Jakub (9/5): - Pěkné ubytování. Krásný výhled na moře a hned blízko pláž. Výhoda parkování hned u domu za závorou. Jediné menší minus bylo trošku hůře uklizena koupelna. A taková trošku zvláštní vůně pokoje a chodby ale nic co by nás odradilo při případné přišití návštěvě.
Kamnar (10/5): - Naprosto excelentní místo na pláži s přímým vstupem k moři. Úchvatný výhled na celý záliv s molem. Klid a pohoda. Velice milá paní domácí. Umožnila mi parkování mého motocyklu přímo pod okny ve výklenku za bránou. Čistý pokoj, klidné místo, přístup na pláž - skvělé.

Best thing about it was I was getting updated on how they are doing from the lovely host as they chose to do no phone use on their holiday. Room was daily cleaner, towels changed each 3 days, we saw the sea ditectly from Room. Great owners who are taking care the rooms, very Nice and helpful. The city is small, quite, but everything is Near, many restaurants and Also fastfoods with pancakes, pizza, gyros and in icecreams for great price. Great place for families. In the summer there was bouncy castles and carousel. Sea had not waves as it is usual for the burgas or sozopol. We spend 3 days in sozopol and burgas, so there days we had enaught the waves. Only 2 dishes in the kitchen, but we did not Cook very offen so it was enaught. The sea was cold one week, but it was special. There was port , but no Boat trips ste there

Claire (9/5): Great hotel, comfortable, clean, excellent beachfront location, super friendly staff. - The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and everything that I had asked for to be arranged was ready for when we arrived. It came equipped with a kettle, cups and glasses, free tea and coffee and toiletries. They provided us with clean towels twice during our 5 nights which was really acceptable. I was in communication with the hotel prior to arriving many times and they answered all my questions quickly. The beach was right outside the door with a large free area and the restaurants were nearby and so many to choose from. We had access to the hotel parking which was great. There were a lot of attractions for kids close by which were open every evening and a great bakery within a 5 minute walk which sold a great breakfast for a good price. We booked a sea view room and it was looking out to the sea as advertised, unfortunately as we were on the 1st floor the trees outside blocked a lot of our view but this was only a small disappointment. The road to the hotel was terrible, it was full of holes and awful to drive down. The parking outside the hotel is in an equally bad carpark which got completely ruined when we had a big storm. The steps from the hotel to the beach had a small gate which did not close properly and with small children it was a bit of a concern that they would open the gate and fall down the steps which were rough concrete. To get from the hotel to the centre and the restaurants we had to walk up and through a very muddy and rough carpark which after rain was not good with a pram. There is no reception so it was a little confusing when we arrived as to where we were meant to go to get our key but some other guests pointed us to the staff and they were very helpful. The hotel didn't have a lift so that made it a little more difficult for us with having a baby but as we were only on the 1st floor it wasn't a huge problem. There were a lot of stones on the beach and so walking into the water was not nice unless we walked further down the paid area which was more sandy, there was also a lot of debris and rubbish in the water, probably due to the port/cove that has been created around the right side of the beach.

Nicki (10/5): Exceptional - What a gorgeous hotel! We were so impressed by Villa Maria - the rooms were immaculate and equipped with everything you could ever need. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom well-designed with lots of hot water in the shower and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The balcony was perfect, with a view of the harbour illuminated at night, and the proximity to the beach absolutely wonderful. We wished we could have stayed longer, and would come back without hesitation. Thank you for a lovely stay!
