• The Unk (9/5): The Price is Right - The value was good. The owner was wonderful. His music collection was outstanding. Sat and talked with him, listened to music. Great vibes. The beds were a little stiff for our liking, but for the price, it was expected.
• Julian (9/5): Incredibly helpful staff. Clean and comfy rooms. Very handy for the airport. - The host was incredibly helpful, staying up until 1am to let me in due to a late arrival. They even helped me with some bathroom scales so I could weigh my luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. Decent cafes and restaurants nearby. I loved the hotel's artwork and musical vibe. It's a very minor point but a table and chair on the balcony would have been nice.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont nickels niveau propreté, on voit que la gérante mets du cœur à tout bien entretenir. On entend beaucoup la circulation de la rue et les avions, pensez aux boules quies !

• Marina (9/5): Мне очень понравилась атмосфера этого домашнего отеля! Чистота! Люди очень хорошие. Спальные места и звукоизоляцию стоил - Прекрасная семья, очень радушные и милые люди. Прожила там 2 недели, продлила, тк в целом оптимальное проживание. Всегда приятно было пообщаться с хозяевами, есть общая хозяйская кухня, 2 холодильника, можно что-то приготовить. Но в округе есть достаточно заведений на разный кошелек. Было приятно поиграть с веселым хозяйским той-пуделем Боб, при отъезде он не хотел меня отпускать! По запросу всегда давали утюг и гладильную доску, с любым вопросом помогали. Есть лифт это очень важно. Номера в нестандартном оформлении, просторные, весь минимум в наличии, кроме холодильника. Кондиционеры обслуживаются, мой был чистый. Очень чистый номер! Район ничем не примечательный, бедный, но инфраструктура для жизни нормальная- есть все: рынок, 3 небольших супермаркетов в шаговой доступности, аптеки, 2 прачечные, 2 лавки с ксерокопией и распечаткой, точки быстрого питания, в 7 мин автобусные остановки, до центра 30 мин. Прямо по соседству - массажный салон, бильярд. Через дорогу приличный ресторан. В 3 минутах ходьбы есть тренажерный зал. Расположение номеров с балконом подешевле - прямо у дороги, дорога всего на 2 полосы, но шумно от машин и скутеров даже ночью, звукоизоляция от улицы плохая. Я тот человек, кого шум в целом не сильно беспокоит, но для кого это проблема - имейте в виду. А номера что подороже - не выходят прямо на улицу, там вполне тихо. До аэропорта 3,5 км, 20 мин езды. Он рядом но с тыльной стороны. Учитывайте, ехать до аэропорта придется - он не в пешей доступности. Спать на палетах не проблема, хотя в долгую не комфортно, но проблема матрасы, - для меня было слишком жестко, пришлось просить доп матрас. Первую ночь не смогла поспать из-за жесткого матраса и шумной дороги, потом адаптировалась. Закрываются в 22, опускают роллеты, внутрь не попасть, если приходишь позже 22, то нужно звонить и хозяйка выходит открыть. Это не очень удобно, но они говорят что не проблема, звоните в любое время.

• jiaming (9/5): - Of the several hotels I stayed in Vietnam, none were cheaper than this one, and none were more comfortable than this one. If you have trouble sleeping, I recommend not staying in a room with a balcony, as you might be woken by motorcycles or airplanes on the street at night and in the morning.

