Important Information

Please note: – If 2 guests book the property, only one double room will be provided. – If 3 guests book, they will be accommodated in one room with a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a fold-out sofa bed. – If 4 guests book, they will use two double rooms. – To reserve the entire property, a booking for 5 guests or more is required. The house accommodates up to 10 guests. • Regardless of the number of nights, all guests use Katerina Guest House privately. No other guests will be accommodated during your stay. For example, if 2–3 guests book, they will have access to one bedroom and all common areas of the house. • A security deposit of 400 BGN is required upon check-in (in cash). A receipt will be issued. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a property inspection and no damages. • Guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen, utensils, and shared areas clean. If this requirement is not met, a cleaning fee of 50–100 BGN may be deducted from the deposit, depending on the level of cleaning needed. • Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. • All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. • Please inform Katerina Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Jan (10/5): - Communication with our host before our arrival was perfect, they reacted very quickly and we had all the information on time. When we have arrived, our host already waited for us and showed us all the apartment. It's a very big, modern, quiet and cosy house. And our host is super friendly, willing and kind and he gave us a lot of recommendations on restaurans to visit and interesting places to visit in the area. Our host was the best one who I have ever met on my travels. I highly recommend KATERINA guest house to everyone.!

Before going to bed we took a short walk along the river that runs in front of the house. The room is big, with good bed. The car was safe because it is not an exposed area that poses a risk. Milcho (9/5): Great Place - The place was amazing, the house was nice, clean and cosy. The yeard was also very well kept and we made use of the bbq without any issues. The hosts were also extremely nice and kind and even left us some unexpected banitsa and yogurt in the morning. :) Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall the guest house is great. I have to add that we were 6 people and the place is being listed as able to house up to 10. I think this would be a bit of a stretch and I would recommend 8 adults max.

Paul (9/5): Superb - Complete house with sunny garden. Parking right in front or on own property. Friendly hosts and welcome. Central location for driving to major attractions in Southwest Bulgaria. Very quiet except for barking dogs (e.g . no thru traffic). House very spacious and complete (e.g. coffeemachine with beans). Did not like the barking of dogs in the area. In Kocherinovo there is hardly anything, so for daily shopping and restaurants you'll need to go to Blagoevgrad.
