- Łukasz (7/5): Max. one night when itd too late/far to go home back - Pensjonat ulokowany w ścisłym centrum miasta. We were given a different room than the one described. There was no mountain view, and no chairs at the table. The toiletries mentioned in the description were missing, as well as the Smart TV. The room and furniture are in need of renovation, as everything appears to be at least 10 years old. We were also unable to check in on time (we waited about 10 minutes even though we arrived after 3:00 PM), as the host was simultaneously serving restaurant customers. When we ultimately decided not to take the breakfast option (which was only available from 9:00 AM), the host said goodbye to us in a rather unfriendly manner.

- Michal (7/5): Výborný a milý personál, úžasná snídaně a velký, prostorný, čistý pokoj. Byli jsme spokojeni. - Co se mi na hotelu líbilo, byl velmi ochotný a přátelský personál a úžasná snídaně. Není nic, co by se mi nelíbilo. Pokoj byl prostorný, velký a uklizený. Možná by v budoucnu neuškodilo modernější vybavení a přidání sauny či vířivky — to by posunulo hotel do slušného nadstandardu. I tak ale celková spokojenost.

- Martin (8/5): - Od samého příjezdu maximálně vstřícný, srdečný a ochotný personál. Pokoj čistý a ve velmi dobrém stavu, stejně jako zbytek penzionu. Problém nebyli ani dva psi. Domácí kuchyně vyborná. Daly se domluvit snídaně podle chutě. Ubytovaní jsem se fakt užil.
- Lukáš (1/5): - Po příjezdu nám bylo ihned řečeno, že je třeba zaplatit poplatek za psa, který však nebyl vůbec předem po předchozí telefonické domluvě avizován. Následně jsme tedy dostali pokoj, kdy jsme první večer zjistili, že ve sprše teče pouze ledová voda. Usoudili jsme tedy, že se asi nenahřál bojler. Druhý den však ve sprše tekla pouze vařící voda, přičemž po otočení na polohu studené vody, netekla voda žádná. Tento problém nebylo možné onen večer řešit, neboť se v pozdních odpoledních hodinách na penzinonu nenacházel již žadný personál. Následně jsme byli po stížnosti třetí den přestěhováni na jiný pokoj. Toto přestěhování však doprovázel fakt, že jsme si na museli sami přenést lúžkoviny z předešlého pokoje, kdy nám personálem bylo řečeno, že je drahé jejich vyprání. Celkově bych zhodnotil, že jednání bylo otřesné a neprofesionální. NIKDY VÍC.

- Barry (6/5): Okey for one-night sleepover but wouldn't stay longer. - Good location, room of decent size, beds were comfortable. We have not been upgraded as promised by Booking.com - the room had no fridge or coffee/tea machine. Furniture and facilities rather old-fashioned and used. Toilet seat not fitting. Restaurant not accepting cards (cash only).

- Loispeens (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good. The view from the large windows was great. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, 10 euros for one slice of ham, one slice cheese, and two pieces of bread plus tea. The guy working at the restaurant is extremely rude and needs to learn how to speak to customers. The cleaning lady was really nice and the room was clean.
