- Tamas (2/5): Very inhospitable, terrible host - The cleaning staff did great, they tidied up our room very well. The check-in process was quick. The food was ok. We booked my kid as an adult by mistake, but when we contacted them, they did not reply so we got charged more. We also asked for rooms to be near each other, once again, no reply. When we arrived, we realized our room had no door between the bedrooms. It is displayed on their website as 'separate bedrooms'. When I raised this issue to the host he did not care or apologize, he just told us to deal with it. We could not rest or do anything at night because of this, and this was only the first half of their attempt to ruin our holiday. One of us had an accident (broken knee), making them not able to walk without great struggle. We asked if we could swap one of the rooms on the ground level so they do not have to climb the stairs. They refused to help. We also asked if we could at least bring the food upstairs for them so they don't have to come down with the broken knee but also refused. They got so exhausted from climbing down for breakfast they passed out and had to go to the hospital! They did not speak English, and some of my family speak no German so that was also a problem. Why indicate on the website that you speak English if you don't? Tap water was not on the menu and when we asked for it for dinner, they did not tell us it costs money. I could go to the tap and get my family water if they would have told us this. It was only revealed during checking out. The beds were very uncomfortable, especially the pillows. The towels smelled like bacon grease. The walls were paper thin, you could hear people in other rooms pretty clear. They have no card payment
