Es amable el dueño y con disposición en todo momento, todo estaba limpio y olía bien. el soporte de la ducha estaba roto y había un puerta del armario salida. Parece ser que no hay mucha privacidad respecto al ruido, estaba viendo TV a un volumen prudente y nos pidieron bajarle. fuera de eso, todo ok.

- Yaniv (5/5): Need some improvement.. - Close to the center. There is a nice park outside. The shower door is broken. No shampoo. The mattress is so sinking…sorry but I don’t recommend. The room was super hot with fan but it still was difficult to sleep.

- Oliver (5/5): Passable - The location was actually in walking distance to the city centre. The owner was also friendly, and provided some tips to visit in the vicinity. I stayed there in winter and the AC was strangely coupled with a remote temperature sensor. The temperature sensor would turn on the AC when it falls below 18°C (well great for a living room), but switch off the AC completely at 21°C (I don't know why this kind of "smart" home is necessary, as all AC have typically a variable fan strength and would regulate itself when reaching the set temperature). The sensor was conveniently placed at about 1.6m above the floor (taking advantage of the vertical temperature gradient) directly opposite to the AC. Hence, warm air from the AC would blow directly onto it. And switch the AC off after less than 60s operation - nice positive feedback loop. That doesn't mean the room temperature actually increased, it only meant that the temperature sensor got a reading of warm air. I complained several times about it, but the owner just showed me the temperature reading on his smartphone, and said everything is working properly. Well nice measurement, but I'm still freezing in the room. I'm not opposed to saving energy, but this is just stingy. Everything was old, and falling almost apart. There were cracks everywhere. The kitchen was not properly insulated, and super cold. When I left the door open to the hallway to get some warm air inside, the owner complained about that. It looks to me that the owner tries to squeeze out as much money as possible from it, without doing any proper maintenance of the property.
