El lugar cuenta con estacionamiento propio. Es tranquilo aunque bastante alejado del centro. Idean contar con movilidad propia. Algunos detalles de limpieza en una de las habitaciones. La habitación pegada a la cocina es ruidosa.

• Junaid (10/5): An exceptional stay with outstanding service and very comfortable accommodations. - The service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The property was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The only minor drawback was that the location is a bit far from the main town center, but everything else more than made up for it. Also bathrooms were v small .

Hubo días que bajó la calidad del pan y para comer huevos , hay que solicitarlos a la dependiente que no siempre está presente ni tampoco ofrece , además de preparar un solo huevo revuelto ...(muy poco).

• Davey (7/5): Fine if you don’t mind the distance to the center! - Overall a fine experience! Don’t go for the 1 person room if you want to sleep before 22:00. The staff can be very loud in the evening in the hallway and kitchen next to it.

• O (6/5): Fue más o menos, ya que ofrecía disponibilidad de la piscina y lo 1ro que dicen que está disponible - Estaba todo limpio Que se ofrecía piscina disponible para todo el año y al llegar al lugar lo primero que nos dicen que la piscina no estaba disponible. Tengo un hijo con movilidad reducida, y en ningún momento nos ofrecieron poder hacer un ajuste a las instalaciones por ejemplo, servir el desayuno en el 2do piso.

• Steve (9/5): A very comfortable stylish location for a base on Puerto Natales. - It is very stylish after the Patagonian fashion, wooden furniture sheep skin throws. The lounge had a panoramic view over the town to the mountains behind. The breakfast room was very smart. The whole hotel only has about 10 rooms so you felt very well looked after. We had two staff in particular, Herman’s and Jordan, who were wonderful and helpful - esp with our lack of the language, but laughter on both sides got us though.

They provided home made bread! They clean the room everyday! Being a non-smoking hostal makes sich a great place to rest. The location allows super quiet time and we slept like angels. Very con dnient location. WE WILL COME BACK! More home made bread, videos of chilean places, music fromChile during breakfast

• Angela (10/5): Exceptional - The staff, service, breakfast, comfort and cleanliness was top notch. Location was close proximity to the bus station but about a 40 minute walk to the main part of the city.
• Heidi (7/5): Nice place, paper thin walls, far from food! - Good breakfast and comfy bed. The communal lounge is really lovely. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything from the next room and people were getting up at 5:30 so don’t expect to sleep beyond then. FYI - The owner will only take flat dollar bills. It’s very far from anything if you want to get some food.

• Nina (9/5): Really nice stay in Natales - Tidy, clean, great welcoming staff, really good breakfast, highly recommend it for a nice stay! Amazing reading room on second floor for a grand view. Make sure you arrive in car o taxi/uber (its close to the bus station) The noise in the hallway and amongst rooms.
• Hina (10/5): Great - Friendly, good location. Was slightly noisy at night but I suspect a one off occasion, we only stayed one night so wouldn't know if it was. The breakfast was nice too. Amazing view Wasn't clear what was available for breakfast
• Mark (8/5): Very good - The building is modern and clean with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. There are common rooms and breakfast is available from very early in the morning. The location is quiet as the building is well set back from the road. The property is a little distance from the centre, although conveniently situated for the bus station (around 15 minutes walk). The road on which the property is situated is currently being worked on so perhaps a little hazardous on foot at night.

• Tristan (10/5): Comfortable, clean hostal with nice staff and a wonderful breakfast - The hostel was extremely clean and beautiful. There is a comfortable sitting room/hangout area above which has an excellent view of the mountains. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. There was no noise at all from any other people staying here. The breakfast was excellent with coffee, brownie cake, and toasted ham and cheese and salami. If you are walking it is hard to get to. The last 200 meters you have to walk through mud and stuff to get here. However, I believe it is much nicer to walk on the opposite side of the street.
• Jeremy (10/5): The perfect spot to rest & recharge - Very comfortable, clean & well equipped. Very friendly staff who went above & beyond to help at all times. Great breakfast too - we didn't want to leave! A handy well-stacked shop just across the road was useful. Great communal lounge with 270 Deg views across the sea & mountains. A little far to walk into town - not a problem if you have a car/bicycle.
• Adrian (9/5): Cosy motel - Room and hotel is cosy and bedding was amazing. Simple breakfast, free parking and absolutely amazing and helpful staff. Young male receptionist was extremely helpful and kind helped with all of the questions and made us feel welcomed. Hotels need more people like him. nothing in particular, but we went there with our car which was convenient.
• Jonas (10/5): Absolute Recomendation, if you don‘t mind walking a little - the place itself is amazing for the price I paid. i got a private room and bathroom and free breakfast which was amazing, the staff was very helpful, dedicated and friendly as well You have to walk a while from the city center and because of a construction site there is no walkway at the last 200 metres
• Hannah (6/5): Quiet hotel just out of Puerto Natales - Very nice staff at the hotel who are always keen to help. Nice hot shower (although did try to shower at 5am one morning before trekking and there was no hot water!) I found the barking dogs a little intimidating when you enter the property at reception and they bark endlessly at you (through a glass window). The location is quite far out of the town and is approx a 40mins walk so may be better suited if you have a car. Breakfast is ok but may be nice to have some fresh coffee.
