- Anjali (8/5): Clean apt with three bedrooms and one shared bathroom and shared common room. - Sofia and her mom Maria are helpful and kind. The apt is simply furnished and clean. The location is very close to center of town. We came as a family of five with my husband and I and our three teenage kids and rented two rooms. Fortunately no one rented the third room so we did not have to share the bathroom with anyone else and had the apt, bathroom and common area to ourselves which was very nice. The three bedrooms are rented separately and share one common bathroom. If you are coming as a family, it is more comfortable to reserve all three bedrooms so that you have the entire apt to yourself and don’t have to share the common space or bathroom with other travelers.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good - The location is great and in a safe area. The owners’ daughter is helpful. The place is clean. There is only one bathroom per three rooms which can house up to 11 people. There are no mirrors in the rooms or any additional toilets/sinks. The doors desperately need to be oiled as they make the worst noise. Thin walls so you can hear everything around. The price is high for what you get. The shower has low pressure and the hot water turns off after a few minutes.

They are warm and welcoming, happy to help book any tours, offer to provide taxi and laundry service, assist use in their kitchen, and even offer to share food. They know all the best places in town for dining, shopping, and tours. It is in a quiet area, yet within walking distance to the town center of santa elena. The room was clean and comfortable, and wifi, plenty of blankets, a towel, seating area, and fridge are provided. The location is surrounded by nature and I was able to spot various birds and even an armadillo on the property. Also their two dogs are the sweetest! I had such a great time i decided to extend my stay an extra night. I highly recommend Bonanza!

The location is great, close to the center and has some nice views close by. The room is very comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend anyone staying here 😊
- Sungmo (10/5): Good to stay with clean environment. - It's located at 10 minutes walking distance away from centro area so surrounding area is very quite. The house is 2 stories building and the host family is living at ground floor. The upper floor is used for rent and composed of 3 rooms and 1 shared bath room. The rooms are kept clean and good to sleep. The host family is willing to help guest.
