Guest Reviews

- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gavin (8/5): Very good - Just needed somewhere to sleep for 1 night due to travel plans falling apart after a late flight. Room was cozy, clean and comfortable, and very well priced.
- Jonathan (5/5): Passable - A very friendly member of staff waited for our late arrival and was willing to help us when we could not access the property using their code system on the outside door.
The breakfast was excellent. The code system on the outside door did not work and a woman within the building (probably a resident herself) was aware of our problem but did not help - we had to call the member of staff who had already gone to bed at her own home.
People were smoking in their rooms and in the communal areas - we were surprised and disappointed that this is still acceptable in Germany.
- Phoenix (9/5): Lovely hotel, highly recommended! - Very lovely hotel/hostel (functions as somewhere in between) in quaint old building, wooden beams and all! It is very well located right in the centre of Muhlhausen, a beautiful town in the heart of Germany. The decor inside is very nice and traditional, and the room was very comfortable. If I were to visit Muhlhausen again, I'd definitely return here as I really enjoyed my stay. The toilet was weird.
It also isn't in the description that you need a code to enter the building and another for your room as there is no reception, so I arrived having no clue how to get in. It wasn't a major issue though as I was able to get in touch with them.
- Giovanni (10/5): Really Wonderful pension and people!!! - excellent stay!! the structure is in the center, very close to the train station and the main roads. a few meters from the pension there are the two wonderful churches of demi blasi and st. mary, which makes its location even more optimal. The rooms really have everything you need, they heat up very quickly when needed, the beds are very comfortable (which is not trivial, many hotels have very uncomfortable beds) and the bathroom is perfect. I also saw the breakfast it offers, very good and well cared for. Finally, the managers are very kind people, the last night the boarding house was full and I didn't have a room, I had a train very early in the morning at 5, they made me wait a few hours inside despite not having a room, to say the least kind, thank you again !!!
- Fedor (10/5): Next time I going to stay at this place again. - The breakfast was really tasty but for extra pay) All were clean and cosier as I like. May be worth adding more tight pillows)
- Phillip (9/5): Superb -
- Petra (9/5): Cozy stay - Lovely spacious room in a charming old town building. Plenty of room to do some remote work, while using the on-site wifi. The mini bar in the room was helpful to keep some food items cool during the summer heat. The mini bar was so loud I had to unplug it at night to be able to sleep. The bed was not really as described in the booking - there were two single beds placed next to each other rather than a double bed.
