Guest Reviews
- Janice (9/5): - Owner is super friendly and lovely , my family enjoy our stay 😍
- GEOFFREY (9/5): - Peaceful rural setting but close to facilities. Overall basic but adequate and comfortable accommodation and good value. The kitchen facilities are limited but okay for simple breakfast and snack meals. A lot of notices that could be put in a folder with more information on the location and facilities in the area

- Micheal (10/5): - Very friendly and warm definitely would stay again felt like home

- Frank (8/5): This is certainly worth your consideration as somewhere good to stay in Perth. A most pleasant change from usual run of - Location outside the city.. quiet, tree lined, and surrounded by bushlands.. charming Could have done with a heater I feel.. it was cold when we stayed, and the cold needed a heater for us to be comfortable.
- Nicole (4/5): - The outside was pretty, with lots of trees and animals. But the inside was poor, it was cold, kitchen sink was a hose with a tap handle attached outside the accomodation with no hot water option. Hot water was poor too, and difficult to breathe due to cats having been in the house and allergies
- Nicholas (7/5): - Quiet location, gracious host Kitchen improvised & sink outside but knew of this when booked.
- Hollie (9/5): -
- Elaine (9/5): Superb - Quiet and pleasant. Frank really friendly and we really enjoyed our stay there.
- Suzanne (8/5): wonderful - kitchen, washing up area
- Nathan (10/5): Enjoyable happy and comfortable. Host were very kind welcoming friendly people. Wonderful - Location was great. Easy to find. Located in close proximity to amenties. I would not change anything. It was perfectly suited to our needs.
- Philip (8/5): Very good -

- Crystal (7/5): Perfect to rest in. - Clara was lovely and accommodating with our request.
Kids loved the cats.
BBQ was available for use.
Large space to relax in. Not a fan of the bathroom sliding door and access to the bathroom is through the Master room
Small issue with sleepy kids.
Looks like it's in a process of being renovated?
- Ralph (9/5): Superb - Location was near the place I need to go. The rooms was good size. Location was quiet.
- Radomir (5/5): Passable - Spacious apartment Kitchen sink outside, bedroom wals dirty, one small aironditiner in bedroomonly not enough to cool down apartment, tank water only, use one appliance at the time, one wall/door only separates from main house so you can hear conversations/noises, just couple wall plug ins, walls would benefit with fresh coat of paint
- John (9/5): Very good value. - No restaurant on site. Very clean. Friendly host. Good location for my stay.
- Branislav (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janine (8/5): Very good -
- Zelda (6/5): Adequate, if you like cat smells and only need to reheat food - Hosts were very welcoming and pleasant. The accomodation was simple and adequate. The accomodation was simple and adequate, but there was an unpleasurable overpowering cat urine smell in the accomodation. Booking description describes outdoor kitchen facilities, but this setup is problematic as there is no hot water for cleaning greasy cooking apparatus.
- Elayna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Skadi (7/5): We had a great 3 day stay! - Close to Cockburn Shopping Centre. Free parking on premises. Very nice hosts that let our two girls play with their grand children’s outdoor toys. Great for a family with children. The bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom which wasn’t a problem for us but might be for other guests. The cooking facilities are limited and camping sink is outside.
- Andrea (9/5): Superb -
- Howard (9/5): good location - rural setting good hospitality nothing
- Jan (8/5): Very good - Quiet, peaceful location. Close proximity to the places in Spearwood which we needed to visit. Clean and spacious. Generous quantities of tea, coffee and bathroom supplies. Described as "detached". Is in fact semi detached. ie half of a private house. Not a problem but a bit misleading. Also described as suitable for wheelchairs. I think the shower and toilet would be a bit difficult to negotiate with a wheelchair. As an Australian who was in close proximity the bushfires in Denmark last year I would recommend the mowing or slashing of the long grass on the majority of the block for fire safety.
