• Aleksandra (10/5): Jeśli kiedyś wrócimy do Johannesburga to na pewno zatrzymamy się tutaj - Po długiej podróży Liz przywitała nas słowami “witajcie w domu” i od razu poczułyśmy się tu dobrze . Miałyśmy pokój z widokiem na drzewo bananowca, który o każdej porze wyglądał przepięknie. Wszyscy byli bardzo mili i pomocni. W zasięgu pieszym sklepy i restauracje.
• Kgotlhelelo (9/5): I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely go back again. - I loved how friendly the host was and the cleanliness of the place. The location is perfect as Rosebank Mall is like walking distance. The neighbourhood is also safe. Nothing.

The bar fridge was a bit loud stopping and starting Luckily it was his away in a cupboard to minimise noise The shower taps have no hot or cold indications...so it took some guessing

• knorr (10/5): - Zuerst möchte ich den außergewöhnlichen und herzlichen Empfang durch Liz und Ihren Kolleginnen erwähnen.Habe mich vom ersten Moment wie zuhause gefühlt.Nichts war den Damen zuviel,sollte man einen Wunsch äußern. Jeden Tag eine Auswahl von 5 Sorten Eierspeisen zum Frühstück. Und alles was man für ein Frühstück braucht. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gesäubert.Die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!!! Und was zu erwähnen wäre,ist die unmittelbare Rosebank Mall.Gut und sicher zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich kenne Johannesburg seit vielen Jahren.War als Flugbegleiterin immer im ehemaligen Hyatt untergebracht.Heutzutage können die Guesthouses mit den teuren Hotels mithalten,da man alles bekommt was man braucht.Und der größte Vorteil eines Guesthouses ist das familiäre Gefühl. Ich bin wirklich begeistert!
• Noel (10/5): Comfortable and safe. - Located in a safe area, 10 minutes walk from the Gautrain station. Lots of security around at all times. Liz and her staff run a cozy Guesthouse always with a smile. Excellent breakfast and WiFi. Good shopping and restaurants nearby and much more a short Uber ride away. Recommended and would stay again. Nothing.

• John (8/5): A very pleasant and comfortable stay in a very convenient location - The spiced sausage was great (in place of bacon) and the breakfast was well prepared, included many options, and was enjoyable and fully satisfying. Lyn, the manager, was very pleasant and helpful and the location was very convenient for all we needed to do. Toilet cistern took a bit long to refill.

• Blumenthal (6/5): Pleasant - Old style architecture, with charming garden and pool Friendly staff Comfortable beds There was an unexpected power cut for our last 2 nights (not load shedding) and no electric heat or light after 9pm when the solar generated back up power ran out. The whole area was dark, no alternative lights were supplied. This is not an acceptable situation, especially in winter. Some investment is needed.

He staff is friendly I didn't like that I had to step out of my vehicle at night , on arrival outside the gate , in order to speak on the intercom (to aks them to.open for me) which is mounted against the wall ( it's not outside the gate where you can speak without having to step out of your car)

• Plamen (8/5): Very good - Nice place in walking distance from main area of Rosebank. I waked to there. Do not afraid to get there from airport with Gautrain with luggage. I took the Gautrain bus from Rosebank station for one stop - the stop is 40 meters from the guesthouse. Area is safe, i took a lot of preparation but honestly, the area is OK. I walk everyday to Rosebank station and from there i continued my activities. Walking distance from many art galleries and good coffee shops. Welcoming hosts. The only complain is about broken light in closet area in my room - it is hard to organize your wardrobe without proper light. Additionally, because of regular blackouts in the country, during the night some of electric equipment are making noise when the electricity is switched on, be prepared for that, i assume the guesthouse cannot do anything for it. I little disappointed with the outside patio of my room as it faces a wall, but other outside areas of the house are great.

• Magdalena (8/5): Peaceful guesthouse in Rosebank - We had a very quiet room with a floor heating. It was warm enough not to use it, but it's a good option to have for colder days :) The door of our room opened to the garden, which was very very nice, especially in the mornings when we could have our coffee in the garden and observe small birds being busy around us. The location was also very convenient for us and felt very safe (with secure parking). Breakfast was very good, made fresh, and with taking into account our special requests. Samantha was most hospitable and accommodating! :) We were traveling with a friend, who stayed in a different room, and had some electrical problems. Problem was solved next morning, but it was slightly stressful when happened. Hope the wiring will be solved as this is otherwise a great place to stay in Joburg!
• Ros (8/5): We had a very comfortable stay and Sam and her staff were so friendly and helpful. - Breakfast was well prepared and served by very cheerful ladies. We liked the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in the unit, so could heat a ready made meal. And there was a good selection of tv channels available. The room had easy access to a lovely patio and peaceful garden with plenty of bird life. Guesthouse is conveniently situated so getting to CBD was easy. The carpet in the unit was little tired and perhaps let down the otherwise very comfortable room.
