• Verena (10/5): Ankommen und wohlfühlen - Ich kann das Landhaus von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die Atmosphäre ist schön, warm und kuschelig. Ich hab mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles sauber und man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge war auch schön. Ich hatte eine lange Autofahrt hinter mir und konnte super entspannen.

• Eva (10/5): - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war einfach alles perfekt - das wunderschöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Haus, die nette Gastgeberin und ihre entzückenden Hunde (für meine Tochter das Highlight), das herrliche Frühstück - wir kommen wieder :)!

• Thomas (8/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft bei einer sehr netten Gastgeberin die sehr viel Liebe investiert - Lage in der Hochstraße, ruhige Lage (kein Fließverkehr), Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft auf der Straße vorhanden, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die sich sehr viel Mühe gibt (extrem sauber, steckt Liebe in die Unterkunft, grandioses Frühstück - wurde mir direkt am Tisch hergerichtet) - kleine aber sehr gemütliche Unterkunft Sei hingewiesen dass es sich um ein historisches Landhaus handelt (man merkt es bereits an der Bauweise, ist am Semmering üblich), man darf sich natürlich jetzt kein top-modernes Hotel mit Baujahr 2025 erwarten, das Haus wurde jedoch vor einiger Zeit renoviert und entspricht dem heutigen Standard.

• Isaac (9/5): - Excellently situated for some amazing walks and with great food nearby. The owner was easygoing and the room was nice and cozy. Sitting on the balcony watching the mist over the town was worth the trip. I only stayed for a single day but I intend to return to Semmering some time in ski season and will definitely keep an eye on this place when I do.
• Cristina (10/5): The Place to stay in Semmering! - This is the place to stay when in Semmering! The location is close to the slope, 5-7 mins walking distance, there is free parking outsidw on the street, the rooms are warm with a direct view of the mountain! You also have a fully equipped kitchen and a ski locker. If you are travelling with a dog, he/she will be very comfy here as the owner has her pet as well and loves animals :-) Alf was very spoiled while we were there! Everything exceeded any expectations!

• Ivana (9/5): sehr angenehm - Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, angehehme ruhige Lage ohne viel Lichtemission. Frúhstück wurde außerhalb der Saison nicht angeboten aber gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei und man darf sich in der Unterkunft auch selbst Kaffee oder Tee kochen. Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen.

• Jonathan (10/5): A perfect, spacious, quiet, scenic spot in the heart of Semmering - Perfectly nestled on a quiet street in Semmering with stunning views out over the mountain, we found it an easy 5 minute walk to the lift station complex with hire shops, a supermarket and cash machine amongst the facilities. As an extra bonus, there is a bakery right across the street serving delicious fresh local breads and pastries every morning. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and comfy beds, the kids loved the cute loft room accessed via its own spiral staircase! With a good oven, hob, fridge and even a dishwasher, it was easy to prepare meals and clean up afterwards. Our host was welcoming, relaxed, very easy to communicate with and shared lots of useful tips for how to make the most of our stay.
• TB Péter (8/5): Korrekt, tiszta szállás jó helyen, vállalható kis kompromisszumokkal. - Jó helyen van, tiszta, a berendezés hangulatos, a nappali és a szobák tágasak. A házigazda hölgy jól beszél angolul, és kedvesen fogadott bennünket. A konyha 4 embernek már elég szűkös, de azért élhető. Reggelit nem szívesen adtak (ha nagyon erőltettük volna, megoldja azért), felhívta a figyelmünket, hogy ott a konyha (amiben pl. mikró nincs). További érdekesség, hogy a két szoba között csak egy nagyjából átlátszó üvegajtó van, úgyhogy két különálló párnak ezért kínos tud lenni.

The host Andrea made our stay as comfortable as only possible. • Martin (9/5): Great place for few-days stay (hiking, biking or skiing) - Andrea is an super and very welcoming host (and also very pet-loving). The room was comfy with mountain view and with direct access to the garden. The kitchen was well equiped for our breakfast or dinner needs. The location is great - in the center of Semmering, close to grocery shop, bakery or restaurants and ideal as a starting point for trips around, just a few steps from the ski resort and bikepark.

• Donna (10/5): A great small town/village only one/ half hours from Vienna - Landhaus is a lovely Bed and Breakfast in Semmering. Our room was very comfortable. The owner Andrea is wonderful she picked us up from the train station. Was so helpful nothing was to much trouble. we had a lovely breakfast each morning prepared by Andrea. The kitchen was available for us to use aswell. The walk to the slopes was 5 minutes it was very easy to hire equipment get the ski pass and get up the gondola the restaurant at the top liethensteinhaus had excellent quality food. We ate there a few times The bakery across from Landhaus had wonderful bread, cakes and coffee. A few more restaurants options would be nice however I believe at the other end of semmering there were more options

• Gabor (9/5): For hikers in a very nice area. - The house is very friendly, furnished by the owner with meticulous attention to the comfort and good mood of the guests. It's in a great location for hiking, we didn't need to use our car during our stay. The breakfast is great. The host is kind and helpful.

• Krystal (10/5): Modern well equipped apartment looking the ski slopes - Modern well equipped spacious apartment. It had everything we needed. Overlooking the ski slopes the view is amazing. The host is absolutely lovely and made our stay amazing. The walk to the main ski slopes is about 6 mins. The apartment had dry room to dry out our ski gear. We will definitely be back. Close to some lovely restaurants. Nothing everything was great.

• Goodwin (10/5): Highly recommend - The property was excellent. Spotlessly clean with beautiful decor. We stayed in suite and the mini bar was nice extra touch. The suite had numerous radiators which was great after a days skiing. The host Andrea was around if needed but in a very unobtrusive way. Location is brilliant for ski slopes and we had use of wet room for our ski equipment and we could use the kitchen to cook which was a nice touch. Honestly nothing to not like

I enjoyed the quit location and the owner's friendly and helpful attitude to meet my requirements. The bathroom was too tiny, and the storage room for ski lacked the dryer for ski shoes.

A wonderful breakfast (all you can dream off) and a cosy room with a breath-taking view on the mountains. Highlight each morning was the excellent, lovingly presented breakfast with an amazing selection of homemade marmalades and jams. Definitely a recommendation! Nothing to note here!
