay is challenge - Location. Parking. Overall facilities. Room view us mentioned partial lake. That’s five. But it wasn’t mentioned that for 90% view is roof of another property. For a6 day visit a complimentary cleaning service should be given preferably 3rd day.

• Tim (3/5): Zentrale Lage mit kurzem Fußweg ins Zentrum und nettem Vermieter. Leider sehr laut durch Hauptstraße und Bahnlinie – Bal - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral – das Stadtzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Auch der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider liegt die Wohnung direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Hauptstraße sowie einer Bahnlinie. Der dadurch entstehende Lärm macht es praktisch unmöglich, den Balkon zu nutzen oder die Fenster zu öffnen. Eine erholsame Urlaubsatmosphäre kam dadurch leider nicht auf – es fühlte sich eher wie ein Aufenthalt mitten im Verkehrslärm an. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, sollte sich gut überlegen, ob diese Unterkunft das Richtige ist.

• Jan (9/5): Well equipped, clean, good sleeping comfort and a good location to start your holidays in the area! - The Studio is located a bit further away from the street, no noises from the surroundings. Studio was well equipped, everything clean & cozy. You can cross the street and walk the promenade next to the lake towards Zell am See town center. Easy access to some lifts to access the mountains. • John (8/5): Nice room with shower and lake view, if that's all one needed. - The view from the balcony Shower was good Only facilities for eating were two tea spoons, 2 wine glasses, 2 class tumblers. Could have done with two bowls for morning breakfast muesli.
• Moa (8/5): Very good - Clean, friendly, simple but good value for money. Nice view over the lake! It's not the ideal location, as it is a bit outside the village and next to the road, sure, but it's perfectly fine to walk or take the bus just next to the house. It is great if you want to cook your own meals and not stay in the very center.

• Alia (6/5): Thank you Haus Ditzer - Friendly host Krestin explained everything upon arrival we had few delays on our trip so we arrived late after reception timings yet she was available for assistance. The View was amazing I expected more services for the price paid. we stayed for 3 nights and didn't have housekeeping service... the heating was set automatically so we're we're able to adjust it to our liking. The room pillows are soft and thin therefore they weren't very comfortable. our apartment was located on a second floor getting up and down with a stroller wasn't convient all the time.

• Arfaj (10/5): Exceptional - ~Kerstin was extremely cooperative, polite and friendly. The accommodation was very nice, especially the one with a direct view of the lake.

• Muslih (1/5): Awful Stay – Avoid ! - Nothing Terrible experience! We had to wait nearly 15 minutes outside the door for check-in, even after multiple calls. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, Wi-Fi coverage was awful, and to top it off, we were charged a hidden 60€ cleaning fee after leaving the place on the last day, which was never disclosed upfront. No garbage bags, no daily cleaning, and the balcony had a barely visible, restricted lake view. The owner was rude and unhelpful, with terrible communication throughout. Stay somewhere else!
• Matthew (9/5): Great accommodation for the Zell am See half Ironman event. I all facilities were excellent. - Kirsten was a wonderful hostess. She was always helpful, friendly and full of good recommendations. A little bit of road noise in the mornings, but very hard to overcome that given the lakeside location.
• Despo (9/5): Recommended - We loved the view. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The bus stop is right outside the house. The road was right in front of the house.

• Sravan (7/5): Good - Location is easy accessible and view from the hotel is really good & relaxing. Recommended if you are travelling with family OR friends. They need to improve a bit on cleanlinesses. No Soap OR Shampoo in washroom, also bath towels are not good.
