• Nadya (6/5): - Апартаментът беше стандартен-легло, гардероб, малък телевизор, хладилник, маса. Имаше и прибори, чашки и чинии. Климатът работеше добре. Имаше хубава тераса с гледка към двора, който също е доста приятен. Не сме се възползвали от басейна, тъй като времето не го позволяваше все още. Закуската беше разнообразна и вкусна. Паркинг има, като капацитетът му е около 4 места, но не сме имали проблеми с това. Действително мястото е близо до всички забележителности в района. Огромен шок се оказа за нас местоположението на апартамента-общо взето в циганската махала. Децата тичаха голи по улицата, водеха си конете. Навигацията ни прекара през няколко различни маршрута, единия през полето, другия по черен път, третия директно през махалата. И трите пътя бяха трудни за преминаване, със страшно много дупки. Хубаво е да се има в предвид, че навигацията прекарва по ужасни пътища до мястото. В последствие открихме и друг път, който пак беше на дупки, но поне беше асфалтиран, а не черен път. Самият апартамент не беше изчистен и по пода имаше доста явно попадали зрънца царевица, както и умрели мухи, което значи, че просто не е имало намерение да се чисти, щом не са видени. Подобно беше положението и в коридорите. Има възможност за подобрение в поддръжката със сигурност. Въпреки всичко ние сме сравнително доволни от апартамента, защото не сме особено придирчиви. Имаше чисти легла и хубава закуска, така че ако това ви устройва, мястото е подходящо.

• Sofia (7/5): Good for cave pit stop, nothing spectacular. - Nicely located to visit the local caves, and the room was the upper room with terrace with well functioning AC. Staff gave needed info with some translation. The neighborhood was sketchy, no problems but did not want to walk at night and glad closed gate. The advertised pool could not be used and that was one reason to have picked. Small kitchen area but missing some basics. No real food options there or nearby, do not know why they did not serve food as others have written.

• WorldCitizen (9/5): Good customer service that truly stands out - The room amenities clearly need urgent upgrades — that much is obvious. But comfort is not always measured in chrome fixtures or polished hallways. Here lies the quiet paradox of travel: in a modest hotel, with a humble room and ageing furniture, I found something many 5-star establishments fail to deliver — a sense of humanity. The lady at the front desk was not simply doing a job; she was practising a craft. Despite her limited English or rusty German, her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care transformed what could have been an underwhelming stay into something meaningful. And the dinner and breakfast she arranged — homemade bread and local lamb sausages — carried an authenticity no luxury buffet could reproduce. It reminded me that true hospitality is not built on marble floors or designer menus. Those things impress the eyes but often leave the soul untouched. Here, in a simple hotel, the experience stayed with me because people — not décor — made it memorable. So yes, the room needs improvement. But the human quality was exceptional, and that is something no amount of luxury can imitate. If I return to this region, I will choose this hotel again — not for what it has, but for what it gives.
• Razvan Laurențiu (9/5): I recommend it to people with pets!! - Since the weather was cold, the staff made sure the air conditioning was on when we arrived, so that it would be warm in the room.Good road to the accommodation, but you have to be careful because Wase put us on a muddy road initially. Parking space in the courtyard of the complex, beautiful courtyard, communicative and helpful staff.Accommodation with the pet was wonderful! Very good food,fresh,even though we were the only people in the restaurant!! The location is on the edge of a village with Roma people, I do not recommend arriving at night. Payment is only possible in cash. The puppies in the yard were constantly scratching themselves, they definitely had fleas.There are no large stores in the area.

• Biljana (8/5): - The room was fine — I’d say fair for the price. I wouldn’t call it spotless, but we didn’t come across any major issues either. Although some people complain about the location and the neighborhood, I agree that it’s not the most pleasant or ideal experience. However, I think everyone should make themselves aware of this before choosing accommodation. I also believe that the property owner obviously cannot change their neighbors. I agree that the stray dogs are an unpleasant issue, as packs roam around the house, but it seems to me that this is a problem in much of Bulgaria outside of Sofia. I didn’t like that the TV wasn’t working — there wasn’t a single channel. Regarding communication, I think it would be more practical to leave instructions for late check-in via messages on Booking rather than by phone, both because of roaming issues and for clarity in communication.

• Jolanta Madžule (10/5): Interesting design in the rooms, not a classic guest house, spacious rooms and pleasant stay - The surroundings of the guest house are indeed not particularly attractive, and the access road is in poor condition, but that’s a common issue in Bulgaria. However, we really liked the accommodation itself — it exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the opportunity to have tasty dinner at the hotel restaurant and also breakfast for an additional fee. The staff were very nice and polite. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a huge terrace. For a one-night stay, we had everything we needed. It must be said that the guest house’s interior design is quite unique and doesn’t resemble a classic hotel, but we actually liked that — it was very interesting.

• Hartmut (10/5): - Eine tolle Unterkunft mit sauberen, ruhigen und sehr großen Zimmern samt Terrasse oder Balkon. Für Selbstversorger dank Kücheneinrichtung und Kühlschrank ebenso geeignet. Freundliches und teilweise englischsprachiges Personal. Die Anfahrt durch das Dorf ist auf den letzten Metern etwas arg holprig, aber bei vorsichtiger Fahrweise problemlos. Das Auto kann unmittelbar vor der Unterkunft in einem umzäunten Bereich geparkt werden, der nachts geschlossen wird. Ein hauseigenes Restaurant bietet typische bulgarische Gerichte zu vernünftigen Preisen, die frisch zubereitet werden. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen in Poolnähe speisen. Frühstück kann gegen Aufpreis gewählt werden, sollte aber am Vortag vorbestellt werden. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, um beispielsweise die spektakuläre Höhle Prochodna zu besichtigen (Eintritt frei) oder eine Wanderung durch den malerischen Canyon des Panega zu unternehmen oder dort eine Bootstour zu buchen. Beides ist nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt.

The mattress in our first room was uncomfortable. The second night we moved to a different room and it was fine.

Студиото беше голямо, много уютно, чисто, с две тераси и хубава гледка. Нямам никакви забележки. Персоналът е мил и усмихнат, храната е хубава, има и обедно готвено там меню, страхотен двор, шатри, басейн. Препоръчвам с две ръце!

Rozbitá cesta k ubytovaniu, na jedlo sme čakali naozaj dlho. Okolie ubytovania nie je príliš lákavé, ale taká je celá táto oblasť Bulharska severne od Sofie.

• Sebastian Miguel (8/5): Familiar, bonito pero necesita mejorar ciertos aspectos - El trato, el staff fue muy amable La cama era muy incómoda
• Rusu (2/5): - In the middle of nowhere, no fence around, suspicious village. I didn't have a bed, it was a high matress on the floor. The bedding kept getting out durring the night. In the morning we left very early and two unleashed dogs were expecting at the entrance door. We were quite afraid to get out, they weren't aggressive but very playful.