• Lee Jonathan (8/5): Great family run place well located near the airport and eateries. - Great location near the airport and great restaurants. The family was very welcoming. Slight smell of cigarettes in our room that was reduced with running of the AC.
• Ayaya (8/5): 短期滞在の方にオススメ！ - 部屋は広く清潔でとても快適でした。素敵な内装もまた良かったです。また、ホストのご家族もとても優しくフレンドリーでした！何か困ったことがあれば気軽に聞くことのできる雰囲気があり、安心して滞在することができました。本当にありがとうございました！！ 部屋には冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、バスタオルがありませんので、連泊を検討している予約の際はこれらの点を考慮する必要があります。ベトナムで他にもいくつか滞在しましたが、同等クラスの施設でもこれらは全て揃っていました。（ちなみに、ミニタオルは渡してくれます！）キッチンも、もちろんありません。必要であれば1階の冷蔵庫を貸してくれますが特に夏の時期で部屋に冷蔵庫無しで滞在することは少々困難でした。また夜に戻ったらシャッターが閉まっていたことがあり驚いてしまいました！隣の人がたまたま通りかかり電話をかけてくれたので何とか中に入れました。門限は無いと書かれていますし、その際に聞いてもわかりませんでしたが、もしかしたら門限があるのかもしれません。その辺の説明が無かったので謎な点でした。

• Bảo (1/5): False advertisement and bad equipment - Nothing The pictures show that there were parties organized there, and there were kitchen that can be used by guest. So we chose this place to have a nice dinner together, but then the owner tell us they do not accept any kind of meal there, so we have to change our plan last minute. I felf like I am fool because if they no longer accept guests eating there, they should not keep pictures of meal and party. About the room, there were many ants on the bed. One of my friend was bitten when he was sleeping. The bathroom has only ONE clothes hanger. The owner does not give water to drink, and there was no refrigerator.

• Philippa (7/5): Good - We used this as a base as we had a night flight and needed somewhere to keep our bags and for our toddler to nap. It’s close to the airport, has some cafes and an ATM (they take cash not card if you stay here). The beds were fine and room was clean. Shower was nice. As we didn’t stay overnight it wasn’t a problem but it is basically on the runway so plane noises every 10 minutes. There aren’t really curtains - they are there but half falling off. No TV or kettle, fridge etc in room

• Hanyang (5/5): disappointed by the misleading info. - The staff on duty was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and everything in the room was working well. Very important warning to all travellers: many travellers wrote a review to say that a lot of the facilities listed on the booking page were actually not there, such as a kitchen, a kettle, a fridge, TV entertainment, or a washing machine, and we had the same shocking problem. We arrived to find that none of the above were available - it was only their family kitchen so it was impossible to use it, no fridge, TV, hairdryer or kettle in the room. We had to pay a fee to use the washer. We confronted them about the problems but their explanation was that those things are in the property so they can list them (even though guests can not use them?!)

The homestay is quiet and relaxing We didn't like how we had to call the owners at night for them to let us in. Though it is understandable as it is their home and they didn't show any attitude when they let us in. Overall, minor flaw in the middle of so many other great things.

Man owned the place was kind and nice and gave us a bike for a good price The location was bad for us as it was 45 minutes by motorcycle to go every time we wanted to eat. The lady who was working there was not friendly,and all our interactions with her were only about money,so we felt like we were just a wallet in her eyes and we did not feel accommodated. We were never offered to order coffee or food or anything.

Far off from the city centre but I loved to explore this local neighborhood. Stayed here because it’s convenient to travel further via airport.

There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. We liked the neighbourhood a lot. It's away from the city centre but taxis are cheap to get there. It's close to the airport. • Manuel (8/5): Very good - The rooms are beautiful, huge, clean and with amazing light! The staff were nice and helpful, there is an elevator that helps with luggages. There is no proper curtains in the room so was impossible to sleep after 6 a.m. because of the light, unfortunately i had the worst sleep in Vietnam in this hotel, also the road is very noisy and near shops put very loud music starting at 6.30 a.m.
• Kitt (7/5): Wonderful room, strange lady! - We loved the light, spacious rooms, the cleanliness, the decor and the location to the airport! The balcony was also wonderful! Tung was very welcoming! I didn’t take the key downstairs with me on the final morning, they aren’t self-locking doors it was just a bit jammed and I needed help getting back in. The lady freaked out and was frantically shouting ‘WHY!’ at me and looked at me like I’d committed a crime. It was really uncomfortable & she had a spare key (needed to jiggle the lock) so I felt it was unnecessary! Also, if you want to see centre Saigon this is too far out, but great for the airport!

