• Iva (9/5): - Great mini spa break while staying at the hotel. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Very close to the centre of the town. My partner didn't bring slippers for when going to the spa, as we believed they will be included in the room. There were none, but upon asking the staff they provided a pair we could borrow while staying there.

• Румяна (8/5): - Чисто, удобно място. Изглед към планината. Персонала усмихнати, вежливи,,отзивчиви. Изкарахме си много добре. В банята малко място за принадлежностите и хавлии.

• Лора (10/5): - Много приятно и чисто място за почивка. Страхотен басейн с допълнителни забавления за деца. Местоположението е удобно за разходки в града, а домакините бяха отзивчиви и мили.
• Maya (7/5): - הנוף מהמרפסת מהמם! אין מישהו בקבלה ואפשר לתקשר רק דרך ההודעות פה בבוקינג. הבעיה שבחדר הוייפיי לא עבד כמו שצריך אז לא יכולנו לתקשר איתם גם כשהיה בעיה. בנוסף, הייתה בעיה עם המים החמים ואחרי כמה מקלחות כבר נגמרו המים.

• carole (10/5): - L établissement est très bien entretenu, les chambres sont confortables avec des lits douillets. Il y a une cuisine équipée à disposition. La piscine est très agréable après une randonnée aux 7 lacs. Nous conseillons fortement ce logement
• Силвана (10/5): - Изключително спокойно място. Басейнът беше страхотен. Отношението на персонала беше прекрасно. Стаята беше чиста, удобна и уютна. Откликнаха на всички наши нужди. Липсата на ресторант. На бара имаше кюфтета, кебапчетата и картофи, но нямаше подходяща храна за двугодишното ни дете. Това не е от толкова голямо значение, защото вилата разполага с кухня, където можеш да си готвиш, а центъра е в близост.

• Daniela (10/5): Приятна почивка на чист топъл басейн - Ново и чисто е. Басейна е с минерална вода, топъл е и при застудяване на времето я засилват. Покрива се всяка вечер и се поддържа чист.

• Anzhela (5/5): Passable - Location They did not clean the room or change the towels, or throw the rubbish, change toilet paper once while we were there - we stayed 5 nights! There was no table or chairs in the room either, no where to sit apart from the bed.

• Mikhail (9/5): Superb - Exceptionally clean! It's fortunate to discover a place so immaculate. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the room was pleasantly warm. The mattresses are of good quality, and the pillows are comfortable. We also appreciate the absence of carpets, which are often impossible to clean. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and look forward to returning. The only issue that caused some frustration was the lack of kitchenware in the room with a kitchen, despite it being promised in the room description. We were expecting at least the minimum essentials. We would rate it a 9 out of 10, but deducting one point for the missing kitchenware. Otherwise, our experience would have been perfect.

• Veselina (7/5): Little below expectations - The place is clean and the space in the room was sufficient Spa works when you ask for it. Pool works when someone prepares it but not for the full day, when you want, although I specifically asked if it will be working.
• Daniela (10/5): Exceeded my expectations, relaxing and well maintained. - Vila Vlahov has excellent facilities - everything is new and well maintained. The fact that only few people use the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath make the holiday really relaxing. The villa is located in a quiet street, yet very close to all restaurants. Both the owner and the lady helping the guests on the spot are extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely go back again! Everything was great!

We tried to find a place that serves breakfast somewhere in town but thete was nothing. Only coffee and cakes or pastries, not one place with omelets or salad at 9:00. Consider it when you book.
