• Yoana (6/5): Задоволително, херса ми , но имаше известни минуси. - Хареса ми, че хотела е много красив, естетически издържан, стаята беше чиста, симпатична и имаше всичко нужно. Не ми хареса, че видях 1-2 хлебарки да се разхождат в стаята, имаше мравки ,които излизаха от сифона на терасата. Не ми хареса, че терасите все едно бяха общи..една с друга нямат прегради и съвсем спокойно можеш да отидеш при съседа.

• Сабие (10/5): Перфектен! - Препоръчвам мястото с две ръце! Изключително чисто, на топ локация, тихо и спокойно. Всичко е много красиво - в Бохо стил. Персоналът е изключително приветлив и усмихнат. Като леки минуси мога само да отбележа, наличието на телевизор в стаята, който не функционира. Също така басейна , изключително плитък, но за сметка на това много красиво изглеждащ.

• Assja (10/5): Empfehlenswert - Das geräumige Zimmer mit Terrasse, die Sauberkeit, die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, die sehr freundliche Dame, die das Haus betreut. Außerdem gefallen mir die moderne Ausstattung. Auch die Nähe zum Strand fanden wir sehr gut. Die Seitenstraße zum Haus könnte vielleicht mal gepflastert werden.

• Inés (8/5): Great - The bed is really comfortable and the staff is really nice. Just a nitpicky note but the clothesline could be a bit bigger. Also the pool is more of a pond than a pool but it was fine and parking can be quite difficult.

• Amalia (9/5): Chill and cozy place next to the beach. - We love to sleep here. The silence, the bed and the quiet atmosphere made this location the perfect choice for recharging battery. We would appreciate to have a coffee machine at the accommodation.

Friendly and informative owner. - Great property ideally located for the local beach, restaurants and amenities all of which were just a short walk away. The owner was very friendly and was helpful with suggestions of places to visit in the local area. The room was an ideal size, very well finished and with plenty of space. The local beech is ideal for families with young children due to the calm and shallow sea. The accomodation and Sveti Vlas are ideally located for convenient day trips along the coast to other places of interest, such as Nessebar, Sozopol and Burgas.

• Manilla (7/5): Nice stay, but extremely rude cleaning lady - The property is nice and it has a very Mediterranean vibe to it, and the pool area is really nice as well, although, something should be done by the A/C on the side of the building by the pool as it drips nearly all day, splashing gross A/C water on you when laying on the sun loungers. It’s also nice that it’s on a kind of hidden road if you arrive by car as we didn’t have issues finding parking space right outside. The bed was also nice to sleep in, no problems there. While everything was overall lovely, there are some things that could be improved. First off, we had two separate rooms, and their balconies were connected, which was fine as we knew each other, but might be annoying if you have next door neighbours that you don’t know. The doors doesn’t give a lot of sound proofing, and when some of the other guests that stayed came home at 3 AM, they woke both us and the rest of our group up, and our dog started barking as they kept the party going and played loud music. The other two night (I think) they didn’t wake us up at night, but they did bother my mum and grandma who slept in the room next to theirs as they didn’t care at all about keeping music at reasonable levels late at night. But I guess that’s more a problem of people not having respect rather than the hotel itself (except for the fact that there’s little to no soundproofing). On top of that, my mum took our dog down for a walk one morning, and some other guests’ dog had taken a shit on the grass inside the walls of the property, and she shouted at my mum and called her a swine (yes, swine, but in Bulgarian language - my boyfriend is Bulgarian, so we know what she said). So my mum felt forced to pick some random cold dog shit up from the lawn, even though it wasn’t from our dog. At the day of leaving, my mum and grandma had already gone downstairs and cleared the bedroom for their stuff, and as I am carrying stuff down, the same cleaning lady was already cleaning their room, and as I walked by, she held up a dirty towel from my mum and grandma (they had been to the beach and I guess their feet had gotten dirty, which is what happens), and she shook her head at me. I was completely baffled by this, not only is is extremely rude to check out the towels, but to further look at me, stretch it out and show me and then shake her head, that is another level of unprofessionalism.

• Emilė (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is newly and stylishly renovated, the same as shown in the pictures. Self check in was easy. The owner is very helpful - we had a problem with our car on the way back to the airport, we asked for help and he arranged help within 5 minutes so we didn't miss our flight. Very grateful for that. I highly recommend this place.

• Borislava (8/5): Good but with some small disadvantage - clean, comfortable, modern design, very close to the beach In one of the rooms the front door couldn’t close properly and you had to push it hard and it made a loud noise so it was a bit annoying. Also the address provided on booking is wrong. It was not the correct address of the hotel which was unacceptable and confusing.