Considering proximity to airport and musical vibe of the place, rooms are soundproofing enough to sleep well. But what’s more important — super clean home stay and not boring design! • Binti (8/5): Good. - The auntie is very friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities and you can directly book a motorcycle to stroll around HCM City. 150KVD/day. It is just a little bit far from the center. But the auntie is kind enough to let us put our bags after we checked-out so that we can stroll around more. Thank you. The bed is a little bit hard to sleep and the room is quite hot due to the air-conditioner not working optimally. I think the air-conditioner is a little bit old. Need to replace with a new one or service it more frequently.
• Peter (9/5): Could be perfect if the owner change his behavior - Very friendly owner family!!!! Sometimes the owner dont respect the guest....we had to leave the kitchen for them to eat. We suggest to the owner to have their own kitchen. Cannot watch TV when we like..... the owner control the TV. The owner claim all the time, before we even finish our cooking that have to clean the kitchen.... this make us bad feelings.

Host are on site, they're very polite and helpful. Not a complain but I'd like to express our feeling... The fact that host always coming into our room everytime we stepped out.... This made us feel uneasy and kind of lack of respect.

The room itself isn't so bad but the environment around it (the hall, stairs) is very untidy. And I don't recommend this place for people who like it quiet. It's next to a very bustling street.

• Miriam (4/5): Cancelled last minute - In the pictures it looks like a beautiful place and most of the reviews were very good. In short: the accommodation and host could have been more considerate of our situation. In long: In the morning of our booked night we were informed that unfortunately there was no water or electricity in our room. The host suggested for us to stay at the hotel across the road. We asked them to arrange it for us, to which they agreed. However, upon arrival the person who received us did not seem to be informed about the agreements. Having just arrived after dark at the homestay, on our first night in Vietnam, she told us to go to the hotel ourselves and check for availability, meaning they had not arranged anything. Worse still, it turned out to be fully booked. We went back to BAP Homestay, informed them and asked for a solution. There was a definite language barrier, they offered us tea, but there was no proactive help in finding a solution. Only after we had been trying ourselves for nearly an hour to find a solution, and getting quite upset, a hotel was found for us. It was the bare minimum standard, but it was good enough for the night. Finally, the day after the host recorded us as “no show”, which we found quite tasteless. Moreover, the host stopped answering us on booking, and never apologized for the situation. We cannot review the room, stay or others, but we simply wanted to raise awareness that this happened, and left us quite vulnerable.
• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed here last year so this is my second time staying here. For the price, convenience, location, and staff friendliness, the room is great. Room is still big; AC and shower still works perfectly. This may sound strange to conpliment, but other placed i stayed in before, AC not cold and shower does not always have hot water. Also have microwave, frig, and kitchen to use downstairs if needed, so very convenient. Host very friendly and helpful. Only comment I would have and not really complaint is bed is not so comfortable for me. The room style or bed is more unique in style than other places I stayed, so not sure if it style, but I prefer softer cushion full beds. With that say, for the price it is really good compared to other places I stayed across Vietnam when I visited

• Sarah (8/5): A good start to our Vietnam journey. - The family running the homestay were very pleasant and kind. The elevator was a bonus, air conditioning worked very well and the private bathroom had good shower. It was a very authentic place and the Vietnamese people were lovely. The beds were far too uncomfortable for us. They are on pallets which was fine, however the mattress was not soft at all. The towels provided were hand sized only. The location was far from the city centre and it was not easy to get around (until we discovered Grab)!
• Divya (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms are really good and they are so welcoming. We arrived late night at 3am and they did not hesitate to open the doors late night as well they were guiding the route for our arrival. Rooms are pretty cosy but it's kinda outside City and close to airport.
• Ewelina (10/5): Exceptional - It's a nice, very affordable place with a nice design. Wi-Fi worked okay, somehow could be better. The living room and the neighbourhood are so loud, but in the room you cannot see anything. It's clean and nice.
