• Ken (8/5): Great location, cosy room. - Very nice room, everything needed and the hotel is close to tram and bus to city as well as shopping centre and restaurants. Some books to borrow near reception. I was a little confused by the entry system before I found the right code in an early message.

• Bianca (8/5): Tolles Hotel in guter Lage - Nettes kleines Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Bezahlbare Getränke in der Minibar. Durchdachte Bandutensilien. Tolle Nähe zu Bus und Straßenbahn. Gute Straßenanbindung. Morgens ist es etwas lauter vor dem Haus. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das Hotel liegt halt günstig im Gewerbegebiet, und da geht es morgens halt auch schon vor 7 los. Und da kann das Hotel ja nichts dafür. 😉😁

• Martina (7/5): Für eine Übernachtung eine gute Adresse - Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es war sehr sauber. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Ein gute Bäckerei um zu frühstücken war in der Nähe. Es dauerte sehr lang bis warmes Wasser kam.

• Jan (9/5): - Schoon en comfortabel, voozien van alle faciliteiten, toeschietelijk personeel, directe telefinische reactie en goede informatie. Gratis parkeren.. De locatie is niet ieder zijn smaak. Midden in een groot winkelcentrum aan de rand van een voorstad van Heidelberg. Boodschappen eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De Altstadt ist wel met de tram goed bereikbar in circa 30 minuten voor €3,50.

• Alexander (8/5): Great value for money - Great value for money. Good location, on the south end of Heidelberg. Near to a shopping centre, a fast charging station for e-cars and with free parking. Metal shutters for the windows so no unwanted sunlight peeps in early. Limited opening hours for reception, but the safe outside dispensing the keys does the trick. Room was rather warm, which the fan couldn't really help with.

• Brigitte (9/5): - Uns hat gut gefallen, daß im Zimmer ein Wasseroberfläche, Kaffee und Tee war. Uns hat nicht gefallen,daß man erst ab 7.00 Uhr duschen konnte, weil vorher noch kein warmes Wasser war.

• Hizbawi (9/5): - Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich gut. Der Check-in und Check-out waren völlig unkompliziert. Ich habe das Zimmer über eine Box erhalten – das war super praktisch, und ich musste mit niemandem sprechen, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Es war ruhig, sauber und perfekt für jemanden wie mich, der gerne seine Ruhe hat. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Matratze

• Sebastian (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel - Das Zimmer ist schön groß und mit Allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es war sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich

• Thomas (8/5): Eine praktische, preisgünstige Unterkunft in HD-Rohrbach in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen - Praktisch sauber, voll funktionsfähig, Lage auf der anderen Strassenseite befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum mit Kaufland, Apotheke etc. Baustelle im Zufahrtsbereich machte Anreise und Parksituation unübersichtlich. Ist jedoch eine temporäre Situation und betrifft nicht das Hotel selbst

• Greta (10/5): Exceptional - It doesn't look like much from pictures but it exceeded our expectations! The staff was very friendly, the location was comfortable, close to stores. Free parking in front. Though the interior looks old in pictures, it was all very clean and the beds were one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in! Very cozy and pleanty of storage. Included complimentary coffee and a fridge. The room also had a smart TV, meaning we could watch our own streaming services. For late check-in there is self check-in available at the entrance with a code provided by staff before arrival. Check out is until 12pm meaning we could sleep in :) Very good value for money.

• Yusuf (8/5): Nice and pleasant hotel - They were very helpful with my questions and stay. The room was nice and clean. The check in and out was flawless, and the hotel was easily accesible with public transportation. The bed was a bit small for my size but I slept through the night without any problem from the second night and onwards. The location is rather away from the attractions but it is balanced by the room cost and there is tram line passing from a few minutes distance by walk.

• Hendrik (8/5): Correct ! - Room was correct … nothing luxurious but comfortable bed , clean, all was good . The hotel is very small… so there is no coffee or any other service. A Coffee machine would be a good idea
• Pankaj (7/5): Meh meh!!! Could be a lot better with very little effort. - It wasn't clear that I needed to hang the "tidy up room" tag at the door. Also I really needed to remind several times to get soap and shampoo. One day I come back and I realise that my bed has been doubled up, ie an additional mattress was added to my bed making it very high. I kept ringing the bell at the reception one evening but couldn't get any help.
