• Aleksei (10/5): - It was a great experience. A hostel in a parking lot is something completely new to me. The concept sounds bizarre but works surprisingly well. And despite being a parking structure, it's remarkably quiet. During my stay maybe one cars passed through the entire day, sometimes none at all. No traffic noise, no fumes. Just calm. The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the crowd is genuinely diverse — all ages, all kinds of travelers. Probably one of the most backpacker place I've ever stayed in — and that's exactly why I loved it.. The location is excellent and very easy to reach by public transport straight from the airport with no hassle at all. This hostel is full of life and character — exactly what I look for when choosing a place to stay. Definitely coming back. The only thing worth mentioning is the AC in the 5-bed dorm — it was quite powerful and my bed was right underneath it. I asked for an extra blanket and the staff sorted it out straight away. But that's the common dilemma of shared spaces — some struggle with the heat, others can't stand the cold. Can't please everyone, and that's totally fine.

• Olga (9/5): Solid Stay in Kuala Lumpur Center - The dorm beds are nice, as they have a lot of privacy (they're basically separated compartments). The hostel is in a parking garage, which is peculiar to see at first, but it actually has a lot of character. AC in the rooms works well. A lot of friendly travelers, too. Location is very central as well. There are only 2 bathrooms for the whole hostel, so you sometimes have to wait to use it. But on the bright side, bathrooms are clean.

• Matt (1/5): I will never stay here again. - Location is good - close to Bukit Bintang, food markets, etc. I was very disappointed with this stay. It was third time staying here & usually it does the job for as a budget bed for the night. However, this time, there was a never-ending list of issues & things going wrong. I struggled to sleep as the AC does very little to cool down inside the pods, it was boiling hot & my bed sheet was not big enough for the bed it was on - I ended up just removing it entirely. The flimsy bathroom doors are all pretty knackered / falling off the hinges & some locks are broken. The next morning, I woke to the guy in the bed next to mine complaining that all the cash from his wallet had been stolen while he was in the shower. I was unhappy the next day and considering leaving but KL it isn't the cheapest so I wanted to try and make it work here. There were bigger pods/beds meant for two people below me and they felt a little cooler inside than the single pods so I made a plan to upgrade to one of those. I went to find staff to ask and could only find the guy who had checked me in the day before - a European chap who I think was a guest volunteering there. He didn't have authority to let me move bed so went to wake up the manager who was asleep in the dorm room... it was 6pm. The manager appears looking tired and annoyed but allows me to move bed. I ask how much to upgrade but he didn't know and says he needs to ask his boss. I go to my new bed (without any knowledge of how much I'm paying), move all of my stuff from the old pod to the new one and once inside, I realise that the lock is not actually broken but literally isn't made to lock the door - the slat that comes across is too short to actually secure the lock/door. I go to find the manager but he has gone back to bed. I go back to the room and check all of the large pods that are available - the lock is the same on every single one; none of them actually lock. I had enough, grabbed all my things and left to find different accommodation.

• qai (10/5): worth the price - the room was comfortable, charging pods on the bed is brilliant, bathroom is so nice and comfortable, clean, owner very friendly, i also love that they have a chilling spot outside the hotel, can play ping pong and chill can upgrade pillow to better quality ones
• Aoyama (1/5): The worst hostel I have ever stayed - The location is fantastic! Very closed to Bukit Bintang street and Berjaya Times Square. Easy to access any place . The staff was very rude in the WhatsApp chat from the beginning. They provided me a wrong passcode of the entrance door, therefore I was about to be locked out when I arrived the hostel in the midnight. Because I haven’t seen any staff until the last day, no one gave me orientation for the property and no explanation about their rules. Moreover, the bed had a lot of bed bugs , I couldn’t sleep well with rush and bites . I never recommended to stay here.

• Péter (7/5): - I liked the alternative idea of having a hostel in a parking lot. Common space is cool. They had allowed me to store a portion of my stuff until I got back to KL. When fully booked, owner helped me out with a room in another hostel of him which was great. Way too few bathrooms for so many people. Some beds seemed very uncomfortably placed in the dorm room. All rooms are small and dense.
