• Bruna (10/5): - Gostei bastante da forma como o café da manhã é servido. Começa às 5h, e você mesmo pode preparar seus ovos mexidos. Além disso, há uma cozinha comunitária disponível para quem quiser fazer suas próprias refeições ou lanches. O nosso banheiro ficava alagado toda vez qhe tomava banho.

• Mariana (9/5): Custo-beneficio excelente! - O custo benefício para passar 1 noite foi muito bom. O café da manhã é bem completo e as pessoas nos receberam muito bem. A casa como um pouco antiga, mas o quarto é ótimo e a água é bem quentinha. Caminhando para o Hostel após o jantar, achei as ruas ao redor muito escuras e fiquei um pouco alerta, mas as pessoas disseram que a cidade não é perigosa.

• ANDREI (10/5): - Очень интересная концепция - вы живете в уютном чистом номере с личной ванной комнатой и новым ремонтом, при этом вы в хостеле, где есть много общих зон с играми и огромным диваном, где можно посидеть у камина. Завтрак начинается с 5 утра, что очень удобно, т.к. единственный автобус в национальный парк уезжает в 7 утра с автовокзала. До автовокзала 20 минут пешком или 5 минут на такси - в городе работает Убер. Завтрак хороший. Используйте наличные для оплаты,можно доллары - так будет выгоднее, но возможность оплатить по карте тоже есть. В номере есть все необходимое и горячая вода и хорошее отопление, большая этажерка, где можно разместить все вещи. Хозяин отличный, каждое утро встречает вас на завтраке.

• Luke (10/5): Comfortable, laid back hostel with a cool host! - The hostel has a nice chilled vibe to it. The kitchen/dining/living areas are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with some items packaged up in case you wanted it to go (helpful if you’ve got an early start, breakfast starts at 5am!) Juan is super nice, he made us feel very welcome and was always willing to help or just have a chat! If I had to say something I’d say the walls are quite thin in the rooms, but as it’s quite a chilled hostel there wasn’t anyone up late making noise.

Puerto Natales es pequeño por lo que a 4 cuadras ya estaba todo el centro de la ciudad. Buena ubicación Me hubiese gustado ver más afiches o info turistica de agencias, tours, etc a la mano. Pero en general el personal maneja la información si se les pregunta y pueden recomendar. Y es más respomsabilidad de uno planificar los panoramas. Pero siempre la gente de la región maneja más datos que no siempre se capturan en redes o internet!

Desayuno excelente con acceso a cocina comunitaria limpia y cuidada, opción de preparar huevos a gusto, fruta, leche, todo lo que uno quiere para un buen desayuno antes de ir de excursión. Totalmente recomendado. Buen internet y estacionamiento en los alrededores, y muy accesible al centro de Puerto Natales.
• Jose Carlos (10/5): Custo benefício e a simpatia dos profissionais me fazem querer retornar a Patagônia - Limpeza e a simpatia dos funcionários e proprietário. Falta um box uma porta de vidro para impedir que a água do chuveiro caia e molhe todo o banheiro. A privada estava mal encaixada, solta.

• Alessandra (9/5): - Staff molto disponibile e cordiale, sala comune ampia e confortevole con la stufa a legna. La camera era come descritta, il bagno in ordine anche se un po' piccolo. La struttura ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre esigenze (base per partire per il W Trek). Colazione semplice ma abbondante. Le stoviglie e la cucina mostravano i segni dell'usura e dei tanti ospiti (cucina comune) ma ci siamo trovati comunque molto bene.

• Pascal (9/5): Friendly and excellent value - The management and staff were friendly and talkative. It felt like a family. The breakfast was DIY, simple but copious, we could help ourselves and cook eggs by ourselves. There was a large common area which could be used for work, gaming, conversations... and was heated, at night, by a wood burning stove. It could have been nice to have more than one kind of jam for breakfast. The rooms themselves are small, with two single beds.

• Mariana (10/5): Excelente!! - Fomos super bem recepcionadas, e a recepcionista nos mostrou tudo com muita gentileza e atenção. Amamos as instalações, foi tudo muito confortável e limpo. O café da amanhã foi super completo, e servido bem cedo, facilitando nossa saída para o Parque das Torres del Paine. Ainda pudemos deixar nossa mala lá, sem custo algum!

• Janika (9/5): - Sehr nettes Hostel. Man kann sein Gepäck dort lassen, wenn man den W-Trek macht. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber man hat alles was braucht. Es gibt bereits ab 5 Uhr Frühstück, was sehr toll ist, wenn man früh los muss.

We were able to park just in front of the entrance. The lady at the reception was not very nice (at first I thought she did not like us, but then I realised she was treating everyone the same way) - the owner compensated this though, he was very attentive and welcoming.

Un muy buen desayuno que esta disponible desde muy temprano y cerca de la calle principal y costanera. Que nuestra habitación no tuviera ventana. Tenía un tragaluz pero que no podíamos abrir. Y la cerradura de la habitación era bastante complicada al cerrarla con llave por fuera, tenía su "maña"

Water pressure good and very hot. Good communal space to relax. Rooms have radiators and lounge has a lot burner. Can store luggage whilst on W Trek for free.

The place is clean, well organized, you can leave your stuff there when you go hike for a few days in Torres del Paine and the breakfast starts at 5am which is super convenient You have to know it’s a bit out of the center (like 10 min walk from the center and 20 from the bus station), but super doable and nice walk

It was the perfect place to stay before and af - The hostel had a really warm, homey vibe that made us feel really comfortable. The property has everything you need for a great price and the staff are super friendly, especially the owner! Good location - around 10 mins walk from the main restaurants/shops. Nothing!
