The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. We also enjoyed the excellent service, delicious meals, and attention to detail throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt at home. Gomes (10/5): - The host was first and foremost a wonderful person to deal with. He accommodated my late check in time on a short notice. During the stay we had a hot water issue but it was promptly sorted out the following day. He also picked up a water leak on our toilet and apologised but was unable to fix it as it would require pulling the toilet from the wall. But this did not effect our stay at all. The property is stunning. With a lovely garden and pond greeting you every morning. The room had everything we needed and we felt right at home. We were very comfortable. And made to feel very welcome.

CHRISTINE (4/5): Property has potential but needs SIGNIFICANT TLC - Charming house but in need of some serious TLC The suite we were in - bedroom and lovely lounge area has great potential but is in need of new carpet and general TLC. The main door - into kitchen area appears to have been “forced” - making us a bit nervous from a security standpoint. Also, no lighting around main entry area to suite at night. There were no basic cleaning products available - no dishing liquid, no washing powder etc. While we understand that the suite is “self catering”, 2-3 days of basic cleaning products would make shorter stays so much more comfortable and convenient for guests.

We loved having our own private entrance and safe parking for two cars. The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed.
