• Fabiënne (9/5): Goede locatie, fijne faciliteiten - De locatie was goed, 20 minuutjes wandelen naar Berchtesgaden. Parkeerplekken rondom het huis genoeg (beneden of voor de deur). Jammer genoeg was de pub dicht toen wij er waren (doordeweeks). Een gedeelde keuken en koelkast vonden wij erg prettig. En fijn balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Het geluid van de naastgelegen weg was best goed hoorbaar.

Die Matratze war recht hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

• Dr. Petra (9/5): Tolle Lage und sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis - Ein gemütliches Zimmer Besonders toll ist die Gemeinschaftsküche und die Balkone bzw. der Wintergarten. Alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. Normalerweise nutzen wir nie einen Fernseher - aber es waren gerade die olympischen Winterspiele. Leider hatte der Fernseher gar keine Programme.

People walking from the train station to this residence should be aware of steep hills on the ascent, especially if they're travelling with luggage. Nothing.

• Franziska (10/5): - Wir haben fast alle Zimmer für unsere Hochzeitsgäste im nahegelegenen Kulturhof gemietet – alles hat wunderbar geklappt! Die Kommunikation war super nett und völlig unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber:innen waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und herzlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr charmant, jedes mit eigenem Charakter und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders schön: der tolle Ausblick! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Помимо этого администратор с пониманием отнесся к дополнительным просьбам и выполнил их в полном объеме. Общие зоны (кухня, террасы) имеют все необходимое для организации комфортных бытовых условий. Чистые, удобные и оснащенные номера (кондиционера не было, но конкретно в нашем случае, в середине сентября, он был не нужен. В номере есть большой вентилятор). Отель не был полностью заполнен и поэтому тяжело оценить качество звукоизоляции в полной мере, но никаких жалоб на шум не было. Все понравилось.

• Carole (10/5): 48 heures de dépaysement total. - Une maison avec un cadre féérique , nous étions dans une autre époque . C’était exceptionnel . Une chambre parfaite avec une très jolie décoration raffinée . Un lit où l’on dort parfaitement bien ,Oui, tout était raffiné. Des dosettes de café à disposition . Une cuisine commune ou l’on fait des rencontres , un balcon ou l’on voit un paysage fantastique. Parking privé,Bref nous avons adoré. Tout est parfait. Merci à nos hôtes.
• Kaisa (10/5): Clean, cute and stellar views - This property is truly a gem. Adorably decorated and the view is phenomenal. Beds are comfy and the room was a comfortable temperature with use of the provided fan at night. The property is very clean and well kept. My only qualm is the location is a bit far from city center and far from the main bus station for hiking. The bus that goes up to the house only runs about once and hour and the last one is at 7 or 8pm. If you miss it, it’s a 25 min walk up hill from the main bus station which isn’t doable but unpleasant after a long day of hiking! Just plan around the bus schedule and this place is PERFECT. Would definitely stay again.

• Barbara (10/5): Nice and clean stay for a relaxing few days. - A beautiful accommodation, with great views. The room was really clean and well equipped. It was a 20 minute walk to the center of Berchtesgaden. There is also a communal kitchen and living room which is really nice.

Der Balkon ist absolut traumhaft und in der Gemeinschaftsküche fehlt es an nichts. Die Straße war teilweise sehr laut am morgen. Lag aber evt auch an der Hauptsaison und den Motorrädern

Our room was very comfortable, and the views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking. Berchtesgaden is a lovely town—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. A truly memorable stay!

• Paul (8/5): Spring break - Well-sized comfortable room. Excellent shower. 4 shared balconies on 2 floors. Quiet location with double glazing keeping traffic noise to a minimum. Bus stops about 100 metres away. Beer is provided in a communal fridge 330m €2. Recommend trips to Hintersee, Ramsau and Zauberwald walk between these places. The pub that was advertised on booking is now closed. Limited bus service with the last bus from Berchtesgaden at 19 15. After then it is a walk or a taxi. the communal kitchen has 4 seats for 6 double rooms and the communal fridge is small for 6 couples.

The decor is wonderful,but best of all our host family was amazing. This place is a destination in it self.

• Elena (10/5): Nice budget place with amazing views - We really liked this apartment, especially the view from the shared balcony on the top floor, I‘ve attached a few photos. A definite plus that we were able to stay with our dog without any restrictions. Also there’s a fully equipped shared kitchen, including microwave oven, fridge and kettle. Also we had a kettle and tea bags in our room. The location is 25 minutes far from train station and 10 (or 15 minutes, if you go with a dog) from bus station to Hintersee. The furniture is a bit shabby.
