- YONKO (3/5): Не бихме повторили престоя си там - Чисто и комуникативно местоположение При настаняване ни отне време да намерим някой на рецепция. В стаите никакво удобство от към обзавеждане. В банята стари и ръждясали батерии. Настаниха ни в съседство на семейство, чиито деца целодневно викаха тичаха и пищяха в коридора.

- Svetla (6/5): Good place for 1-2 days. - Location. Small room and the air conditioner is just above the bed. There was no breakfast as it was mentioned when I made the reservation. No milk for coffee in the morning.
- Denys (6/5): Pleasant - There is a fridge and a/c in the room. Really good when it's 30+ degrees outside. Location is very good - 3-7 minutes walking to the central parts of the city. The breakfast was canceled 2 days prior to our arrival - the host stated the kitchen was out of order. The room was tiny with no wardrobe to unpack the things from the bags. The shower located in the middle of the bathroom between the toilet and sink. Once you take it - the whole bathroom is wet. But as I understand this is the common practice in Kustendil.
- Dona (9/5): Superb - Location is great, right in the center of the city and close to the station. The beds had very comfortable mattresses. The room and bathroom were clean. The lady at the reception desk was nice. It's a bit expensive but all hotels in the area show the same price, so I guess it's just a regional thing. Expensive spa zone - 60 levs per hour (no limit on how many people, though - could split it between all people that are staying). I did not like that they photo copy your ID when you check in. :(

- Georgi (10/5): What a pleasant surprise! - The house is located in the town centre, only one minute's walk away from the fantastic "Vladimir Dimitrov - Maistora" Gallery. The rooms were comfortable and clean. But what overwhelmed us all was that against a very reasonable surcharge we got private unlimited access to the house's very cosy mineral water spa which had a small pool, sauna and steam bath. Everything was all right. A note for next time - book the spa in advance.
