- Alexandru (10/5): Lovely surprise in Pancharevo! - First of all... The view! It's on a hill side at the top of a tall house and it has an unobstructed view of lake Pancharevo and some Sofia. Amazing! The room is super clean and comfortable, has everything you need and a terrace overlooking the lake. We spent the evening there and it was memorable. We hiked along the lake's eastern shore through a lovely forest that occasionally opened up to an amazing view. By a stroke of luck there was also a ballet opera on the lake during our stay and we had to go. And to think we only wanted to stay here on our way home take a shower and sleep. Haha Truly an unforgettable experience. Thank you! Nothing. We love this place!

- Alex (10/5): Idyllic quiet studio, helpful host, epic views - Where to start ? + Friendly helpful host + Exceptionally beautiful studio on the top floor with epic views of the lake and village rooftops + super comfy bed perfect mattress and pillows + Rocking chair ! + Bath with jets for a jacuzzi feel helped my post-snowboard muscles relax + Fresh coffee supplied for a home made Moka + A massive chaise/long to enjoy the view and an outside terrace + Nearby restaurant really good value and very Bulgarian + Quiet chill location, a great escape + plenty of places to put your stuff ( unlike many BnBs ) + a mere half hour drive to Sofia Airport Nothing, it was perfect for my taste, I wish I could stay a weeek next time

The host was really friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket and a lovely bakery within a few-minute walk from the guest house. The lake port is just a five-minute walk away. It offers different lake attractions. There is a swimming pool complex nearby and walks around the lake provide an opportunity for splendid views and fresh mountain air.

- Andrea (9/5): Great host, beautiful lake Pancherevo, near Sofia - View on lake from apartment and surroundings unique. Very near to great nature walks on Lozenska and Plana mountains. Very close to Sofia but without the traffic and pollution.

- Alexandra (6/5): Too expensive for what it is - The host was nice, the nature around was beautiful. The apartment was spacious and it had a very nice terrace. I think the place is too pricey for what it is.. It's located in a little village outside Sofia, nature is lovely but there's not much around and for the location, it should be cheaper than central Sofia. Also - the bathroom had poor plumbing so there was a constant horrible smell in the bathroom that made you sick. There was also no cleaning, disposing of trash or renewing toilet paper for the 5 days we were there - we had to go buy our own toilet paper and put trash in bags. Overall ok but should be much cheaper for what it offers.
- C (6/5): Pleasant - The view is lovely and the host was very accommodating. Air con worked well and beds comfy. It is what it is for the price, a basic mountain apartment good enough for a night if you just want to sit out and enjoy the view (although it is not peaceful as such - dogs all around the area barked non stop!). Roads leading to it are an absolute nightmare of pot holes ( but this is probably not a problem for Bulgarians) but be careful, and parking is tricky if not a good competent driver due to the steep road! No toilet roll...
