Même si ce n'était que pour y dormir (pas là en journée) : la grandeur du studio, même la salle de douche/wc est spacieuse, ne pas se sentir étouffé, à l'étroit. Le confort et surtout : quel calme ! Merci ! Rien! Tout était appréciable !

• Snoofy34 (5/5): Ce n'est pas un studio - Le logement récent. Il est très propre. Il est au calme. Arrivée autonome et bienveillance du propriétaire. Il ne s'agit pas d'un "studio autonome", mais d'une grande chambre mansardée au 2ème étage, il n'y a pas d'eau. Il n'était pas précisé que la salle de bain wc était à l'étage inférieur, on y accède par un escalier périlleux non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Il n'y a pas de "vue jardin" puisque les fenêtres sont mansardées. Il n'y a pas de "parking sur place", il faut chercher une place dans la rue passante. L'équipement est minimaliste : un seul fauteuil pour 2, pas de chaise, pas de table, pas de verres, évidemment pas de coin cuisine, bref, une chambre.

Salle de bain et WC au 1er étage, ainsi qu'un bureau Propreté irréprochable Bien qu'il soit précisé qu'il y a bouilloire, il n'y a pas de cuisine comme dans tout studio. Il serait préférable de noter chambre autonome tout confort et non studio car cela prête à confusion. L'hôte nous avait proposé de la vaisselle pour dépanner.

• Kamila (10/5): A spacious and quiet stop over - just what we needed. - A nice and spacious split-level accommodation (bedroom/living upstairs and bathroom one floor down). It has been newly renovated and it looks like it's still getting the finishing touches on it. The owners have very nice taste. It was a shame that for us it was just a sleep-over stop on a very long journey, I would have liked to have spent more time chilling. The room has a Nespresso machine and it was great to take a coffee to go. It's a clean, simplistic set up that worked nicely for us. A good sleep and shower were had! The room was quiet (very appreciated), the garden was lovely to look at and parking was right in front of the house. Maybe a couple of hooks for the bathroom to hang towels on?

• Johannes (6/5): Good value for money, don’t expect fancy - It’s a nice simple attic above the owners office. Its clean, has a bed and seating area with one chair. It’s nothing special but good value for money as it’s not expansive. 1) Bit on the cold side (it was winter). It had different radiators that did not work. One electric oil radiator that did work but was not enough to really get the temperature up within lets say 20 minutes. After a while it does get better. 2) owner works one floor lower. If he works at night you can hear that. He is not noisy and quit friendly but the attic is not very sound proof. Again, good value for money

The fresh and clean impression of the property. Privacy and quietness.
• Christiane (9/5): Really all we needed. - Nice, clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Owner really friendly and even let me use the office to work. Only downside is there were limited places to eat in walking distance, so it would be nice to have a kettle and mini fridge to keep food we bought.
• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - If you are looking for quite and calm place to sleep, this apartment is the best for you. Everything was super clean :-) Christophe and Stephanie are both very kind and helpfull. For the trips to the Antwerpen/Brussel/Bruggy we recommend to use train from the Ottognies station. Its cheap and very quick. You can park your car next to the station. The price is reduced if you are train passengers. For the dinners, public live and cinema, we recommend Louvaine la Neuve.

A very good quality price near Brussels. There is a train station at 20 min from the apartment . The host is super nice ! I felt the need of a normal chair and a table to work with my laptop and some information about how to deal with the garbage for recycling purposes.
• Daniella (9/5): convinient and clean - very good location, very clean and the guy was very friendly and helpful. parking outside wish is a bonus. hot shower. you can’t lock the door inside the building if you want to go out for the day. it only locks half way and you have to leave the key. so definitely fix that! and maybe body towels and not face towels.

The place was clean and the bed was suuuper good!! you sleep like a baby! Everything was good. We just spent the night.

• An (9/5): I've passed a wonderful night in a spacy and beautifully renovated room.The host was very friendly. - I appreciated the spacy room, the large bed with nice mattress, the variaty of books and magazines at disposal , the reading corner with comfortable armchair, the quitness of the area, the fact that the house, room and furniture and bathroom was brand new. One litte detail : There was coffee for the morning, but I missed a water boiler to make a cup of evening tea ;) and a light at the bedside table.
