- Khoza (1/5): They are unreliable - I was travelling from KZN. I made the booking 3 days before travelling. They confirmed that they had rooms available and reserved for us. When we got there they told us they are fully booked. So irritating we had to look for another place within a short period of time. They are so unprofessional

- Vg (1/5): I would like a small refund and create an awareness against Sasha - Everything was the worst experience ever! They lied and made me pay extra money than what was stipulated on my booking, there was no electricity for me only and they lied about me saying I plugged in things that made the power trip yet I had just gotten back from campus asking for wifi and lights to do my school work which I had to do but nobody cared.

- L (5/5): If you want a cheap place for a very short stay then it's not horrible. - It's cheap. The walls are very thin and the bathroom wasn't very clean.
- Shawn (9/5): Superb - I loved the room and how spacious it was with the super friendly staff and a very quiet location. I didn't like that I had to wait for 2-3 hours for my room as it was still occupied and had to wait for it to be cleaned. Not cool at all especially when one traveled for hours and needed a bath and a rest.

- Quentin (1/5): The place disgusts me for being inconsiderate of guest's bookings. - I'm completely didn't like the fact that this people took the booking I made in advance and gave away to other tenants after traveling a long distance with my wife and children. I was left without accommodation and they didn't care.

- Happiness (1/5): Bad - I liked the location I didn’t like the fact that the guesthouse is supposed to have wifi but there was no wifi. There was no water in the room when we got there. We had to ask them to make a plan for us. There was no hot water, we showered with cold water.
