• Marek (9/5): Príjemný pobyt na presun po bulharsku - Hostiteľka bola skvelá, pomohla nám so všetkým, čo sme potrebovali. Izba pôsobila veľmi príjemne. Zvláštne spravený odtok zo sprchoveho kúta, po osprchovani je treba vymopovat celú kúpeľňu.

Къщата е разположена на тиха и спокойна улица наблизо от басейните, магазините и аптеките. Изключително уютни, чисти, комфортни стаи! Има кухня с всичко необходимо, и тераса с прекрасна гледка! Изключително мила, любезна, отзивчива и гостоприемна стопанка, която държи на гостите ѝ да се чувстват напълно доволни и удовлетворени. Бяхме многократно щедро нагостени с кафе и различни почерпки! Благодаря за всичко, пак ще дойдем!

• Angelina (8/5): - בעלת המקום אישה מאוד נחמדה ועוזרת עם כל דבר. עזרה לי לארגן טיול לאגמים ותמיד הייתה זמינה לכל השאלה. החדר מרווח, המיטה ענקית, יש מרפסת נחמדה עם ישיבה. כמו בתמונות- הסגנון למי שמתחבר. לי אישית פרחים מפלסטיק קצת הרסו את החוויה. קצת חסרה חשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים, למשל אין מקום לשים תיק רחצה או שמפו, אין שטיח למקלחת, אין פח זבל בחדר… כשמתקלחים כל החלל נרטב, כולל נייר טואלט, צריך ממש לעשות שטיפת רצפות בשביל שתוכלו להשתמש בשירותים, כי הכל מלא במים. זה קצת מבאס.
• MARIA (5/5): Bien, muy limpia pero pequeño inconveniente con el baño - La habitación está muy limpia, la habitación es amplia, ajustada a las necesidades. Cerca de los lagos de Rila. La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y muy correcta. Hay que ser consciente que no es una habitación de hotel como tal. No nos gustó que el baño no se encuentra dentro de la habitación, está muy limpio pero es un inconveniente que hay que tener en cuenta.

• Evi (8/5): - De hygiëne was uitmuntend! Goede ligging. Parking in de straat ernaast. Jammer dat we de 'hosts' niet hebben gezien. We kwamen toe in een leeg appartement en onduidelijk wat onze kamer was. Uiteindelijk hebben ze wel binnen het halfuur gereageerd op ons berichtje.

• Dumitru (9/5): Superb - I highly recommend this accommodation. It is located in a quiet area near the mountains. Everything was very clean and we had all we needed at hand. The host is a friendly and welcoming lady. You can park your car right in front of the property. Good Wifi is also available.
• Bronwyn (10/5): Location excellent, comfortable room. - Great guest house when visiting. Easy to find. Comfortable bed/room, aircon, TV, really nice balcony to sit on with a wine. Small basic kitchen. Have stayed couple times before. Very good location, short walk to pools and restaurants. As the hosts accommodation is on same floor when they had guests around that evening they were quite loud until very late, but stopped once I knocked on door, and despite this I would still return. Great value.

• Marko (9/5): Excellent choice for a short stay in Sapareva banja - Room and bathroom were clean, beds comfortable, there is a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine and hot water kettle, view from the terrace is probably the best in town. Internet was fast, there is place to park in front of the house. The central bath and the Kotvata thermal pools are 5 minutes of walking away. A hanger for towels in bathroom would be helpful.

Friendly host who speaks perfect English. . Lovely room with very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Aircon, TV and balcony. Also access to a shared kitchen with coffee machine, fridge and balcony. Quiet location. I would highly recommend this guesthouse.

• Bogdan (9/5): Superb - The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was access to a small kitchen area and balcony where we could enjoy breakfast. The area is very quiet and peaceful, within walking distance from the town center and main restaurants and shopping area. Very friendly and polite owner.
• Saša (9/5): Superb - The place was extremely clean, well equipped, grreat location. The landlord was polite and helpful. The view is nice, our room overlooked the mountain. The beds were comfortable, hot water all the time. It wasn't hot so we didn't need to use the AC, but it had one. Bathroom was clean. The whole impression would be a perfect 10 if there was not for the noise that was coming from the backyard untill 1AM or later. We had trouble sleeping because some guests or maybe host's friends were sitting in the backyard and laughing and talking as of there wes noone else in the house. Otherwise, my recommendations.

• Mark (9/5): Lovely decor, comfortable and very clean, great location. - This was our second stay at Guesthouse Jasmine and we returned because we like it so much. The hosts are very friendly, it's nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and in a great location to access to the main spa in Sapareva Banya. We also chose to stay because our daughter loves the decor in the triple room; she calls it the princess room! The kitchen has a coffeemaker, fridge, microwave and sandwich maker, which you can use to toast bread. The hosts call it a mini-kitchen, however, it's the same size as most kitchens in self-contained apartments/ studios. It has it's own seating plus a nice balcony area with additional seating. We didn't dislike anything, but here's a small suggestion: in the kitchen we found knives for food preparation but not for eating - a few more knives would be great. For us it was not a problem as we mostly ate breakfast and made sandwiches.

• Maggie (8/5): Very clean - The room and bathroom are impeccably clean as well as sheets and towels. Use of kitchen is great with kettle, fridge and I think microwave. There is a good selection of dishes, cups, pots, cutlery etc. Walking distance to restaurants. The bathroom for this room is external. It wasn't a problem in the end but the information sheet makes you thin it is en-suite.
• Yali (8/5): Very good - The host was very helpful and available. The location has a beautiful view of the mountains which we could see from our room's little balcony. The bathroom tends to get flooded when you shower, but it is not a big issue.

• Scott (10/5): Amazing customer service in a lovely, small hotel! - The owners of the hostel went above and beyond, swinging by the bus station in Dupnica when we weren't sure how to get to Sapareva Banja. Then, when we asked the easiest way to get to the trailhead, they facilitated an introduction to other guests with a car (which also ended up creating a new friendship!). Allowed us to leave some luggage during our hike, as well. Really outstanding hosts! For the hotel itself, the room was very nicely decorated (if a bit kitsch) and the whole place seems brand new. The balcony has an excellent view and the bathroom was immaculately clean. Seemed quite close to the bus stop, as well (though we were lucky enough to never need it). All in all, just a fantastic stay in a beautiful region! The only slight knock was the kitchen (kitchenette?). While it had everything you might want in terms of making a coffee or eating a cold breakfast (sink, fridge, kettle, etc), there wasn't a stovetop. I could have checked the facilities list more closely and it didn't end up being an issue for us, but it's just something to be aware of. It certainly wouldn't stop me from happily booking again!

• Matt (10/5): Perfect spot - Very friendly couple who own it, great views from the little shared kitchen balcony, and room was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed, including a coffee machine in the kitchen. About a 10 minute walk into small town, but a couple of good restaurants just down the hill, a 4 minute walk. Also recommend going to the hot pools at the bottom of the hill, 15lev on a weekday if you go after 1700. It was a great place to spend the night in between Rila Monastery and 7 Lakes. Thanks!
