• mariograte (7/5): Bueno, pero puede mejorar mucho... - El hotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada, a escasos metros de la avenida principal de la bahía y en proximidad al centro histórico de Santa Marta. La habitación disponía de un sistema de aire acondicionado de excelente calidad. Además, la atención del personal fue sumamente cálida y amable. El aspecto del hotel deja mucho que desear; los pasillos presentan paredes deterioradas por la humedad y las áreas comunes se encuentran algo descuidadas. Comprendo que el hotel opera en una casa de época, sin embargo, la falta de mantenimiento es notable. Tal vez abordar los problemas de humedad, aplicar una nueva capa de pintura y añadir más plantas en las áreas comunes, así como sillas y obras de arte, contribuiría a crear un ambiente más acogedor. La cama litera se tambaleaba considerablemente, por lo que, por razones de seguridad, fue necesario bajar el colchón al suelo, dado que la estructura era sumamente inestable y resultaba complicado ascender y descender de ella.

• Karol (7/5): Great location - Great location between the beach and the main restaurant street (Carrer 4). The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. There was no shower head, which seems to be a common thing with hostels in Cartagena & Santa Marta. The water was only lukewarm but as it was very warm in the city, it didn't matter.

• Mehdi (7/5): Clean and close by... - The location was one block to the beach front, where you find many restaurants, shops, and boat tours. My room was very clean inside. The front desk people were very nice people as well. The price was fair and the people of Santa Marta are very happy even if they didn't have much! There were some ants issues but they took care of it quickly, also there's no hot water and no shower head, only a pipe sticking out the wall!! But I was informed that this is normal in this area! There was also some mold under the air conditioning unit that needs to be taken care of. I do recommend this hotel if you're low on budget and don't have a problem with living on basics.

• Simon (3/5): Ants in the room, wifi does‘t work - Not much to say There were 4 wifi connections available, only one worked. however, the one that worked disappeared after ten minutes. there were ants in the room and the staff didn‘t care.
